We took tests with the child several times for etc. Independence, 109. Everything is always at the highest level!!! Administrators will always tell you everything in detail, they will quickly arrange it! I would like to highlight the work of nurses Svetlana and Ilona in particular. They stipulate all their actions, the child is so carried away and "enchanted" that he gives them his hand to take blood without fear or tears. And the fact that after all the manipulations they are treated to a cereal bar and coffee is beyond praise. The child always asks when we will come here again.

Отличный сервис и всегда результаты готовы быстрее.
Если местами в Инвитро цены могут быть чуть выше чем у конкурентов, то оно того стоит хотя бы из-за сервиса на 100%.
Только положительный опыт с лабораторией, рекомендую.

В целом, всегда довольна всем, что связано с Инвитро, тем не менее столкнулись с крайне неприятной ситуацией. Я записывала маму на ПЦР в один из филиалов Инвитро для пересечения границы с РФ (думаю, не нужно объяснять, насколько сейчас это сложно, учитывая сокращение срока действия до 48 часов).
Я лично консультировалась по телефону, в какой день, учитывая время выезда и дату, будет правильно сделать ПЦР. Мне была рекомендована конкретная дата. Однако, когда мама приехала на ПЦР, ей было отказано, поскольку справка будет просрочена. До этого я звонила несколько раз, уточняя, всё ли подойдёт, мне говорили, что подойдёт.
При этом, сотрудники даже не предложили альтернатив/переноса и общались крайне неприятно, обычно, такое можно ожидать в любой городской поликлинике, но не в частном центре.

Очень хорошая лаборатория.Перед тем как идти в первый раз лучше активировать Личный кабинет чтоб получить бонусные 5 рублей.Очень приятный и приветливый персонал.Очень профессионально делают забор крови из вены.После того как взяли анализ можно бесплатно выпить кофе с молоком или любой другой горячий напиток из автомата что очень грамотно так как анализы обычно на тощак нужно сдавать.Очень довольна этой лабораторией.Рекомендую

Ужасное отношение к клиентам.Сдавали ПЦР 06.01.2022мазок.Вовремя не выполнили.До 08.01.2022Москвы доехали,а результат так и не пришёл.Вопрос за что взяли деньги?Лишь бы взять деньги,а остальное не волнует.Подставляют людей.В этой клинике работает безответственный персонал.Не советуем обращаться в клинику Инвитро по адресу проспект Независимости 109.Не грамотные сотрудники.
