It is with great pleasure that I would like to share my experience of visiting the Ivory beauty salon and Alesya's manicure master. As a person who is very selective in choosing specialists, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and professionalism.
The receptionist was very friendly and offered me a variety of drinks to choose from, which created a pleasant first impression and helped me relax.
The service in the salon is top-notch, the staff is responsive, which made my stay as comfortable as possible. The quality of the master's work is simply amazing! Every detail has been worked out with attention and precision.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide range of colors!
As a manicure master, I definitely recommend Alyosha at the Ivory salon to anyone who appreciates high-quality manicure and a high level of service. I will definitely come back again!

I was on the eyelashes of Master Vera and really liked it! Firstly, it is much faster than in other salons, and secondly, it is of high quality ! I came to the salon for tinting. In general, the work was done well, the most interesting thing started with the payment. When recording online, the price is 100 rubles. Upon payment, the price became 137 rubles. When asked why the price had changed, the administrator replied that the cost of the material had been added. But neither the recording nor the confirmation of this was indicated.
And judging by the previous comments, this is not the first time this situation has occurred, but for some reason the management does not take any action to solve the problem.
And one more thing: tea was not offered to all customers for some reason. Unfortunately, I was unlucky, although other customers were asked about tea and coffee. Perhaps it's for the best: otherwise, it would have been added to the payment.

I would like to note the professionalism and sensitivity of both Alesya's manicure master and the administrator (I forgot the name, I'm sorry). 07.02.2025 I took off gel polish with a broken arm. All the specialists were very attentive, the master had to work standing up during the procedure. Thank you very much. I ask the manager to encourage his competent, humane staff.

This salon is not responsible for the quality of the services provided. I was doing eyelash extensions, they fell off the next day. The salon said that the master was ill and it was possible to make an appointment with another, but in a week. In total, I walked for a week and a half with my eyelashes falling off. I came for a makeover, the new master turned out to have absolutely terrible energy, not friendly. I absolutely did not want to lie in her negative field for 2 hours. Immediately, she began to tell me in a passive aggressive form that my eyelashes were falling off because she saw that I was drinking vitamins and I was drawing arrows.I've been drinking vitamins for 2 years now, nothing has fallen off before. She was very friendly. I said in a calm tone, "I'm sorry, I'm uncomfortable with you, I'd better go." At the reception, I was already re-signed to my master after 2 days. But the next day, the shock was that the salon texted me that the management had decided that the alteration would be paid. That is, I paid for the service, the eyelashes fell off in 3 days, then I had to walk for a week and a half with short eyelashes, spend time coming to a negative master and I still have to pay again. This is the first time I have met such an attitude. A good business, once every 3 days to redo eyelashes for a fee to customers) in the photo, the appearance of the eyelashes 2 days after the build-up

Yesterday I was at the salon for the first time: haircut and pedicure. I am very happy with the haircut. Master Lilia is a professional in his field, which I want to return to. But the pedicure did not please. It is surprising that a salon of this level and with a price tag above the average in the city has such cheap, semi-dried, without or with an erased shelf life varnishes. There is no base for the varnish at all. At home, after examining the nails, you can see how uneven the varnish is. It's a pity that such works are not displayed on Instagram. And, dear administration, do something about the hood! When it is turned on, it is impossible to breathe - the smell from all previous customers is probably disgusting.

I really like the salon. I go for eyebrows and nails. The staff is very tactful and polite. It so happened that I did not sign up for one master , but all the time I got to new people .All their work is on top. Even finding fault with their work is simply impossible . The price / quality matches. But there is one small detail that greatly confuses me - the photo after the procedures. The masters are all good , it is not convenient to refuse . They take photos , as I understand it , not for their portfolio , but for the management + they check the quality of services at the reception. Somehow after that , the mood drops . This formality related to the control of services is a little scary. Of course , there are no complaints about this . But somehow it should be done less "head-on", please. As it is, everything is great. Thanks !
