We would like to express our gratitude to Marina for organizing our vacation in Turkey. I helped with the choice of a hotel and a place to relax, we rested in the village of Beldibi at the end of September. We rested at the Selchukan Hotel, a good family hotel. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the staff is very polite and attentive, there are a couple of slides and a swimming pool on the territory. Cleaning was done every day, bed linen was changed about once every two days. I was very pleased that all the entertainment was near the sea, that is, there was no noise near the hotel. There is a lot of food and varied. The hotel was fully populated, the only minus is a small beach for such a hotel, if you come later than 10 a.m. there may not be a place, but since we always went from the very morning and it's not so hot and there aren't many people, then everything was fine, the sea is very warm and clean, of course very large stones in the water, but we had corals, so there were no problems, there was a pontoon and a railing right next to it for entering the water. The beach was also cleaned every day after closing. Animation works from morning till evening. In general, for recreation at this time of the year itself, there is enough of everything.

3 months before the planned trip, we contacted InnTourLab, with Olga's manager, negotiated the conditions that were important to us, after the hotel confirmed the reservation (according to the manager), we made the payment. Place of rest: Kemer, Hotel Santana.
Upon arrival at the hotel (4:30 a.m.), the reception staff said through an interpreter that we had no reservation... He checked the voucher and said that he could temporarily check us into an empty room in the neighboring building until the hotel manager arrived at 10.00 am. (the manager also confirmed that we have no reservation).We wrote to our manager in Minsk, described the situation, to which she gave an answer, this cannot be, call the Turkish number of the host party or the guide....and that's it..... (Does a tourist have to deal with the solution of this issue ???) We realized that our manager from Minsk will not do anything, apparently her main task is only to sell the tour!
We went to communicate with the hotel manager on this issue, after a while it turned out that our reservation did not go through some service and therefore they did not see it (what did the manager from Minsk receive confirmation for then???)... As a result, our room was given to other people, and we had to be in the room in which we were settled during all the clarifications.
The room itself (Standard room):
It is worn out, but it is tolerable for such money (this is relative to walls and furniture).
There is no hair dryer, although its availability is indicated on the website, they could not provide anything at the reception either.
Everything is kept on snot in the room, from the toilet bowl to the towel holder. The doors in the stall do not close until the end, after taking a shower, the whole floor is wet. The door to the balcony does not close.
They took out the garbage themselves, because the trash can is very small, like for cotton pads in the bathroom.(Fortunately, the cleaner left the bags).
Of the declared linen changes 3 times a week, they were changed once, and then, at our request. Regarding room cleaning 2 times in 9 days.
They asked to take us to the main building (this was initially discussed with a representative of the travel agency when buying a tour, because they had already lived in the main building of this hotel 2 times and liked everything very much before) there are no places, and no one knows when it will be .....
Regarding the kitchen.
The first 30-40 minutes, the queue for food (thanks for not using coupons at least).
The food assortment is meager, everything is in open containers (flies climb), some of the dishes, including just vegetables, are scary to eat (everything is cherished and old).. there is a feeling that everything that was not eaten yesterday is served for breakfast today, then for lunch, then for dinner, until the dish completely loses its appearance. It's not pleasant to take bread, many people just sort out the bread with their hands, that until your turn comes, all the bread has already been touched by the hotel guests + drops of salad dressing on the pieces themselves (I really hope that it accidentally got there, and not that it's leftovers from someone). Fruits : only watermelon and melon at all times.. Desserts : (we found only pudding and 1 baklava at a time, while the queue was reaching, the dessert was ending).
Of the drinks: water, tea, coffee, and something like juice (it tastes very chemical yuppie), if you want something normal, then you need to go to the bar, but there is no one there. The wine is poured from bottles of dubious appearance (most likely they were simply poured there), poured into plastic cups.
The territory is dirty, the exit from the hotel is a view of the dumpsters...There are steers, bottles, and wrappers everywhere...
Regarding
the staff: The reception staff cannot resolve any issue. They do not have information about the work of neighboring buildings, they do the work: "out of hand." In the dining room, for example, there are individuals who, after 10 minutes of eating, come up to you with a gesture to "lift the plate" and begin to clean the table, spraying detergent, as a result, it is not possible to eat longer!
Only the sea pleases!!!!!!
It is a pity that this hotel lost its status so quickly, it used to be better, we will no longer consider the InnTourLab tour operator, nor this Santana hotel ((( .

In this company, to our great regret, as it turned out later, our manager was Alexandra. Please be SURE to read this review so as not to spoil your vacation!!! It all started with the fact that after paying for the ticket, we were not informed that only three days before departure we would be sent all the necessary documents for the rest, the payment passed, the manager disappeared. When booking a hotel, the company provided us with a transfer from home to the airport and back as a bonus. When we arrived at the office, in order to pick up all the documents and clarify all the information about the transfer, Alexandra began to tell us one information, a more experienced manager, it was clear from communication, periodically corrected her, since the information was not entirely reliable to her! Then we thought probably the new employee does not know all the nuances. When booking a hotel, I asked if there would be a room with a balcony, it was important for us, since we were flying for 13 nights with a small child, to which I received a clear answer YES! Upon check-in, the room was without a balcony, dirty, smoky. We immediately wrote to Alexandra and asked her to resolve this issue. Alexandra advised us to write to the receiving party, and we did so, while receiving an answer as soon as possible that since the hotel has a standard room with a balcony and without it, it was necessary to specify "standard with a balcony" when booking, the room was booked INCORRECTLY! We checked in during the day and there was no dynamics until the evening, I went to the reception and asked to change the room, it was done without any problems, the room was exactly the same without a balcony. On the second day of rest, endless correspondence, of course, thank you that Alexandra was constantly in touch, but this did not warm the soul in any way, since the issue was not resolved. I was constantly told that this is not a quick process, the request was sent to the mail, there is no answer yet, come to the reception yourself, etc., but the manager of the receiving party answered me very quickly, the reception also made contact. On the second day, late in the evening, our room was changed. It turns out that two days of our rest were in full tension and waiting for the issue to be resolved. This is where we thought our adventures were over, but unfortunately not. When we picked up the vouchers, Alexandra said that upon arrival home, the transfer driver would call us and pick us up. After we picked up our luggage and passed customs control, no one called us, after waiting 30 minutes, I decided to dial Alexandra and clarify where our transfer was by calling several times, both on a regular phone and on Viber, no one answered me!!! Then I dialed the number listed on the company's website, the manager answered me and said that he would now clarify where our transfer was. Calling back a few minutes later, we were told that Alexandra forgot to order a transfer! It turns out that when we called, she just ignored our call! Alexandra's attitude to her work is very irresponsible and ugly! Never work with this manager, so as not to face such problems as we faced!

Отдыхала в начале августа в Кемере, в отеле ELAMIR (4 звезды). Отель расположен на окраине самого Кемера, вокруг гор(вид просто изумительный), до моря(1линия),5мин, выход к морю очень ухоженный и чистый, на пляже лежаки в достатке, прекрасное оформление навесов, постоянно ходит обслуживающий персонал, на пляже мелкая галька, что очень удобно(даже детки без тапочек могут бегать), раздевалки, души, омыватели ног. Все очень прекрасно. Сам отель небольшой, две огромные терассы, одна из них возле бассейна, где тоже есть лежаки в доставке с навесами. В отеле два бара: бесплатные вино, джины на выбор, пиво, кофе, чай, вода. Всё очень ухоженное, всегда поддерживается порядок и чистота, места всем всегда хватает. Номера относительно большие, в номере имеется всё необходимое ( встроенный большой шкаф, сейф, телевизор, встроенная мебель с полочками и зеркалами, прикроватный тумбочки с ночниками. Прекрасный большой санузел, с огромной душевой. Всё в прекрасном состоянии. Чистота поддерживается каждый день. Горничная меняет каждый день постельное белье и полотенца, моет, чистит, убирает. Все на вышем уровне. Сам отель выглядит очень красивым, что с наружи, что внутри. Питание трех разовое (шведский стол), достаточно разнообразно. Овощи и мясные блюда в разных приготовления, на любой вкус. Всегда фрукты и сладости. Отель, обслуживание заслуживает крепкую 4,5 звезды. Очень рекомендую, кто хочет хорошо, красиво и в чистоте отдыхать, ещё и каждый день с развлечения и. Большое спасибо ITL и особенно Анне Лебедевой за отличную работу по организации моего отдыха в 2022г. в Тайланде. Не смотря на постоянно меняющиеся требования тайской стороны и острый дефицит времени , Анна смогла оперативно изменить все необходимые документы , "песочницу", билеты и проживание. Во время отдыха постоянно выходила на связь и решала возникающие проблемы. А затем ,в условиях отменяемых рейсов и блокировки авиасобщения , смогла благополучно доставить домой. Не советую обращаться, отпуск испорчен, безответственный подход, в документах перепутали даже паспортные данные.
Очень большие проблемы были с заселением, безалаберное отношение сотрудников которые не хотят ни за что отвечать!

Ездили на отдых от данного турагенства .все понравилось , изначально даже была уверена, что в следующие путешествия буду ездить только от них , пока в день вылета из Минска мне не перестал отвечать турагент . А мне нужно было узнать ответы на мои вопросы . По итогу пришлось узнавать от левых людей. Связались со мной только в день вылета уже в Минск ( сказали ,что не было связи . Я думаю ,что о таком можно было предупредить заранее и дать запасной номер другого работника , на случай форс-мажора ). В целом все хорошо ,но этот момент ,лично меня очень смутил. Поэтому только 4 звёзды

Очень хочу выразить огромную благодарность турфирме InnTourLab 👍👍👍🔥через которую ездили недавно с семьей в Турцию. Летаем с семьёй на отдых каждый год и каждый раз менеджер ТАТЬЯНА подбирает, советует отели в соответствии с нашими требованиям и предпочениями. Всегда на связи 24/7, вежливые, доброжилательны. Быстро подобрали тур, подтвердили наш заказ тоже БЫСТРО. ГЛАВНОЕ без "косяков" - в общем, работают четко и согласно бюджета клиента!!!
Уверенна , что мы еще не один раз будем обращаться в эту турфирму. Спасибо за вашу работу, особое спасибо Татьяне, кто хочет отлично отдохнуть и подобрать действительно хороший вариант для путешествия бегом к ней)))))) До встречи в Ноябре 😉

Заказывали тур в Тайланд у Татьяны, Профессионала своего дела (всем советую обращаться к ней). Помогла определиться с городом, отелем. Курировала наш отдых с первого для прилёта до возращения в Минск.
Нам помогли с визами, в InnTourLab полностью занимаются документами (подачей, контроль сроков, возврат), что максимально разгружает перед отпуском.
Татьяне отдельное спасибо за терпение, понимание и отзывчивость.
Следующий отпуск только к ней и только в InnTourLab!

Отдыхал с семьей в Турции июль 2021 года. Тур подбирала нам Марина, профессионал своего дела. Изначально была запланирована Черногория, но из-за закрытия полетов пришлось поменять на Турцию. При расчете за тур учли ранее оплаченную сумму за Черногорию. Четко было организовано прохождение ПЦР-теста и получение всей необходимой информации перед вылетом, был перенесен рейс на 1,5 часа раньше, о чем нас и предупредили в агентстве. Но в итоге рейс был задержан, так как не все туристы были предупреждены своими тур операторами.
