Faced with a boorish attitude. It is not a client-oriented company at all. The company I work for is a regular customer of the cards. Our employee stopped by on the way, asked if it was possible that the cards were ready. Inflated how? That almost the office was demolished, they called and complained, which they "showed up" ahead of time, complained to the management (from their bell tower, of course). Which collective farm employs people who don't know anything about business ethics? Basic negotiation skills? Respectful attitude towards the client?
