a good hotel - in terms of price-quality + location) clean rooms, swimming pool on the top floor. a Russian-speaking guide on the ground floor (they took an excursion to the desert at the hotel and did not regret it). We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, we were kindly offered to leave our luggage and were allowed to visit the pool before check-in and after (on the day of departure). The reception also allowed you to choose among the available rooms (they showed several options with different types - without surcharges). Everything is nearby by location, a view of the Dubai Marina embankment, from the window you could see the Ferris wheel and neighboring buildings)

Everything is wonderful, the apartment has excellent sound insulation, chic furniture, bed and bedding!!!! The washing machine is in the room, it's just a salvation! Convenient location to the metro, to the beach, near everything!!!! We are thrilled!!! There is a pool at the hotel, but we were at the sea! The breakfasts are great!!! Thank you for a great stay!

Great hotel. Price - quality. Yes, the restaurant is in a nearby hotel, but the restaurant offers a gorgeous view of Dubai Marina. Excellent service. We took breakfast/dinner. It was possible to change dinners for lunches. The breakfasts are very cool, like lunch. Lunches and dinners are on the menu, but you can eat if you do not belong to the type of people who are accustomed in Turkey as uncultured sows to put food on themselves with a slide.
Cleaning was every day. A paradox! We never found the cleaners in the room, even leaving the room for literally 30 minutes, coming back - the room was already shining.
Special thanks to the woman Early, who sells tours in the lobby of the hotel, do not take excursions from the tour operator, it is expensive. We have inexpensive excursions. I told you everything about Dubai, all the shops and other chips early.

You rest in May, there is no restaurant in the hotel, you have to move to another building in the heat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 10 minutes. The diet is the same every day for lunch, no variety. Breakfast is meager, and dinner is so-so, there is no liquid food at all (soup, broth, etc.), my child loves liquid food and did not really eat anything all week. The chicken was 1 time a week. The waiters are rude, they asked for bread and the administrator himself freaked out, but brought it with a dissatisfied face. The city is beautiful and I am glad that it is adapted to the heat, air conditioners work wherever possible, I work without exception, including on the bus and subway👍

The place is good. There are a number of disadvantages. The breakfast restaurant is located in the neighboring building, some rooms do not have a balcony and have closed windows, a slightly tired kitchen, a borderline number of dishes were missing some pans, the muezzin's cry in the morning if the windows overlook the mosque is one of the obvious advantages of the location. Marina Promenade, supermarkets nearby, 10-minute walk to the metro station. Some rooms have netflix enabled.

A great budget hotel! Comfortable beds, daily cleaning, there is a washing machine and a kitchenette that allows you to cook by yourself. There is no balcony, but we took a dryer at the reception.

The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes to the beach with a quiet walk. We had a room for 4 (2 adults+2 children). The room is large, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms. Comfortable, spacious. Loud sounds from the mosque - calls to prayer - were very annoying at 6 am.... The usual breakfasts are omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, fruits, pastries - there is a choice. The building itself is not very new, the furniture in the room is too old. But for Dubai, apparently, such quality is normal at such a price. The main thing here is walking distance to the sea, to cafes, to shops. You can take a walk in the Dubai Marina in the evening, along the embankment along the beach - there are also many cafes, shops, there is no need to go anywhere. The prices in the cafe are normal.

A great hotel, we had a huge family room with its own kitchen, super cleaning, a rooftop pool, although it was probably repaired, since the tiles from the pool floor were removed. There is not much territory nearby - a construction site and a road, but across the street there is a shop with normal prices, a mosque, a canal that is great to admire in the morning.
The staff is responsive, there are no Russian speakers, but the translator solved all the problems.

We stayed here in July 2023. The location is convenient - near the Marina Mall shopping center, metro and public transport stops, the sea is within walking distance, there is a swimming pool on the roof. The mosque nearby and the prayers coming from it did not interfere with sleep at all, the room was without a balcony, the windows did not open. The air conditioner was smartly configured initially, did not turn off even in our absence and maintained a comfortable temperature in the room. There are no construction sites nearby, no dirt and noise from them was noticed. We went to eat 5-7 minutes on foot to a building nearby, the food was delicious. There were no complaints against them for the entire vacation. The room was cleaned every day with a change of linen and towels, they give 2 bottles of water daily. It is convenient that the room has a kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine and a minimum set of cooking appliances. The staff is polite, on the first day they gave us a free adapter from an American outlet and a sewing kit. In the closet there are bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and an ironing board

The apartment is old, but the bed is big and good. Dampness in the room. If you come on vouchers, then you should not take breakfasts and even more so dinners. They have an agreement with some mediocre department of Egyptian origin. For breakfast, a couple of sausages, an ovary and coffee, some fruit. Very sparse. For dinner, everyone gives a choice of a couple of dishes and all the time fried potatoes, nuggets, like a salad or something. It's not worth it at all.

A very strange hotel, some kind of branch from the main one.it is necessary to go to another place to eat and decently by distance.they charge a deposit (this is the first hotel where I was actually charged a deposit in Dubai), you need to ask for a clothes dryer, if you were given a room without a balcony, you need to ask for a charging adapter.The location is convenient, there are no questions, shops,cafes, the beach are all within walking distance.Two bottles of water are put on every day. Minuses:We booked a room for three with a balcony marked:in fact, there was a room on the 7th floor without a balcony with a panoramic view of the landfill.
There is a girl sitting at the reception who hates tourists from the Russian Federation and she does not hide it, when asked if there is a room with a balcony, she replied there are no balconies at all.Then she just ignored us and didn't say hello.
We checked in for 7 days during the stay, the hot water was turned off, the plumbing broke, and there were three of us in the room.
The hair dryer stopped working after 4 days of use.
Of the advantages, the location is not far from the sea, we walked for 10 minutes.The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily.

In the description on several sites it is indicated that beach towels are provided, in fact only for the pool on the roof, about beach towels they spread their hands and rudely answer that this is not their problem, what is written on the sites. Although the information is provided by the hotel itself, it is not taken from the ceiling.
We only had breakfast, but according to reviews it's the best. Because dinners don't shine with variety and portions. Moreover, if the child has not mastered his bun, they will not let him take it with him to finish eating in the room.. They will run after you with a demand to return everything. Nonsense. So the next time you will have to eat under strict supervision. The story is not ours, but our neighbors, but they saw and almost went to such a "crime" with a few berries from their own plate. This is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards people and especially children. This alone is an excuse not to return to this hotel.
About the pledge.. Managers told us (and tourists from other cities) in advance that he was not in this hotel. And here are the pipes again. There is. And strictly in dirharms. No dollars. And it is not taken from everyone. Very alarming.
Well, the cherry on the cake.. The administrator in the first days is rude and not interested in talking to Russians. In the last couple of days, the girl also did not speak Russian, but she easily communicated through an audio translator. She was nice and could be approached with any question.

From our window, we could see part of the bay and the eye of Dubai wheel. They cleaned it every day. They took it without food. There is a huge selection of cuisine nearby, there are Russian speakers almost everywhere. The area itself is sooo gorgeous! The room is comfortable, I fell asleep like a groundhog, prayers and the sounds of construction did not interfere. Cleaning 2 times was in 8 days. We constantly hung a sign on the door to have it removed, but it worked once.
An adapter for charging is given at the reception for free. We had to ask for water ourselves every evening. Once only they brought it themselves.
0.5 a day was enough. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not far from the hotel. Even in July, it's not stressful to walk in the heat. Lunch is the same menu, in Russian. Dinner is acceptable, breakfast.. I only ate fruit and scrambled eggs sometimes. Food for a solid three, but they didn't stay hungry. Change money in the Mall, there is less commission. We went to the pool where we had breakfast. He's scary in this hotel. The safari tour was taken from Egor, $ 250 from the company of 6 people. It's worth it.
