A good small train station is being renovated, there was no heating in the hotel on the second floor, but there were blankets with my husband that were not too frozen. You can spend the night. Without frills, it would be nice if there were a couple of bags of tea and sugar near the kettle to keep warm.

Minus there is no place where you can have a snack. The toilet should be freely accessible, since an employee arriving at night is not always on site. Replace the seats with more comfortable ones. I wish you good luck. And see updates for next year.

I think there are few passable people there . At the Chistinko train station, the people are friendly and we liked the families in general. People are kinder even compared to Karaganda. There is a new toilet - it's bad that it's paid

There is a hotel right on the 2nd floor, I was not in the rooms themselves, but went up to the counter (which was empty) looked around cleanly in the corridor everything is new... There were a lot of construction pranks - I don't know the name, but they still do it
There is a grocery store right next to the exit 20-30 meters away
The assortment is small, the prices are of course high.
Boarding takes place directly from the bus parking lot - which surprised many LARGE buses with luggage for free (Barnaul - Semey route) I rode more than 5 times in 2 weeks (I entered the university)
At the entrance they give 0.520 a bottle of water and a chocolate bar "Kazakhstan" thank you
The trip is convenient, only if you are traveling alone, since the buses are often always full, then you will not be able to sit in comfort, so I will not paint the buses.
Now about the cons
As I already said, a paid toilet (although to whom, but I write as a minus)
The building itself looks rather sad from the outside, inside it may be a little better - the second floor is inside the new one
There are 2 ticket offices, but 1 always works - even if the queue goes all the way to the street
There is no dining room/buffet (also to each his own)
But after a long journey, I would like to buy something to eat
In principle, the bus station fulfills its function... Far from the worst bus station I've been to, the score is 4 purely because of my personal preferences, and so someone will definitely come in
