The location of the hotel is very convenient. Nearby there are metro stations and shops, cafes and pharmacies, and it is convenient to walk to all the sights in the center. The hotel is not modern, but everything is clean and has everything you need. There were interruptions with hot water, but we found a solution quickly. The only drawbacks I can say are uncomfortable beds (mattress) and pillows (completely flat), but this is individual for everyone.
Wi-Fi is working properly both in the lobby and in the room (5th floor).
They took it without power, so I won't tell you.
I recommend the hotel!

If you get a room in the courtyard, it's very noisy. Hot water is intermittently hot, then sharply cool.
The rooms seem to be cleaned, but repairs should have been done a long time ago, everything old does not match either the price, location, or its stars. We stopped by a day later, so the reservation was canceled, we settled in with a favor, although everything was paid…

Nice hotel, located in the very center of Minsk. Not a cheap treat, of course, but the view from the room was beautiful. You'll wake up in the morning, under the window of the excursion.. The rooms are in Empire style. Carpet on the floor of the room and in the hallway. There is everything you need. The breakfasts are not particularly varied, but I haven't seen anyone hungry. I especially remember the delicious cakes. The service is good, the staff is polite and helpful. There are no problems with parking, there is a large parking lot in the courtyard, free for hotel guests. I recommend it!

A lovely, cozy hotel with spacious, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need. A mini-bar at quite reasonable prices, although the choice is small (about 17 positions, if I'm not mistaken).
It is located in the very center of the Belarusian capital, two steps from Independence Square (in fact, the building overlooks the square with one of its facades), the Government House, the "red church" of St. Simeon and Elena, the academic buildings of the Belarusian State and Pedagogical Universities. For theater-goers, one of the best theaters in the entire post-Soviet space is located within walking distance - the Gorky National Academic Drama Theater. For connoisseurs of Italian cuisine, on the opposite side of Independence Avenue, diagonally from the main entrance to the hotel, there is the O.D.I. restaurant. In the courtyard of the hotel there is a fairly spacious parking lot, free for guests. In the morning, the hotel's restaurant serves a buffet with a very good selection of dishes: sausage and cheese cuts, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, Rich juices, omelets, pastries, tea and coffee. Delicious fried eggs are prepared on an individual order, with various additives.
In general, the hotel corresponds to its four stars, while the room rates for Russians are very acceptable.

We were in Belarus for the first time, stayed in Minsk at the Minsk hotel, this is the best place!!! I am delighted with both the City and the hotel. Very clean, the very Center, near the metro, shopping center, GUM, many shops and many others. The breakfasts are very good, so many things and everything is so delicious, we didn't have time to try everything in a week). The service is excellent, you can buy theater tickets and excursions at the reception. The rooms have everything you need, right down to a toothbrush and skin lotion. The beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white, the Internet is fast and stable. Tea, coffee and water are replenished every day, as well as hygiene supplies. There is a great desire to return).

An excellent hotel, 6 floors, its own Parking, free for guests, a Jacuzzi and a sauna are also free for guests, but only from 8:00 to 12:00, and since there may be a lot of people, it will be difficult to rest with your own. The location is Central. There is beauty around, a large shopping center "Stolitsa", in the evening the illumination of buildings along the avenue is lit. Very nice view from the room window. The hotel itself is good: clean, comfortable mattress, pillows. There is an additional set in the closet. In the bathroom there are clean towels, bathrobes, showers, gels, shampoos, lotions, dental kit, shaving kit, shower caps, slippers. The breakfasts are excellent, a large selection, for every taste. The staff was also pleased. You can contact us on any issue, they will always help. A high-status hotel. In the very historical center of Minsk, on the main street - Independence Avenue, under the protection of government agencies located within walking distance. The train station is just around the corner, 10 minutes on foot, and there on a double-decker bus with an excursion to see the beautiful Minsk in all its glory. An architectural monument is visible directly from the steps of the hotel - the Church of Saints Simeon and Alyona, taking two steps you can enter the large shopping center underground "Stolitsa" and the subway. Fine. The hotel itself made an interesting impression. The doorman opens the main entrance. Surprised. The girl at the reception is so well-trained that when serving, she is afraid to smile once again, she is all focused on the rules of check-in. I would like to be more welcoming. But the restaurant staff is cheerful and smiling. Having been to a great breakfast, we realized why. The food is delicious, varied and a lot. Maybe the staff gets this delicious food? Red fish, several types of cheeses, yogurts, porridges, juices, and you can't list everything. But, that's why I would definitely return to this hotel, so it's for a potato cake. The taste of childhood, real, with hints of joy and precisely, an embedded part of the soul, of the chef himself. Bravo. I'll go back to the hotel itself. The rooms are clean, cozy, a large set of cosmetics, high-quality and beautifully packaged. Tea accessories, TV, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers are all in place. Wonderful. WI-Fi in the rooms is weak, but so are government agencies nearby. I will not lower the asterisk for this. Since we were on vacation, it was only a plus for us. Good private parking in the courtyard of the hotel, with security. Reliable. The hotel has a bar where you can drink coffee, a currency exchange office, buy souvenirs, and its own SPA (even if only before lunch for free for vacationers). As they say, in the very center, and even everything is in place. Such a city in the city. So, we will be in Minsk, immediately - to Minsk for a potato cake and a quiet, comfortable rest. At the same time, let's see if the girls at the reception have also learned to smile and not scare away guests with a serious look. I gave 3 stars for the price-quality ratio.
According to the filling of the room, everything is fine: tea/coffee, water, slippers, bathrobes, bath accessories are available. The windows overlooked the courtyard, it was generally quiet, the operation of the external air conditioning units was slightly audible, but not critical.
The staff is friendly and friendly, especially the man who let us into the parking lot.
The hotel is clean and well cleaned.
Now from the cons:
Firstly, the terrible pillows in the room. The problem is that the inner filler in them is knocked into lumps and no matter how you lie down, they constantly press down. As you can understand, it is difficult to rest in such conditions. We didn't find any other pillows.
Secondly, the air conditioner did not work well. It cooled practically nothing and made loud rattling noises. As a result, the window was opened, the weather allowed.
Thirdly, the Internet is very slow. To make it clear how much it slows down when you try to send a photo on social networks. About downloading videos or websites - no comments at all.
Well, in general, the overall impressions of the room are ambiguous: on the one hand, it is well filled, on the other hand, there was an unpleasant smell when checking in, which subsequently disappeared only when the windows were open and in general the room was already scuffed in some places. This is especially felt in the bathroom.
In general, the hotel is rather a good 3 stars, in my opinion it is overrated in value.

A wonderful hotel. Clean, tidy rooms, always friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning, laundry. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor, always in open access. There are new disposable supplies in the room every day and it's not just shampoo! And also a bottle of fresh water.

We stayed at the hotel for several nights when we were in Minsk. The location on 5+ is the very center of the city. The rooms are small, clean, cleaned every day, there are bathrobes, slippers, hygiene kit (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, lotion, toothbrush, disposable machine, etc.), there is a refrigerator with a mini-bar, an electric kettle with cups. They were in July 2023. A very good first impression! We arrived at the hotel around 8 a.m., after walking from the train station through the wonderful morning city, checked in, left our suitcase and went for a walk. The hotel is located in the heart of Minsk, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the Upper City, there are many cafes, restaurants, shops nearby, it is a pleasure to walk. We have never had to use public transport, and if you take a taxi, it is very convenient to get to the hotel. We returned at about 11:30, and we were checked in without waiting for 14 hours. It was wonderful!
We were given a room on the 6th and last floor with Windows to a quiet courtyard (parking lot). The double room with two separate beds turned out to be not too spacious, but cozy. We were tired from the road, rested — excellent blackout curtains helped us with this — and after that we began to look around. We were pleasantly pleased with the small gifts to the guests — woven napkins with a national pattern. A large bathroom with a full set of all the necessary items for a traveler: cosmetic, dental, shaving kits, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Everything is put in neat baskets. Bathrobes and slippers were a surprise — they were not specified in the description of the rooms of our category, we did not expect and brought our own slippers)
Now to the cons. Dear hotel administration, we are talking about room 655.
- There were traces of an iron on the carpet. Two pieces. Big and expressive.
- One of the beds creaked terribly. Even in hotels without stars, this did not happen.
- The stand of a better-than-old electric kettle fell apart when trying to pull the wire out of it.
- Very few outlets. To put the phone on charge, you need to move the bedside table and pull out the lamp plug. Seriously, friends, it's the twenty-first century, everyone has at least one gadget, why should a guest choose between a lamp and charging a phone?
- The tile in the bathroom has been tired for a long time and is about to leave, so it is covered with patches.
- The faucet in the tub is leaking.
- The toilet tank is leaking, the water must be stopped manually.
- There is not enough hot water in the shower in the morning. At first everything was fine, then it started to pour cold. Fortunately, I managed to wash off the foam, but I had to forget about the hair conditioner.
- The hair dryer will turn on by pressing the entire back surface of the handle — at first it seemed convenient, but in practice it turned out that this was not the case.
- For the first time I meet an urn in the bathroom, the lid of which must be removed with my hands, and not by pressing the pedal, well, okay, these are small things.
I really liked the hotel as a whole, but all these little things completely do not correspond to its 4-star status and spoil the overall wonderful impression. I sadly withdraw one point for them. However, the cordial and kind attitude of the staff — both the staff, the maids, and the guards — is admirable. I am very grateful to them, they all deserve encouragement. Therefore, if I am in Minsk again, I will stay at this hotel again. Its location and the professionalism of its employees simply do not leave any chance for competitors! It remains only to take care of the room stock so that the hotel meets the stated level.
The Wi-Fi is good. The connection is stable and the speed is high.
We didn't take breakfast, I can't appreciate them.
