Upon arrival, we were checked in and to say that we were horrified by what we saw, to say nothing. Check-in at 14:00, arrived at 16:20 and the room did not have time to prepare, as the maid is alone!! Judging by the photos and reviews, the hotel is good-looking, comfortable, and the service is polite. Let me remind you that this is a four-star hotel!! In fact, we got dirty towels, dirty sheets and a lack of bath accessories.(toothbrush, bathrobes, toilet paper, tea, coffee) Immediately contacted the reception to resolve this issue peacefully, to which the cleaning of the hotel with foam at the mouth proved to us that everything was clean, everything was changed, we show them dirt and stains on towels, in addition they did not have time to dry and wet!! It's not enough for them, everything is clean, it's just that these stains don't wash off. Excuse me, but how can I know that these stains are not washed? To this question, I was rudely told "the conversation is over." Rudeness is all. Our "fun" days at the hotel did not end there... By coincidence, breakfast at the hotel was canceled, but they forgot to say about it, when they came to breakfast in the morning, they turned us around with the words "didn't they warn you?" the money was not returned, the rooms were not cleaned during the stay, there was no bottled water. As a result, No. 9 of the luxury category needs to be urgently closed for repairs.

The current cleaning was done once in 5 days. They just cleaned up the trash and changed our disposable slippers.

I fell for the reviews in the booking. It turned out, in vain. There is a smell in the room, the hair dryer did not work. They offered to wash my hair at home, then go dry it in another room, offered to move me to another room, they solved the issue for almost half an hour, as a result, I moved out on the condition that I would be refunded the full cost of my stay. I stayed in the room for 3 hours. They returned it. She moved out. After that, when I had already checked into another hotel, they began to call and demand a refund for the personal hygiene products used, or to be more precise, I used slippers when checking in. She explained that if the problem with the hair dryer had been solved, she would have safely moved to another room in the same slippers. Or she would have stayed in her room if she could have washed and dried her hair. They were outraged, but they stopped calling. One more thing... there's a cemetery 200 meters away, it turns out. Old, but still. If all this does not bother you, then you can move in) well, I don't set foot there anymore.
Separate breakfasts are paid (buffet 2000t.), the shower room is in sad condition (the tropical shower is torn out, the shower watering can is pissing) belongs to room 14.

Initially, we, the 2nd men, were booked room #1 - 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, but one double bed. We asked for 2 separate beds - to which we were told that there was no such option and offered to sleep on someone's bed, someone on the couch. We agreed, but as it turned out, the hotel did not have a room with a serviceable sofa. We were settled first in room 1, then in room 10, then in room 5 - sofas are broken everywhere. The phone does not work in room 10 - they asked to fix it, to which we were told that their phones were not repaired. Clothes hangers were collected throughout the hotel, chairs were searched for themselves, a stationary shower does not work in some room, dimness in the corridor and rooms, windows do not open everywhere (in room 5 there is some kind of stable, unpleasant smell), refrigerators (in 2 of the three rooms) are not washed, linen, in the second the day after the FOURTH relocation in a day, I had to beg.... One thing saved them - they came to the hotel tired from work, just fell down and slept as they had to, just to move out as quickly as possible...
I liked the hotel, it was very cozy and beautiful. But, there are cockroaches, stained chair covers, stains on the couch. The room was cleaned only upon request. The breakfast is delicious, but monotonous and cold. The staff is polite.
