I liked the hotel, it was clean, good service and the most important thing for us was the location in the very center, you can walk everywhere! Specifically, what we liked: we arrived in Minsk in the morning, left our bag at the reception and went for a walk before check-in, the room has everything down to body lotion, cotton buds and other small things, brought a tall vase for a bouquet, congratulated with fruits and a postcard, a 24-hour bar and a separate plus for a stylish maitre d')

An excellent, truly metropolitan hotel. An excellent example of the Soviet "Intourist". Large convenient parking, excellent breakfast buffet. I have just returned from Minsk. I really liked the hotel. Both the service and the location, and the food in the restaurant. There is a huge underground shopping center nearby, where there is everything and delicious ice cream. Large parking lot on the inside of the hotel. For residents - free of charge.

A chic hotel with a history in a chic Stalinist building in the very center of Minsk.
The rooms are clean, the mattresses are awesome, there are all the hotel kits of everything and even a toothbrush with toothpaste, which is rare now.
The restaurant in the hotel generally conquered the interior, service and food, by the way, for sane money. There is a subway nearby.
I had a room with a balcony and a view of the avenue, which further enhanced the positive from the hotel. I recommend 100%

Lovely hotel, clean, everything works. A spacious room. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The service was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly. VERY tasty breakfasts. The location couldn't be better, everything is within walking distance. I'll be back as soon as I can.

The hotel is good.
The location is convenient, in the city center. If you ask for a good view, you will get a room with a view of Independence Avenue or the square.
The rooms are small and already worn out.
Cleaning is carried out regularly and efficiently!!! The maids are trying their best .
The buffet is very meager.
The bar has the most delicious coffee I've ever drunk !!!
THE SPA is very small, for one family of 3-4 people.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. There were 2 nights. The room has everything you need. Kettle, mini-bar. Welcome compliment: black, green tea, coffee, water. There is also a full set of tools, including a shaving kit, a hat and more. Price/quality/location ratio. The only thing that is critical for us is that we came across beds that creak, but for such a short time and provided that we only came to spend the night, then it's fine. The hotel itself has an exchanger (the exchange rate was at the airport) and an ATM, the world works with the card. We haven't tried the free sauna and spa, there was no time. It is very convenient to get from and to the airport by direct bus and minibus through the bus station, which is 10 minutes on foot

The hotel is located in the center of the hero city of Minsk. Ten minutes walk from the train station.
The room is clean, they give out cosmetics, disposable slippers. Plus a daily refilled tea set and bottled water.
Now about what I didn't like.
The first and most important thing is the mattress. It's not even springy, the back muscles hurt after sleeping on it. For a hotel with so many stars, such a bed raises questions.
The second is the bathroom. You will be offered a bathtub with a curtain, which had a broken water switch in our room (from the faucet to the shower).
The work of the hotel staff did not raise any questions, cleaning is daily.
On my next trip, considering the value for money, I will not stay at this hotel.

The hotel is good. We booked by phone. I liked that there is no need to make an advance payment when booking. We had a suite with a view of the Stolitsa shopping center. The "walking" room is a bit: somewhere the wallpaper has come off, somewhere there is a chip on the bed. It can be seen that the plumbing is old. But very, very clean!! The plumbing is shining! There are a lot of towels, there are bathrobes. The bed is very comfortable. The mattress is great. And very fresh clean bed linen. There were three people sleeping on the bed: together with a seven-year-old child. Everyone fit in and slept well. We were also offered an extra bed for an additional fee, if necessary. We evaluated the curtains separately. When you close them, it gets pitch dark, and even if you don't want to sleep, you'll fall asleep!) I liked the restaurant at the hotel. I advise you to try their pancakes - they are cooked perfectly! Some of the most delicious pancakes I've eaten. The breakfasts are good! That's just as stated - 4 stars. I recommend

Not at all 4 stars or even three, as stated on the hotel itself.
We couldn't have dinner at the hotel in the evening. On the 21st floor and 444 rooms, in the evening there is one restaurant and one cafe. I do not consider the lobby bar, because it is located in the lobby and is not suitable for dinner.
Today, all the tables in the restaurant were booked, and the cafe was closed for special service. And this is subject to the full occupancy of the hotel.
The hotel itself is located separately and there are no cafes nearby, so if the weather is bad outside, as it is today, then it remains either to eat chips from the lobby bar or call a taxi and get out into the city.

Stalinist Empire, beautiful chandeliers, everything you need is in the rooms, refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water, replenished daily, even disposable shaving machines in the bathroom. The bed is creaky, otherwise fine. The restaurant is beautiful, white tablecloths, cleanliness, polite and attentive staff, wonderful breakfasts, a large selection, everything is delicious, fresh. In the same restaurant, a business lunch is prepared on weekdays, we tried it, fresh, delicious! And we had dinner on the menu, pancakes with fish, that's something, no cornflowers were nearby!

We stayed at the hotel from June 8-10, 2023. The hotel is located in the very center. The room has everything you need. The room is very clean. But san.the node is simple for a 4* hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. We left in the evening, the luggage was left at the hotel in the storage room. The breakfasts are wonderful, the pancakes with cottage cheese are just super. We visited the capital of Belarus on May 1, 2023 and decided to stay at the Minsk hotel.
We did not lose.
We liked everything from the moment of meeting to the moment of parting with the hotel.
The hotel is in the city center, all the recommended attractions are within walking distance (if you walk), excellent breakfasts, normal prices for such a service.
If you are traveling by car, BE sure to look at the hotel's website for directions to the HOTEL PARKING LOT. Perhaps this will save you from the hassle of moving around the city center.
