Excellent hotel, the staff is attentive and friendly, ready to do everything if necessary (to understand the situation: I need a horizontal bar, because I have back problems, upon check-in and inspection of the hotel, I casually asked about a place where I can pull up, they showed me a gym, but it wasn't there, and I already tried it out and forgot, but imagine my surprise when we returned to the room after 2 hours, there was a Swedish wall with a horizontal bar installed!!!) the animators are pleasant, not boring, the rooms are spacious with a small balcony, the interior was cleaned regularly, the cuisine is very tasty, the food is varied. We will definitely come back to you!

I had a rest from 1.11 to 7.11 2022. I was very pleased with the early check-in. I arrived early in the morning. The room is nice and cozy. There are small flaws in the room.
The territory itself is small, but beautiful and cozy. Swimming pools, both open (large and for children) closed (two) clean. The beach is on the 1st line:clean, sandy. The sea is clear. The staff is responsive and smiling. The food is good. Seafood and fish are delicious. Drinks.... It's fine too. About alcohol... I can't say anything. It seems to be fine. The linen is clean. Cleaning.... Because I'm alone. Cleaning once every 2-3 days was enough for me. The only thing that, although they write everywhere, is like a sauna and a hammam for free. I never saw the sauna. The hammam is paid, along with other treatments. There is a small fitness room. Wi-fi is good.

We had a rest in October, we didn't notice the end of the season: the hotel is almost full, it's warm, the sea is warm. The hotel is very pleasant: well-groomed territory, very polite and always smiling staff, beautiful view from the room, large swimming pool, clean beach, there are always free sun beds. There is almost no animation, it's boring in the evenings.... the food is simply gorgeous: shrimp, fish, meat, chicken every day, the choice is huge! You can take a taxi to Sousse, there are a lot of shops, markets, restaurants, a very atmospheric old town. There are also several souvenir shops near the hotel.I recommend it!

we had a rest in August of this year at this hotel. in Tunisia. everything is great and the food and service of the sea are just super. good territory, excellent staff, 5 plus in everything I want to note separately. that we took an excursion to the Sahara. on the jeep, the driver Amir. and the guide Monsour are experts in their field of emotions. it's just super and the whole vacation in general. the top class is in no way inferior to the Turkish ones, and we rested in Turkey for 10 years and now for the first time in Tunisia during the pandemic, but we were satisfied and next year we will come again in the summer. I also advise you to see Carthage, in principle, all the excursions on which we were super. beautiful country, friendly people, excellent service. you can go with the children, but ours has already grown up, I hope we will go with the grandchildren

We are resting in this hotel now. I like everything. The food is delicious, there is something for a child (6 years old). Pancakes at the beach bar are super!!! Lots of fruits every day (plums, pears, peaches, melon, watermelon). The room is large with a view of the sea and the pool, cleaned every day. There are free bathrobes and slippers (you only need to ask at the reception, they brought it in three minutes). The territory is green and well maintained. The beach is being cleaned. Animators amuse and entertain vacationers all day (volleyball, darts, archery, bocce, exercises on the beach and in the water, water polo and much more..)NiNo, KiKi, the show in the evening... there is a mini club for children, a Su Su lighter. Children are delighted, especially when they receive certificates for achievements after the minidiscoe. We will definitely come for the third time.

We had a rest in June 2021. The rooms are renovated, everything is fresh. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the service, and expected the worst. I liked the food, a large selection and everything is very clear and decent. There were no mixed Salads from the remnants of previous buffets. Lots of fruits, delicious milk and yoghurts, seafood and meat. Only wine for dinner and sometimes gin and tonic were drunk from alcohol. Everything is standard here: local alcoholic drinks and various cocktails based on them. We didn't need animation, it didn't seem very strong to me. The territory is well-groomed and clean with large beautiful halls, but not straight Instagram locations. If there are problems with languages, the hotel is aimed at Russian-speaking tourists. There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and the staff tries to speak Russian. We liked everything price-quality.

A great hotel for your money. Low-level animation, like in children's camps. The kitchen is super. The shrimps are huge, the lobsters. Well, different meat. The fish is not very good!!! There are a lot of fruits. Melons have a super floral taste. The sea is dirty, there are a lot of algae, there were no jellyfish, but this is the beginning of the season, the end of spring - June. Terrible winds. Sand flies in the eyes , but in June the winds subsided. And, in principle, there are almost none before lunch.

We had a vacation with my wife and child at the end of September 2021. The hotel is great. There is a lot of food, delicious, varied. Ice cream is almost always, shrimp is often, and in general there is a lot of different food.
The rooms are good. The territory of the hotel is small and just optimal, you can not be afraid for the child will not be lost much)) The entrance to the sea is good. The sea is average by the standards of my various trips, but overall an excellent entrance for children. There are jellyfish, fried a couple of times. The weather was good at the end of September, but in the evening after lunch, the wind is almost always strong by the sea. In general, I recommend this hotel to people with and without children. There is animation too. Alcoholic drinks are a normal choice. The beer is delicious. Wine too. Strong alcohol feels less degrees than it should be ) but it's no problem for fans of throwing up.)
At the expense of stores. Do not spend money on a taxi, leave the hotel, go left literally 600 meters, then turn right and ask where the Alibaba store is where all sorts of different things can be bought at prices like in their large shopping center, to which it is still decent to go by taxi.
The neighboring hotel, by the way, is the same hotel where a tragic event happened a few years ago ...

Nice hotel. An average-sized well-groomed area. Outdoor swimming pool. Closed with a gym. There are massage therapists. According to the reviews, they are not bad. A lot of seals. It has its own clean beach, which is guarded from sellers and thieves by staff. Pillows are brought to the sun beds. The bartender brings drinks there too. Recent issues. We have a family of 3 people. there was a fairly large room with a balcony. Everything worked. The isolation is not bad, but sometimes passing citizens scream at the door. Nice staff. Delicious, varied food. There is no prominence, there is nowhere to walk. The nearest souvenir shop is 7 minutes away by back streets ... for an amateur hike. The port is 4 km away. With a small number of people, it's good. But on weekends the locals come, then for an amateur. A lot of noise, a bunch of ill-mannered children that no one cares about. Fast-running out of goodies. But maybe because of the virus, everything is there in smaller quantities. If you don't find fault with the little things, then it's good. The only big disadvantage is that the water had a musty taste. Apparently they cook on it; they add fresh fruits, fast cheeses, pastries, tea, coffee. It is sometimes unpleasant to use. I had to settle for sprite and Coke. I hope these were temporary problems.

The hotel does not justify its "stars" by any criteria! The furniture and plumbing in the rooms are old, locks are broken in the handles on the bathroom doors. There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, water in the rooms, you must agree, for a 5* hotel - to put it mildly unexpected. The beach is just littered with rotting algae, you can't go to the sea, and you don't want to go into it - it's full of algae. The food seems to be varied, but generally tasteless.
It's a disappointment, I wouldn't advise anyone to come here!

We had a rest at the end of the season, of the advantages: good staff, especially liked the hotel staff and a couple of waiters. We did not receive any special solutions to our questions from Elena, so for the sake of interest: we left for an early excursion, we did not have time for breakfast, there are no lunch boxes in the hotel, well, OK, we came to ask what we should do, the answer is guest relay: oh, well, you go there at 6.30, drink coffee with a bun, and so there is nothing there It will be… As for me, this is not a solution to the problem from the word at all, well, okay, we had breakfast with cakes, otherwise no one asked why we came so early, hungry went on an excursion. Further pros: they gave us a good room, because we were newlyweds, everything worked fine. The furniture is tired, of course, but we are not particularly picky. Nice pool, towels according to the cards. There is a small gym, which is also a big plus. There is good sand on the sea, good mattresses on the sun beds, there is security. Unobtrusive animators. There is no program in the evening, except for a mini disco… from the word at all.
Of the cons: alcohol: here you will be poured exactly the same mojito, pinot colada, etc. Alcohol is poured just a drop at a time, tasteless, in no way .... Food. That's the biggest disappointment.... There was simply nothing to eat, it was possible to eat normally only for breakfast, and that was because the omelette and pancakes with nutella saved everything. Fruits - except pears, absolutely everything is unripe, wooden melons, stone plums, watermelon is generally something ... vegetables - Bitter cucumbers, tomatoes like cotton wool. Leftovers from lunch are in salads for dinner. And the saddest thing is the liver... hard smelly liver almost all days for lunch and dinner, how do you like such 5 stars? And it's not a choice, you come to dinner, and there's either liver, or smelly fish, or you eat pasta with minced meat.Just fucking buy a chicken.... An ordinary chicken, but no!!! A couple of times there was some fried meat instead of liver, chicken legs, absolutely smelly fish every day, which even the hotel cats did not eat ... in general, there is just a huge problem with nutrition and why we, tourists, had to endure it all week because of the closing of the season, I do not understand. On the last day of rest, everything was generally reduced by 50%, as they say, decide for yourself…I really didn't want to make a scene, so we just tolerated it.
Also, one of the disadvantages of the sea is a lot of algae, no one cleans them, it was very important to me, it upset me very much. In general, the impressions from Tunisia are generally not very good, it was the food at the hotel that was especially upset. Otherwise, we were ready for garbage on the street, etc.

We were in July 2021, it was felt that the previous year was a failure - the territory has not been fully restored. But the park is big, there is a place to walk in the evenings except for the beach. The restaurant is great, the waiters tried very hard. The rooms are a bit old, though. The three of us lived with a child, it was a little cramped. We were not very lucky with the sea - there were a lot of algae - they grew right near the shore, burning jellyfish swam. There is a lot of household garbage, but this is probably a common problem in Tunisia. Garbage is lying along the roads. We flew by parachute - 3 times cheaper than in Turkey. I recommend the hotel.

We spent our honeymoon at this hotel. On excursions, people from neighboring hotels complained about their rooms and stuff, but we realized that we were in the perfect place)
Great staff and a lovely huge swimming pool. Russians mostly rest, maybe they just got caught like that, sometimes there are Germans, Italians and Moldovans / Ukrainians (it's not clear to the end).
An excellent choice of food in the diet, very cool people do entertainment: dancing, yoga, darts, everything is positive and without stress and coercion.
The country is not super quiet, but throughout the tour sector there are a lot of police in armored cars with machine guns)))
The best place to spend one or two weeks on a seal vacation with cocktails, the excursions are cool, but we still expected more. No complaints about the hotel!)

A cool hotel, small and old, but very well maintained and constantly being renovated. A nice and comfortable swimming pool (there is a separate one for the little ones). The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day. The food is very tasty, lots of cakes and pastries, a huge amount of fruit. The only drawback is that the tables are very slowly cleaned, in order to find a clean table with appliances, you need to make a phone call.

We were at this hotel from June 24th to July 10th.
In general, the hotel is not bad, but of course it does not pull for 5 minutes.
Of the advantages: we had a room with a sea view, good animation, good food, lots of fruits, the air conditioner helped a lot.
Of the cons: they dilute the gin, they gave a standard room for three instead of a double, garbage floats in the sea.

By coincidence, we got a room with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is two minutes from the building. The hotel itself is beautiful, everything is clean, the maids do the perfect cleaning every day.
