The question immediately arises: why write on the site about pickup as an option if not all bags are there? Write immediately that there may not be a bag, you will need to go to the store. Next: booking 1 day, that's a surprise. There is no information about this on the website, I had to change all plans and fly in the evening to get a bag. Arriving at the place, they showed me a completely different bag: pink powder and suede instead of smooth leather. I didn't buy it because it wasn't what I needed at all. The answer to the question why is this: on the website there are photos from the first collection, everything that is sewn then is not photographed and the bags may not match. Umm..And is this an online store? Having arrived with nothing, I chose another bag once again, the site indicates availability in 2 stores, arrived at one - it is not there, they said they bought it a long time ago, recommended calling the second one, called - there is also no one there. They said it often happens: everything is wrong on the site.. More trips for nothing. A week has passed, there are zero updates on the site, the bag is supposedly available in both stores. Should I call the store in 2023?? Despite the fact that the site gives you the opportunity to order??? The desire to buy is gone, I will look for another bag.
