On the shelves of the store with a price tag in the region of 5 rubles per kg there were barbecue sausages for the promotion, but at the checkout they punched for 0.5 kg at such a price in the region of 5 rubles, but thanks to the store staff, to my remark that the sausages have a different value, they immediately corrected the receipt and punched it correctly, without any conflict situations, polite, courteous and friendly. Thanks to the store for good discounts, and to the staff for not spoiling the mood. Management, please do not forget to encourage such employees, it is very valuable nowadays.

I try not to go into the store and do not recommend it to others. Very often there are a lot of people in the evening and 1 ticket office is open. When asked to call a second cashier, when a huge queue has already accumulated, they do not always respond adequately. I have been visiting this store for a long time, so this time, walking with my mother, we decided to stop by. Having typed goods for one of which a price tag was not attached and using special equipment for buyers, the price tag for the goods was also not detected, going to the cashier's office where only two cashiers worked, after standing in line for more than 15 minutes, there was a problem with the penetration of goods for which the price tag was not detected, to which the cashier rudely refused when purchasing the product, instead of solving this problem, when asked to call the administrator, she ignored our request and demanded, rudely noticing our " hysterical" behavior, to pay for the product and forget about the product that does not break through. After more than one request for an administrator, after hearing a lot of insults, remarks and rudeness from the cashier, whose name we could not find out because the cashier did not have a badge, she informed us that the administrator was not at the workplace. Also, the second cashier, being at the first checkout counter, Zenkina Daria, later, because of the badge, also rudely and shouting at us, demanded to pay for the goods and leave the store, soon only the guard paid attention and called the administrator. When the administrator came, he solved our problem and paying for the goods from the same cashier, demanding pennies from us for a better opportunity to give change, she was refused for lack of such an opportunity, to which the cashier in an ordered tone said, I quote, "instead of hysterical, get into your pockets and look " for refusal in coins again demanded them to search until she was told more than three times that we do not have them, only after that she gave us the change. I also want to draw attention to the fact that when servicing the cashier did not say hello or goodbye to the buyer, did not announce how much she takes from the buyer and how much change she gives.
