This hotel is my love. I may not be objective. This is my first hotel in Egypt, and all my love began with it. It's old, the furniture is dilapidated, but...the staff are smart, they are all for vacationers and it doesn't matter how many people there are in the hotel!! We were in October 2020, fabulously. The bay is one of the best in Charm. There is one thing..It's a slope, the whole hotel is on a slope, it's quite difficult for people with big problems. But!!! You can arrange a car, on the territory, my father was driven, for free, with a smile!!! That's probably why I love this hotel. It's not the golden toilets that are more important to me, but attitude and mental comfort. By the way, Soho is nearby..

The hotel needs renovation, the territory is not in order everywhere. But all this brightens up the beautiful coral reef. The food is normal, surprisingly it does not get as much as in other hotels of a higher class. The staff had to be educated a little, to which the manager reacted quickly in the right direction

The worst hotel I've ever been to. We arrived on February 24th. They checked into the dead room. They moved to another one with an additional payment, but it was just as old. The beds were assembled from old boards and mattresses. Everything is split and very ancient. The sun beds are broken and full of holes. Animation is the most terrible horror. Two Egyptians and two girls from Ukraine. And they were dating each other. And accordingly they hated Russians, plus they were very lazy. We were openly ignored, there was no show, no volleyball, no darts for us. We organized it for ourselves. And as soon as we approached, they immediately curtailed all activities. One pair of animators didn't work at all, they were constantly making out somewhere. Then on the beach, then on the sun beds. They also saved on food, as tourists from Ukraine stayed at the hotel for free. In general, for 70,000 per person, we received hatred, cold pasta and potatoes and, if we were lucky, a piece of meat, lack of animation and a collapsed room. There was no Wi-Fi. Then, when our flights were canceled and we could not leave, we were not allowed to live for free as Ukrainians. And they were forced to pay quite a bit (since the cards were already blocked and there was a huge commission when transferring and withdrawing from other cards). You said you were Russian, so you're paying. So we moved to another hotel. Where we were charged an adequate amount for the room and treated well.

I really liked the hotel, the service while you are at sea (for example), after cleaning you will always find some interesting figure, the location of the sea is very good, well, of course, depending on where your room is located, there are also two swimming pools. But since you are eating at the sea, I will say about the sea itself, the sea is very salty, the water is very clear, you can immediately see corals, the only thing I did not like was jellyfish and surgical fish. I was satisfied with everything, I want to recommend this hotel...

I liked the fact that the hotel is located near the airport. I was also impressed that we were not kicked out of the hotel ahead of time in the current pandemic, we had a tour from March 15 to March 25. On March 18, we received a notification that the hotel was closing on March 19, and in the end we decided to work until the last customer. However, 25 was the last flight from Egypt and all the rest were taken on this flight. One family had a tour until 27, the other until 26, but they were taken from the hotel with us.

I liked everything very much. The beach is small and cozy. Pantones are 10-15 meters, which is very cool, you don't have to go 100-150 as in some hotels. The territory is huge, there are a lot of paths, but everyone goes around somehow, because whether you want to or not, there will be a lot of walks. SOHO is nearby, you can walk there in the evenings.
