The building is very beautiful. A magnificent, historical piece of architecture. The Presidium of the Academy of Sciences is located here. I mean, the place is disgusting. Terrible employees , terrible team . They spend their days gossiping and drinking tea , chatting on the phone . Terribly

It's a very beautiful building from the outside. Every day, people specially came out of the nearby gates of the old town to admire the building.

The Ismailia building is one of the architectural masterpieces of Baku. It was built in the early 20th century by architect Joseph Ploshko in the Gothic style at the expense of oil magnate Musa Nagiyev.
