They cook very tasty, the maximum is that sometimes they forget what they ordered, they bring it for a long time, because when you call, they sometimes do not come for a long time, but everything is super!
Mediocre food, mediocre service. At 23:00, the speakers are turned on at maximum volume and glasses burst from the sound and blood flows from the ears.
Everything was fine until the bill arrived, the waitress added another portion of the most expensive dish in the receipt, although we ordered 1 portion. Perhaps it is the Slavs who are being fooled in this way.food for three, mood for -5
We came with our family just before the end of the trip to Georgia - we specially left this place "for dessert", because we had heard a lot about it.
Unfortunately, this was our biggest disappointment : (Maybe we just had bad luck with the waiter, but first things first.
There were four of us, we ordered 6 hinkals per person, a glass of chacha, a glass of wine, two decanters of 0.5 wine - white and red, and tarragon.
It started with the fact that two liter decanters of red wine were brought. I had to deal with the waiter, check the menu (literally prove that we did not order this), as a result, they took away the liter decanters and brought what we ordered.
However, I also had to remind them to bring glasses, because we sat without them for about five minutes.
And then once again to remind them to bring tarragon.
Along the way, we ordered khachapuri in Adjarian.
After that, khinkali was brought. We, being quite hungry, attacked them, and suddenly they quickly ran out. We began to think and realized that, on the one hand, they did not bring 24 khinkali (6x4), but 15 - 5 plates of three khinkali (more did not fit on the tray), on the other hand, there was quite a little filling in the khinkali (literally, as in our dumplings).
We asked the waiter - in her opinion, everything was brought to us. After that, they contacted another woman, perhaps an administrator or manager, and explained the situation to her. At the same time, it was clarified whether there would be khachapuri. Suddenly, he wasn't even recorded. But it turned out that it was even for the best (we were able to leave faster in the end).
After a lot of talking and counting what we had left of the hinkals in the plates, we were able to (sic!) to prove that 9 more pieces were not brought to us (3 plates of 3 pieces each). They immediately assured me that they would inform me very quickly. But we waited a long time again, so we "caught" the waiter, said we didn't want anything else, except to pay off and go home. Along with the bill, we were informed of khinkali, which we refused, and which, of course, were included in the bill. Somehow we agreed that we would not pay for them (the bill was 55 GEL, we left 50).
The most unpleasant thing began next.
The bill immediately includes service (10%), but it was known initially - it is written in the menu. We offered to exclude this from the bill, because the service was extremely bad. To which the receptionist said that it was a tax fee. I specifically searched for taxes in Georgia, VAT is 18%, there is no tax of 10% (and it says in the menu that 10% is a service fee, that is, tips). After that, the administrator began to swear (or swear?) with their children, that it's tax and they can't do anything about it. I hope that everything will be fine with her children, and as few people as possible will repeat our mistake by visiting this institution.
In general, khinkali is three, service is 0, the price tag is average - I do not recommend it.

Inside, the simple atmosphere of an ordinary cafe and really delicious dishes and drinks (ordered khinkali, champignons with cheese and lemonade). The service is fast, everything is satisfying and cheap. A must-visit!
We ordered home delivery of Megrelian kupati open on ketsi, Adjara khachapuri. Khachapuri is so-so, but compared to meat, it is incomparable. Stew with meat was brought instead of kupats. More precisely, not with meat, but with ligaments and fat. Compare the photos. The delivery service insisted that it was the same thing. We called the restaurant, asking what they had brought. We received the answer that this is how it should be, that these are sliced salads. It was impossible to eat. I had to throw it out.
In general, it's not bad. Khinkali is ordinary, peach lemonade is rich, but neither the place nor the food produce a wow effect. You can go in, but you shouldn't wait for miracles
The situation is uncertain: whether you are in an expensive restaurant, or in a canteen, but it is quite tasty, the portions are huge, however, as everywhere in Georgia, while not very expensive.

If you are vacationing in Tbilisi, then be sure to visit this place. Everything is very tasty, and khinkali, and khachapuri, and wine, and most importantly - pleasant prices.
