The Incognita Karaoke club in Astana has become a great place for us to relax with friends. The interior of the club is designed in a modern style and creates a cozy atmosphere. The club's menu offers a wide selection of snacks and drinks, as well as a variety of Japanese and European dishes.
But the main advantage of Incognita is its karaoke system. The sound was clean and high-quality, which allowed us to enjoy our favorite songs. The club staff was very attentive and helped us choose the songs and set up the microphone.
The atmosphere in the club was fun and friendly, which made our evening even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to Incognita again and recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

The staff is at the highest level. I liked the design of the place. We haven't tried the kitchen (we were at the event before). We had a nice time, sang from the heart.

We were at the VIP last night on January 12th.
1) It's terribly cold. There is a small fan heater. Shame.
2) Ordered - tom yam, Greek salad, pasta with seafood. The result - Tom-yam was waited for 1 5 hours, they forgot to put olives in the Greek, but they did not wait for olives. The octopus in the paste is completely chewable - that is, just like chewing gum.
3) Only at 1 a.m. the receptionist came up - for a check of 170,000, they gave Asti a Martini for 5,000 in apology.
Do not come here. You'll regret it.

the second time I visited this institution with the hope that the second time would be better than the first) but as it turned out , I was wrong to think so🥲 it seems that the average check is above average , good location , but the contingent leaves much to be desired. Don't set foot here anymore )

The staff did well. Diligent. But it was cold in winter. For some reason, cold air was blowing out of the ventilation. And expensive. For 2 people, drinks and snacks came out 60k. Overall, I like this place.

Прекрасное место для песен для души, отличная кухня, шикарный сервис, очень приятный и вежливый персонал! Буду есши еще в Астане, обязательно посещу повторно это место)

Классное заведение, хороший персонал, обслуживание хорошее, диджей Думан молодец, акустика аппаратура очень хорошее, кухня также хорошая, в общем рекомендую. 9/10

Из всех караоке, где был, самый, пожалуй хороший звук, видимо не пожалели денег на аппаратуру. Цены средние, может чуть выше, чем в других подобных заведениях, но тут классная атмосфера.

Это просто топ. Думаю самый лучший звук в городе, так приятно петь. Шеф заведения сам принёс заказ. Очень приятно было получить комплимент в день Рождение

Русский бармен честный, хороший очень, спасибо ему. Без него поначисляли всего всякого, задаток возвращать ни в какую не хотели, пока я полицией не пригрозила. Разочарованна!!!!!!

Ужасное заведения. Была в первый раз обслуживание ужасное. Акустика караоке просто ужас.

Хорошее место, но за то что ты за баром платишь депозит и ещё песни по 10 тыс покупаешь как то странно. Был не раз персонал вежливый.
