I recently visited the ice palace and was amazed by its splendor. The entrance to the building was decorated with great attention to detail, and I felt like I was in a royal palace. The ice sculptures and decorations were amazing, and I was overwhelmed by their art and craftsmanship.
I was also impressed by the numerous children's areas where children could jump, skate and play on the ice. The staff was very friendly and ready to help at any time. I also appreciated the variety of activities offered, such as figure skating and ice games.

How to explain all the disadvantages of this place in one. "People are cattle" Seems to be the slogan used by the staff of this ice palace, the only ice palace in the city. No people, this place is not worth the candle. It is better to wait and find a more economically profitable + place with better staff. About ice - satisfactory, skates are terrible, they are not engaged in them , for parking 1 check-in + and that's it. Decide for yourself whether you need to spend from 1000 + to go for a normal ride , or wait for winter and go for 300-400 to another place . Price is not the main factor in this review. But , it is fundamental. My story is not very big... We took tickets for 2 hours , after a break , the controller comes up , demands another ticket . It was said 2-3 minutes to search , he did not wait and literally threw it on the floor by the scruff of the neck . After talking with the administration, unfortunately, we did not come to a solution to the conflict. We had to leave. I hope this " institution " will reconsider the algorithm of actions and the old system of 10 years ago .
