The delivery is just disgusting!!! The order for Mother's Day, which was supposed to be delivered from 9.00 to 11.00 (ordered on the website in advance), was received with difficulty at 15.00, and if I hadn't called every hour, I would have received it by nightfall. I believe this should not be a client's problem. Put your logistics in order, the customer must be sure that the delivery specified in the order will arrive on time.

I have been ordering flowers from this store periodically for 6 years. They were delivered on time and the staff was responsive and attentive. But after today's adventures, I think I'll say goodbye to this store. The orders, which were supposed to be delivered from 9 to 11, were received bitterly in half by 19 o'clock in parts. Naturally, there was no surprise and the impression of the gift was spoiled. At first, one bouquet was brought around for lunch and we had to find out for half a day where the rest of our gift was. Messages were answered with unsubscriptions, calls were dropped. In the evening, they brought a second bouquet, but forgot the teddy bear... In my opinion, this is not a professional job at all. Yes, I understand, on March 8th, there are a lot of orders. But this shouldn't be a customer problem. If you take such a large number of orders, you must be sure that you can handle it.

Прекрасный магазин цветов, а так же супер приветливые и приятные сотрудники. Т.к. нахожусь за границей, периодически пользуюсь их услугами. Всегда привозят прекрасные свежие цветочки. Никогда не было никаких вопросов и опозданий со стороны курьера. С вниманием подходят ко всем комментариям-просьбам. Всем советую)

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Ну как так можно. Очень хотела букет тюльпанов белых, но получила что получила. Разве визуально не видно что это просто ужас, что цветы 5 см в высоту и их почти не видно. Очень разочарована отношением
Фото букета спустя 2 часа после покупки, не через день, не через неделю, а спустя 2 часа!!!
