Nice hotel. But there is a caveat- Jannah has two hotels. One is on the waterfront, overlooking Dubai Marina, and Jannah Place Dubai Marina is on the second line.

The building is not the tallest, but in a convenient location. It is convenient to walk to the shops and to the beach. It is located right on the Marina. A hotel with apartments. Large apartment rooms. They cleaned it every day. It's not new, but everything is readable. Rooftop pool, gym, sauna, etc. I enjoyed it
Initially , I was scared by the bad reviews about Ethel . However, I personally have the best impressions. The hotel is special considering that it has 3 stars, very good. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, given the traffic light. Very close to the canal and the Eye of Dubai. The place is gorgeous. The mosque didn't bother us. The room was gorgeous, with a kitchen. They cleaned every day and even washed the dishes. The staff is very friendly. For 7 days they took a deposit of 200 dirhams and 70 - tax.
I can't estimate the food, they took it without food.
In general, I recommend it.
Location- 5
Number- 5
Purity- 5
Service-5
Everything is on demand.
It's just wrong that the tax is 70 dirhams!!!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of December 2023. It's about an hour's drive from the airport
I must say right away that this is not a hotel, but apartments, which are now rented out for several months to everyone (Indians, Arabs, etc.) and are sold to tourists for tours.
Therefore, we personally encountered neighbors who lived on a permanent basis and whose children ran and screamed down the corridor until night with the doors open.
The reception is very small, or rather it simply does not exist: 2 tables with computers and chairs for guests. There is also no adjacent territory, or rather the adjacent territory is 2 restaurants that are not related to the "hotel". There is no lobby, nor is there a bar or restaurant. Therefore, you will have to go to the neighboring hotel for breakfast in 7 minutes, by the way, there are photos on the Jannah website from there
The room is large, but has seen many tenants. There is a kitchen area where you can cook, a washing machine, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer (we did not have a working one).
Gym and rooftop pool, showers and hammam (this is definitely a plus)
For breakfast: it seems like there is a lot of food, but everything is very modest. A couple of types of buns, coffee on tap from a thermos, salads and snacks. They make scrambled eggs, there are yoghurts and breakfast cereals ... but the waiter is just great, everything is quickly cleaned
In general, there was an ambiguous impression. And here, for myself personally, I see more minuses than pluses. And I will not return to this hotel for sure.
I would not have returned to this hotel, there are pros and cons, but I did not make an impression, the location and, in principle, a normal kitchen saved me.
Clean, tidy, very polite staff. Beautiful room, constantly changed the water. The only negative is breakfast in another hotel, but these are small things. I really liked it.
It's terrible, I won't advise anyone, especially those who are vacationing with children. They cheat from the doorstep, you can say the rooms are dirty, the restaurant is 700m away from the hotel, I measured, go past the construction of a high-rise building, there is a crane, and literally go under the crane.
The restaurant has a special history, we ordered 3 meals a day, the same thing every day, you can choose something else for breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same every day, the menu is meager, to the point of nausea, after 4 days we could no longer see this food.
They asked to change the room so that with a balcony, they took the deposit again, promising to return it, in the end they did not return it.
In general, a complete disappointment.
The place is chic, but the hotel is sooo, very tired. The toilet flush button flies out, the water is constantly flowing, face towels have not been received, only bath and foot towels.
The apartment is a very time-worn hotel. There would be repairs to roll up. There is a pool on the roof, but not a big one. There is a gym, but not functional, more for cardio. There are lots of shops around
The hotel is a little tired, but the service and location match its inexpensive cost

We lived in an apartment for three with a kitchen. There is a kettle, tea and coffee bags and a bottle of water are put in every day. The beautiful beach in Marina is a 10-minute walk away. The same amount, but in the opposite direction - to the subway. Convenient! Nearby grocery stores and cafes. In the evening, it's cool to walk around the Marina illuminated by colorful lights. I recommend this place!
I chose a hotel in Dubai Marina closer to the Ferris wheel. But as it turned out, it was a mistake. The hotel itself is quite old. There is a construction site around, which begins immediately after morning prayer at sunrise (at 5 am). By the way, the mosque is right under the windows, who cares), so get ready to wake up early in the morning.
The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. We had a rest in February of the 20th year. The room has a kitchen, you can take it without food, you can buy everything in the shops nearby. There's even a washing machine. The hotel is just not new, it feels like it needs renovation, especially the rooftop pool, where unfortunately the walls are high, and there is no gorgeous view to see. The tiles haven't been there for a long time. And in general, a little shabby look.. But, these are small things. In the room you will only sleep and eat sometimes. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but a telephone translator solves any problem. I liked the hotel. Next time only here
The photo is beautiful and so all the apartments are killed, they took a deposit from the card on arrival, they allegedly returned it on departure, but they never came to the card.
