The food is not very diverse, but no one was hungry (do not forget that all the products in Sinai are imported). The staff is adequate, everyone is friendly, of course everyone is trying to earn money, but without impudence, almost everyone speaks at least a little Russian. The sea is only for those who like to swim and dive, there is no beach to splash and hang out on the waves, only a narrow strip of sand where you can sit. This is not a hotel, but a sadness, we were there only a day, because our flight was delayed and the tour operator brought us to spend the night. Meals-2, the territory- 2 small and sad, rooms-3 points, but good bedding, staff-4, location-4 points, in Soho Square. I do not recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Awful. The hotel pulls on a C. Maybe 20 years ago, it would have been nothing. A complete repair is required, completely change the appearance. The food is disgusting. Alcohol is no worse, practically water. Of course you won't be hungry. The sea is not bad, the coral reef is beautiful. There are a lot of locals with families on vacation. Because of this, it is not a very comfortable stay at the sea. The descent to the sea is difficult if you have a problem with your legs. We could make an elevator. It's not my first time in Egypt. I don't recommend it. The staff is diligent. Not worth the money this hotel is being sold for.

I rested alone from the 13th to the 20th. They were brought to the hotel at 8 a.m.I was waiting for check-in until 10 o'clock. Breakfast was served and they said that we were not allowed to have it, but everything is possible for money. We just checked out of this hotel, I want to share my opinion about the hotel, if you want to spoil your vacation in Egypt, then you are here, bad food, old and dirty rooms, poor service and thirst without water! The horror! furniture from the garbage dump, sun beds too!!! The choice of food is meager, 6 days if only chicken, one day beef rolls. No fish fillets or seafood and this is a 5 star hotel. We received a room with different beds (we are a couple), we were asked to change so we were given again with 2 beds and no balcony. The cleaning is so-so, there is hair on the carpet in the room, sand, etc. and so on. We ran out of soap, so we waited for it for 1h40 min. We went to the resnpshen ourselves, but they didn't give it to him. They said they would contact the manager!!!!! What kind of manager does not care about such a question🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. I've been preparing for a long time and was going to write an objective review of this hotel! We had a family vacation with a child of 7 years old and another family with a child of 6 years old! What can I say, this is not a 5, this is a hotel between 3 and 4! To be honest, I have been to Egypt for a long time, but I have never rested in such hotels! We arrived at 16.30, all the norms were settled (10S) of course, we were given to say that the rooms are old- to say nothing, the plumbing is so rusty that it is not pleasant to take it in your hands! There is one outlet that works for the room, the TV does not work, there is no Internet! We shouted and had a fight, thanks to Irina, who asked for us - they moved us, the room is a little better, but at least you can wash! The hotel lives on full economy, The territory is not treated from Mosquitoes, the first night, everyone was bitten! And then we saw a lot of children - they were all bitten! The food and the restaurant are also not about anything, that's just about nothing!!!!!! Nothing has changed in 10 days, only dates- melon- oranges from fruits, 1 time there were apples! By the way, you can't sit down with a big company without $ 1, there are no big tables like this! You have to stand in line for meat, they will give you 2 pieces - you ask for more - not satisfied faces! My husband has already asked for it! Alcohol: wine is diluted, beer too!, whiskey is poured by sip!

Generally, the staff is good-natured, while you are having a meal, you will be asked how you are doing? Do you like the hotel? Where did you come from and when did you arrive? They will offer you something to drink and show you hospitality. Half of the staff speaks Russian, half English, and some only Arabic, which is not good.
Rooms
Old furniture, like a lot, blankets are terribly warm and it is difficult enough to sleep under them, only if they are sweating, they found a dead cockroach on the balcony) the next day it disappeared somewhere. 2 days after check-in, one of the lamps stopped working, and there is not enough light in the room, although you will rarely use it, there is no light on the ceiling, only 3 lamps placed around the room. They offer you a safe in which you can store your belongings, you should not do this because obviously the staff has duplicate keys or knowledge of how to open it. Cleaning is done every day, but I don't understand if they clean up or just fold the bed linen neatly and put water with towels.

It is really difficult to walk to it, a huge staircase as the hotel is located on a hill. The beach is small, the sun beds are shabby in the trash, somewhere bird droppings, some torn, terrible sun beds, it would be possible to change. It is worth entering the sea from panton, since it is not worth walking on the stones, maybe a surgeon (a gray fish is painted with a very sharp fin cutting the leg, I did not see it myself, but I heard that the girl was attacked by him in front of me. You should not enter the stones yet, since they are not smooth and sharp in places, you can get hurt until you reach the cliff in the sea. The entrance is from panton, it's just barrels built up to this very cliff, 7-10 meters away, where all the fish and other animals are waiting for you. It's actually interesting to see everything underwater, but every time you see the same thing, I got a little bored, I saw a stingray and about 10 species of fish.
Meal
The buffet, at the time of my arrival, and this is now, you don't need to ask anyone to put anything on, you put yourself as much as you want and what you want. I eat monotonously and I can't tell what is delicious and what is not. I ate squid and rice with vegetables, it was delicious, but I didn't eat good squid, so I don't know. Baking is nothing, drinks be careful: On the beach, the bartender pours you himself, so to speak, ordered pineapple juice and hot chocolate, juice from a bag in the refrigerator, and chocolate from the coffee machine, but in the restaurant you pour juices yourself, pineapple as for me is natural, but orange is the so-called Yupi, a powder soluble in water with the taste of orange, lemon and something else. Mango juice is natural, thick, rich and delicious. Soda is like soda, I don't drink alcohol.

The big problem is mosquitoes, I got about 60 bites on my body in 1 night, 15-17 on both arms and legs,
It doesn't look like 4 stars, I would give a maximum of 2, maybe it's good for Egypt, but I think you can find a better option. And Wi-Fi does not catch on the territory, only at the reception, you can only get on the phone there. I do not recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart.

They can bring open water, other water in the hotel in the food sense is simply desalinated sea, they cook on it, ice from it, and so on. Poisoning is not so difficult.
The food in the hotel is so-so, both in quality and variety, every day you come and there is the same thing, well, in 3 days it will get very boring. The beach is cleaned so-so, it's easy to get a splinter in the leg. On the beach, the bar offers all-inclusive water for a dollar, as well as all alcohol mixed with water. Pools are not cleaned from the word at all, the hotel's territory looks more like a country after the war, unfinished buildings, garbage everywhere, Both construction and ordinary.
Repairs have never been done here, all the plaster is cracked, the doors do not close on the balconies, that is, you can get into the room without a key safely. About the staff:
