The hotel is very tired in every sense of the word. The walls are shabby, the linens are linty, everything is old and shabby. The hotel should take a couple stars off. There are decent 4 star hotels in the city. Avoid this weird place.

The hotel leaves a very pleasant impression. Everything is clean and tidy.
Immediately upon check-in, we were informed that the price includes a transfer (taken from the airport and to the airport), breakfast (or a lunchbox with you on the road), sauna, swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, none of the last three could be used, since the opening hours of these facilities are until 22:00. I walked around the city, returned to the hotel much later. I don't know if this is included in the package of services when booking a standard room, but we did.
An African-American doorman was on duty at the reception, who helped with loading luggage.
The bedroom has panoramic windows to the floor, a thick carpet in which you can drown, a comfortable bed. There is a mini fridge (built into the table), a TV (not included). Wi-Fi works well, there are no complaints.
You can compose poems about the bed – one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
There are bathrobes and slippers. In the bathroom there are 2 sets of towels, a hair dryer, a lot of all sorts of disposable little things (toothbrush and paste, cotton swabs, etc.). The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It is the style of his performance. The partition is too short, water splashes on the floor.
The decoration of the room is gorgeous. But in places it is already a little worn out (on furniture, for example), but this does not detract from the positive impression.
Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. Everything is clean and decent, it looks expensive.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, we really liked everything - the room is cozy, clean, everything in the room is fresh and clean. They cleaned normally, water and toilet paper were left every day. The area itself is very quiet, there are many delicious cafes nearby the hotel, especially the Lagmannaya cafe. The staff is friendly, on the last day they were allowed to stay in the room later than the check-out time.

It's terrible! The room was rented for three days. It was immediately discovered that the TV does not turn on, most of the light bulbs do not turn on (the room is dim). I applied to the reception. Yesterday's students are there as administrators, who either cannot solve the problem at all, or promise that they will come and fix everything now, but in the end they immediately forget and no one comes. The hotel is 4 stars, but in fact, I would give 2 stars and with a stretch.
Reasons:
- the room is dirty (the floors are dirty, there is dust in the cupboards, dust on the TV, the windows are stained);
- a TV without a remote control, I asked for a remote control, two times they brought a non-working remote control, the third time it worked, but cracked;
- the maid does not clean well, leaves behind garbage, does not put new hygiene supplies;
- breakfasts are weak (breakfast starts at 8 a.m., came at 8:10, 8:20, the food was already cold, undercooked somewhere, the appliances were stained).
