A very pleasant place. I especially like shrimp and Caesar salad with hot chicken. In other fast food chain restaurants, I did not eat such products.

There are nuances - tables are not cleaned on time, frequent downtime of self-service terminals in non-working condition, lack of check tape, numbers for tables. The staff is trying, but apparently they are not quite coping

In the distant year, probably 2000, when my parents and I lived in Kamchatka, we flew to St. Petersburg on vacation and went to McDonald's for the first time. Were there places in the city where the food was better and cheaper? Absolutely, yes. But that's not what they went to McDonald's for. We went to feel the spirit of American culture and experience a different kind of service, when the cafe staff is not indifferent to the customer, when the customer's needs are the highest value in the business model. There is no McDonald's in Russia anymore. There is also no McDonald's in Kazakhstan anymore. And as the neighbor's experience shows, not everything is possible to repeat. It is not possible to repeat the standard of living, an independent court and so on. But, as it turned out, it is not possible to repeat McDonald's on the example of a ready-made business model. Twenty-three years of visiting the world-famous network are behind us. The day before yesterday we were given a coffee-glass, ice cream in which sank to the bottom of the glass. And you know what? The staff was deeply indifferent to this, even after the remark. You can name yourself as you like now, do rebranding, etc., but in fact you just had to stay the same mac inside. But you couldn't. R.I.P.

French fries are fried from some 3 cm peelings, handed back, wings and burgers are quite edible, tea was poured with boiling water, they did not warn, the child burned his tongue.There are a lot of people, everyone is standing, staring at you with mute reproach when you sing, but hurry up.
