Great hotel in a historical "Russian Samarkand" location. Great rooms, amenities from UK, amazing breakfasts (with a caviar) and very friendly staff. Will stay here more, for sure 👍

A very nice hotel, it looks like a palace. The facade with columns is impressive, and especially the courtyard, where beautiful plants grow, there are gazebos, a fountain and even a swimming pool (no longer open in November). The rooms are clean. The breakfasts are good.
Convenient location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. You can order a taxi through the Yandex app and pay in cash (Soums).
You can pay at the hotel through the SBP.
Bank cards issued by banks of the Russian Federation do not work!
Take cash rubles and exchange them for Bags from private money changers. The hotel will tell you where to do it.
Everything is arranged!!!

A nice, beautiful, new building. The area is really very clean, the rooms are well cleaned. A clean swimming pool.
The cost of the room fund is most likely due to the gorgeous building, because of the pool and probably everything.
The buffet is definitely not up to the level of the hotel, the food does not change, sometimes frankly not tasty dishes. Freeze-dried caviar is certainly not for this hotel. To the remark about the buffet, they pretend that they will fix it, but no one fixes anything.
The staff is lazy, customer-oriented absolutely.
They simply cannot provide information on excursions.
If you asked or asked for something at the reception, be sure to clarify otherwise they will forget.
The transfer indicated in the services is a fiction, although you will find out about it 30 minutes before leaving the hotel, there is a difference through which website you made a reservation.
Things are washed very well for the first time, then as it turns out.
There are often no fruits on bessein, apparently too lazy to go to the refrigerator, oranges were waiting for 3 days for fresh, for some reason they always forgot why they did not answer.
In general, of course you can live, but once again, you only pay for the pool and for beautiful photos in the courtyard, which in your social networks will become an advertisement for this hotel.
There are no questions for people who clean up, they are great, the doorman is generally a cool type.
Young people at the reception, at the pool (except for one guy, the bartender) everyone is asleep and most likely in the wrong place.
It's up to you. My friends and I stayed for 6 days, most likely we will not check into this hotel anymore, not because we did not like the hotel itself, but we just want 12,000 rubles per day + expensive service, not to leave the aftertaste of artificial caviar.

Excellent hotel, after renovation. From the well-trained staff to the breakfasts, everything is at a high level. I will definitely come back. The only disadvantage is the high price, but it is justified by the service received.

I liked the hotel, it was a very beautiful building, wonderful staff, everyone was very friendly, any request at the reception was executed instantly. Of the advantages:very comfortable mattress, high-quality bed linen, dark curtains, comfortable sleep (the Windows were facing the courtyard), the staff is trying very hard, the rooms are clean. The hotel is new, but a lot of things are falling apart. The hotel is not worth the money. This is the first time in Samarkand, so we chose based on the reviews, but we did not guess, it's a long way to the sights and there is only one decent Oasis Garden restaurant nearby. It is better to choose a location near Registan, there is a place to walk and eat, this is the main tourist center.

The hotel is new, very well located in the center of Samarkand, the main attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are small, cozy, and have everything you need. There is a gym. The pool wasn't working when we were there. The breakfasts are very good, soup, porridge, meat, red fish, vegetables, fruits, lots of pastries. There is a park next to the hotel.

Everything is fine except the air conditioner. It always cools the air and does not turn off. They were freezing in the rooms and had to call a technician every day to turn off the air conditioner.
Hot water in waves is scalding with boiling water, then icy.
Excellent breakfasts and interior, there are vases with fresh flowers at the reception (but it would be nice to change the water in them regularly so that it does not turn sour, because this is the entrance group and the face of the hotel)

Amazingly delicious breakfasts!!! So much so that in the city (with the exception of national dishes and authentic cuisine like pilaf) no one could compare!! In my opinion, the location is the best, the park, the proximity to the sights is the perfect combination. Very cozy courtyard, nice pool! The visitors are mostly foreigners and few Russian speakers. A separate respect to the manager, omnipresent and controlling order 24/7 and very pleasant to communicate with!

We returned from Samarkand on 05/12/2024. We took 2 nights, the hotel exceeds all expectations. There was an early check-in, we checked in immediately, without waiting for 14:00. The room is clean, everything is fragrant. Bedding can prevent you from going out into the city, you lie down and drown in tenderness. It is rare to find such a thing. The breakfasts are amazing, red fish and caviar, nuts and fruits of all kinds. The atmosphere in the restaurant is authentic. It is difficult to describe the pleasure of staying at this hotel in one short review. Thanks to everyone at this hotel who makes this Asian fairy tale.

- The small rooms are too small. It's better to book big ones right away.

A wonderful hotel. Everything is new and clean. The eye rejoiced. Modern air conditioning system. Excellent sound insulation. The photo on the site corresponds to what you saw with your own eyes.
The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day, which was a little depressing for us, as people worried about the environment. So, our little wish to the hotel is to learn from the experience of European hotels, where towels are changed at the request of guests.
There is a gorgeous park nearby. It is a long walk to Registan - 25 minutes.
The pool is still being completed, it was not working at the end of April. But the staff, at our request, found us a hotel with a swimming pool, and we had a great time there.
The breakfasts are varied - porridges, cereals, scrambled eggs, omelets, eggs, sausages, stewed vegetables, cottage cheese. Seasonal fruits, local dried fruits, sweets, pastries, cheeses, sausages, fish. Several types of coffee.
Definitely, I recommend it!

Clean rooms, excellent breakfasts! The location is well, almost the center. University Boulevard is a 5-minute walk away. There is a cafe nearby. There is a guest gated parking. Although there were empty seats at the hotel in the evening. The only thing is that the street is a little noisy if the windows of the room overlook it.

The chic interior and even more chic exterior of the hotel! A clean green courtyard with dazzling white paving slabs, fountains and a swimming pool. There is a welcome cocktail at the entrance. Nearby there is a cool park for evening walks, restaurants. I definitely recommend it.

If you are in Samarkand on a business trip, then this is probably a very good place. If you are on vacation, keep in mind that it is far from the center and there is no bar in it. A "no alcohol" sign will greet you at the reception. Dinner at the restaurant will be only comprehensive. But the breakfasts are very good. Lots of fruits, sweets, nuts. A good selection of dishes.
We were at the end of April 2023. The new building was not yet completed, but the courtyard was already very beautiful.
The hotel is clean and bright. The standard room is small. The rooms have everything except an iron. You have to ask. The staff could have been more polite. We left at 4 a.m. The elevator was disabled.
