The hotel is very tired in every sense of the word. The walls are shabby, the linens are linty, everything is old and shabby. The hotel should take a couple stars off. There are decent 4 star hotels in the city. Avoid this weird place.
The hotel leaves a very pleasant impression. Everything is clean and tidy.
Immediately upon check-in, we were informed that the price includes a transfer (taken from the airport and to the airport), breakfast (or a lunchbox with you on the road), sauna, swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, none of the last three could be used, since the opening hours of these facilities are until 22:00. I walked around the city, returned to the hotel much later. I don't know if this is included in the package of services when booking a standard room, but we did.
An African-American doorman was on duty at the reception, who helped with loading luggage.
The bedroom has panoramic windows to the floor, a thick carpet in which you can drown, a comfortable bed. There is a mini fridge (built into the table), a TV (not included). Wi-Fi works well, there are no complaints.
You can compose poems about the bed – one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
There are bathrobes and slippers. In the bathroom there are 2 sets of towels, a hair dryer, a lot of all sorts of disposable little things (toothbrush and paste, cotton swabs, etc.). The only thing I didn't like was the shower. It is the style of his performance. The partition is too short, water splashes on the floor.
The decoration of the room is gorgeous. But in places it is already a little worn out (on furniture, for example), but this does not detract from the positive impression.
Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. Everything is clean and decent, it looks expensive.
Clean, affordable room prices, pleasant staff, we liked the location of the hotel, but parking is difficult, I think this issue will be resolved in the future, but everything is great
Nice, small, clean hotel. Good repair. But there is no restaurant. The prices are reasonable. Lovers of small gifts are just what they need. Located near the airport.
The hotel is conveniently located, the room is quite spacious, high ceilings, there is a desk.
There are no ready-made breakfasts (they are prepared on request), ventilation is very noisy.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, we really liked everything - the room is cozy, clean, everything in the room is fresh and clean. They cleaned normally, water and toilet paper were left every day. The area itself is very quiet, there are many delicious cafes nearby the hotel, especially the Lagmannaya cafe. The staff is friendly, on the last day they were allowed to stay in the room later than the check-out time.
One of the best budget hotels. Of the cons, there are no breakfasts, but there are a lot of chic coffee shops within walking distance, so it's not a problem. There are discounts. For your money, top.
It's terrible! The room was rented for three days. It was immediately discovered that the TV does not turn on, most of the light bulbs do not turn on (the room is dim). I applied to the reception. Yesterday's students are there as administrators, who either cannot solve the problem at all, or promise that they will come and fix everything now, but in the end they immediately forget and no one comes. The boys sit on their phones for days, they are not interested in the problems of the guests. As a result, I spent all three days in a room without television and in semi-darkness. Poo such little things as the lack of an iron and ironing facilities (they were in the description of the room), the lack of shampoo in the shower, the kettle not turning off after boiling (is it not dangerous?) I don't even want to tell you in detail
Satisfactory. The air conditioner was not working. Breakfast for three. The restaurant as a whole is also a top three. You expect more for that price.
The room is quite comfortable and clean.
We stayed at this hotel through Booking. It turned out that the room does not belong to the hotel at all, but works according to the apartment system. With all the consequences. The room is cozy and provides almost everything you need. The sound insulation is weak. Considering that when we lived there were a lot of athletes. Constant walking, doorbells and accompanying noises. One night there was a showdown with moths))) The location is not bad. There are many that are within walking distance. In general, we were more tired in the hotel itself than outside.
A normal hotel. I was surprised by the presence in the rooms not only a kettle, but also a stove, microwave and even a washing machine. Very good staff, they help tourists navigate all sorts of local issues.
I was not impressed. It was a little chilly. The hood was making a lot of noise. Dressing gowns size xs, which is for a man, which is for a girl. She put a star at the reception, which is a nice girl. And all
The hotel is very tired. Dirty carpet. An air conditioner that stinks. Everything is dirty and shabby. But the most interesting thing is the window, which is under the ceiling and which cannot be opened in the room
The advantages are the courtesy and friendliness of the administration, help with the heater, good rooms, clean, regular cleaning.
Cons - the layout of the room: a sink next to the bed, a toilet behind a glass wall / door, a shower without a door. The room was cold in early May. Washing things is expensive.
The breakfasts are not tasty and are always cold.
You can try the Renion hills hotel - it's opposite for the same money, maybe it's better there.
The review is only positive, clean bed, mini bar, the room is warm, everything is exactly as it should be in a normal hotel.Friendly staff who trusts the client, and this is a rarity.
Whose brilliant design idea was to make the shower door with a toilet transparent and put a sink in the room? It's impossible to take a piss, take a shit, or fart. Neither in this nor in that room does the air conditioner work as it should. In winter, it's so cold, and in hot weather, it's so hot, you can cook, it's like in a sauna. Never set foot in this hotel again.
The hotel is 4 stars, but in fact, I would give 2 stars and with a stretch.
Reasons:
- the room is dirty (the floors are dirty, there is dust in the cupboards, dust on the TV, the windows are stained);
- a TV without a remote control, I asked for a remote control, two times they brought a non-working remote control, the third time it worked, but cracked;
- the maid does not clean well, leaves behind garbage, does not put new hygiene supplies;
- breakfasts are weak (breakfast starts at 8 a.m., came at 8:10, 8:20, the food was already cold, undercooked somewhere, the appliances were stained).
It's a good hotel, but it's a little old, like from the 90s, which, however, gives charm. It was a little strange that for breakfast they were sent from one building of the hotel to another 300 meters down the street.
Very clean, good plumbing, high-quality mattresses and not the highest price tag. I can't say anything definite about breakfast -I'm not up to it all the time.
It is very humid in the rooms, the service is not of the best quality. There are no windows opening. The temperature is not regulated. At the entrance, she asked to issue closing documents, but she lived for 4 days, in the end they did not and refused to send them by mail with the words: you will pick them up in Almaty.
The hotel was sold to private individuals. Now different rooms have different owners. It is impossibly cold in the rooms. It's very dark. The Internet is not working.
The room was booked, They demanded one hundred percent prepayment, the mir card does not work, they could not pay, they refused to take a deposit in cash in rubles, as a result, they refused to check in at 23.00, they were kicked out of the hotel. They refused to invite the senior manager. Nasty hotel
