I am changing my negative review to a positive one!After a negative experience at Il Solo Gelato, I left a review, and to my surprise, the management of the institution reacted. I received a personally signed letter of apology, as well as a dessert as a sign of reconciliation. It's nice to see that they really care about the opinion of their customers, and they try to correct mistakes. Thank you for your attention and care.

A pleasant place. The menu does not pull for lunch, but for breakfast it is quite an option. Omelets, sandwiches, milkshakes, desserts, ice cream and coffee. Simple and expensive. The menu categorically does not specify the weight of the dishes and the volume of drinks - understand how you want. And the prices make you think about it. Free Wi-Fi, nice interior, 2 floors (it's better to eat more seriously in a quiet, cozy atmosphere upstairs).

The halls are not particularly spacious, but they are bright and comfortable.
The staff tries to be affectionate.
I would especially like to note the caring and attentive attitude of the manager towards clients, who was more than actively involved in the service process on the part of the service team.

4 pancakes (not fluffy), medium soft, about 15 cm in diameter, without pronounced taste.
About 20-30 grams of Nutella and cream each.
Sliced fruits and a few almond petals.
In general, freshly prepared and sliced fruits were served. However, he was a bit off-putting.: pieces of fruit fried together with orange + pineapple + grapefruit, Connected by a stick on the side (apparently, they were sliced much earlier).
I waited about 7-10 minutes.
It was an exciting combination of banana֊Nutella is a pancake, and that's it.
I would prefer more lush and delicious pancakes than the ones that were served.

There are enough establishments of this format with the best quality on Severny Prospekt!

We decided to have breakfast here somehow. The waiter is pleasant, it's a pity he doesn't speak either Russian or English)) he will tell you something in Armenian and look at it, waiting for a reaction. In general, an interesting communication experience, like in the movie the cuckoo. We waited for 30 minutes for our breakfast. No more, of course, not a foot)

Kicked out with a baby in a stroller. I bought ice cream with me and sat down at a table outside, as my daughter also asked for food. The waiters came up and said that I took it with me (as if get out of here). I understand if they explained it for the future or at least offered to take coffee (it turned out that the price for ice cream with you is different). All the tables were almost empty, and obviously we would have eaten one cone in 5 minutes. In my opinion, this is rude, I won't go anymore, although I always took ice cream there.
