I recently bought lamps in the Importsvet store and was very pleased! They have a huge selection of chandeliers, sconces, LED strips and even street lamps. The managers helped me choose the perfect models for my interior. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery, especially compared to other stores. Plus, all products are original with a guarantee. The showroom is beautiful, the consultants are polite and always ready to help. The only thing I would like is for the store to have more samples presented on the site. But this does not overshadow the positive impressions. I recommend it!

I really enjoyed working with this store!

2) responsive managers who answer all questions without delay and promptly help if necessary. We had an unpleasant situation with the product due to our fault, but the guys helped us solve this problem quickly and without severe material and moral losses.

A great store, we bought lamps for the bathroom and the house. They were very beautiful, and everything was delivered intact. According to the warranty service, it's also a 5 plus. 3 months after the purchase, the lamps were installed and found that a light bulb did not fit into one, apparently defective glass filling. They thought that everything was with her. But no, everything was changed for us without any questions and delivered, for which we are very grateful to the store staff. And then we plan to make purchases from them!

Lots of shopping in this store. There is a large selection, the salon is beautiful near the metro, the delivery is free. A chandelier bought from them recently burned down. I made an online order for chandeliers, ordered chandeliers at +-200r, called, clarified the details, confirmed the order, set a delivery date and indicated a time period. Just a couple of days later, I noticed on the site that the price of these chandeliers had changed and became three times more, but I did not give it any importance, because if the order is confirmed, then there is already a public offer agreement.
On the day of delivery, I decided to dial and clarify so that the courier would contact me an hour before he arrived, but no one was even going to deliver the chandeliers to me, they said they called me during the week, but did not get through (and did not try to dial anymore) and decided that with one call that did not get through, they warned me that there will be no delivery (by the way, I did not have any missed ones on the stated day), because chandeliers are not available and will not be expected in the near future, since they are no longer supplied, in return they offered 10% for the next order.
A day after the call, I asked my friend to dial them to clarify the presence of those missing chandeliers, and strangely enough they turned out to be available, only at a price three times higher. Bottom line: the store illegally refused to provide the service, citing the lack of positions of the generated and confirmed order.
