I ordered a kitchen from this organization. We worked with designer Ksenia. I really liked it! Thank her very much for her approach to work and people! The person really tried to help, gave good advice, took into account the wishes and (which is very important and surprised) - not a single question or problem (the presence of a countertop of the right color) was left unanswered or a proposed solution! It's nice that the organization takes into account customer feedback, monitors the quality of work, and if problems arise, they solve them (the light sensor did not work well, they arrived, replaced it with another one without problems and additional costs, now everything is functioning perfectly, thank you for your promptness and concern for the customer). In general, I recommend it, I was satisfied with the cuisine and the work done)

I ordered and installed the kitchen in the summer of 2024. I was happy at the design stage. Designer Tatiana satisfied all my desires in terms of the kitchen project, although the kitchen is very small in size and there were enough non-standard solutions and many said that it would not be possible to do as I want.
At the stage of work with the design department, there were disagreements regarding sockets, the location of individual elements, all mounting holes for equipment and plumbing were not taken into account exactly, everything was fixed during installation, the benefit of inconsistencies were in those places that are invisible during operation.
I encountered some disagreements during the installation... There was a misunderstanding how such a project could be ruined simply by poor installation. When accepting the kitchen, the "wow" effect did not work, they came and finished it twice more, but already other installers. The impression was ruined.
In general, we can say that the organization is good, all comments were processed and eliminated promptly (in the amount that could be eliminated). I would like to wish for more interaction between departments. So that the design department studies the design and mounting holes of the mounted equipment more carefully. So that the installers pay more attention to their work and do everything more carefully, because the final impression of the kitchen depends on them. It is also necessary to provide some kind of protection for the facades, at least a film, so that the consumer can remove it himself, since some of the parts were scratched and stained at the time of acceptance.

During operation, I contacted the hardware adjustment service a couple of times, they sent me to the COMPLAINT department and I was pleasantly surprised by the specialist's reaction and the time frame for elimination!!! We ordered a kitchen, a wardrobe, a swing wardrobe and a sink area with a washing machine in the bathroom from this company. I was very pleased with the end result, everything was done beautifully and neatly. The masters cleaned up the garbage after themselves, which is not a little important. It is very convenient that in this company you can immediately purchase hoods, sinks and faucets (as in our case), which are already selected based on the general design concept.

I left a request, they called me back, since I had a common project, we agreed that I would send it. Next, someone, without introducing himself, wrote from a Viber account and disappeared for 4 days, neither calculation for you, nor suggestions for you, they say, we can offer you these options..
I write, I say, will you send the calculation?
They answer in the evening, sorry, they couldn't answer, it's a big load.
Next, just from the series "divorce of a fool", they send it, attention, not in a file, without a visual, just text in a message:

I ordered the manufacture of a kitchen set for the kitchen in Khrushchev, 5.9 sq. m. Designer Ksenia showed maximum attention to our "wishlist" and in a matter of minutes

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered a kitchen, it was installed in September 2023, the first joint came out at the installation stage, the second appeared in November. The kitchen is glued over the hood, it was replaced once a month for the second time. Now, six months later, the cabinets above the washroom are being glued down. During installation, the back wall above the hood was damaged, which was then safely closed from our eyes. Regarding kitchen defects, the answer is always the same, you get moisture or the hood does not work (it was checked and the conclusion about the good work of the vent. the channel is on hand). As for the price, which varies from the exchange rate, I am generally silent. I think my trip to court is not avoided.

I ordered the smallest thing in this company - a closet. I want to warn all "potential" customers, be very careful when concluding a contract. It turns out that it's all a lie that it says on their website that the price is unchanged in Belarusian rubles. Initially, the price is prescribed in Belarusian rubles, BUT linked to the dollar exchange rate. And as a result, the customer pays not the amount that was specified in the contract in Belarusian rubles, but decently more. That's their approach to customers. All exchange differences are paid by the Customer. Then, I want to draw your attention, the contract specifies a period of no more than 45 days. BUT, and here is a complete "divorce". It turns out that this is only after agreeing on 3D visualization. And their approval takes place somewhere after 3-4 weeks (for me) so it was). And as a result, the most basic piece of furniture will be made for 2-2.5 months. I do not recommend anyone to place an order with this company. Among other things, I want to draw attention to the material from which furniture is made.
