I've been going to this fitness club for 3 months. I noted some pros and cons for myself.
Of the advantages:
1) Convenient location, pleasant interior, everything is clean, new, there are hair bands, cotton pads, micellar water, deodorant, napkins in the locker room. There is soap, napkins, toilet paper, and feminine hygiene items in the toilet.
2) The gym has a lot of various sports equipment, a bottle with automatic water supply, disposable cups.
3) Pleasant administrative and coaching staff, I found the best coach Alena for myself. She is a true professional in her field, I have never seen so many diverse and effective exercises from anyone (there is something to compare it with). Super attentive to everyone, sets cool tracks, workouts are positive!!!
4) Pleasant prices and a loyalty system.
Of the cons:
1) A small gym and a locker room (if there is a full record for training, you will have to make room). The gym is also a walk-through room and the locker room and toilet with shower can only be accessed through it. If the training sessions go one after another, then you have to go through and interfere with the training.
2) The water is blocked in the showers, and in order to wash, you need to go to the administrator and ask her to turn it on.
Great fitness club!
I recently started studying at this club and I am very happy!
Pleasant atmosphere, friendly trainers and modern equipment. Classes are held at a high level, the coaches are always ready to help and support. I was also pleased with the variety of group training sessions. I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their physical shape and get positive emotions!
This is the second time I've been to Alyona's training. She's just an amazing coach!!! To be honest, I'm a person who doesn't really like fitness, but I only do it because I have to. But during Alena's training sessions, the atmosphere is so incendiary, the classes are just for fun. On Saturday, I was on the steppes, Alyona showed me clearly how to do it, then they repeated it slowly, and only then they accelerated the pace and even learned a beautiful bunch. I have something to compare it with, it often just happens that the coach shows quickly, and how everyone should remember and do everything at once, but their legs get confused. And Alena has everything in stages. It was an interesting workout today, too, and I've never seen such exercises before. Thanks a lot ❤
