The impression is strange, we were at the cottage on the cold river before , there is a clean , well-maintained house , there is no ruin, polite staff, conducted individual excursions , in general there was no complaint , we decided to visit this historical institution.
The building is in ruins, in the windows ( where they are not allowed ) you can see the collapsed ceiling on a gorgeous billiard table , dust , cobwebs, and inscriptions on dust on the crystal glasses Moscow 2023, the territory is almost completely closed, guest houses are closed, we were not even allowed into the house.
Yes, there are many group excursions, we understand, once we went in, they said to wait until they were finished and that from the next one we (two people without a tour) would be able to go in, the second time they say the same thing, for another 15 minutes, the staff themselves just sit on the sofas at the entrance, as a result, it did not work out on their own.
The sea view is beautiful :)

Stalin's dacha.It is good that it has been preserved almost in its original form.Walking through the rooms, you can't help but imagine how the owner also walked in the house, looked into the same mirrors, received high-ranking guests, made history.The house has a magnificent view from the balcony. It is a pity that the observation deck on the cliff was damaged by the war.And of course, it is desirable to put the whole complex of the cottage in order, probably many more interesting things can be seen. The tour - the presentation of the story - is held in the hall of the house, followed by an independent visit to the rooms.The price is reasonable, not overpriced.I recommend it to history lovers to visit.

The cottage has not been completely restored 3-4 rooms. On the ground floor there is a cinema room and a billiard room in a deplorable state. The windows are open. Neighboring buildings have been trashed, it feels like homeless people live there.

The territory is clean, but the asphalt and curbs are broken.The main building of the cottage has been restored, except for the ground floor-there, as many years ago, there was no repair, through the glass you can see a huge billiard table, chairs, everything is in disarray. They could not get on the tour, because the doors were closed, and there were no announcements about opening hours or excursions, but through the glass you could see a beautiful and restored environment. From the building there is a beautiful view of the sea, fruit trees, the surrounding area, and the entire territory of the cottage was once very beautiful and cozy. I wish you to put this wonderful corner in order as soon as possible!

We came here as part of an excursion to the city of Sukhum, the surcharge for visiting the cottage is 300 rubles per person. I would have known in advance what was inside and how, I would have stayed outside for a walk))) three identical bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom that you can't enter. Everything is made very minimalistic, Upholstered in wood. There are empty shelves in the study, not a single book is left. As we wrote before, there are a lot of insects and bedbugs. The tour is short and not particularly informative, then a little time for independent walking. You can't go to other floors, you can't go to other buildings either. I liked only the view and the garden, which I didn't really have time to see. I wouldn't come here on purpose, and I don't advise you either.

Careful - garbage!
Entry for a person is 50 rubles., apparently for the view that is there, but definitely not for the smell. At the entrance to the building, you will be met by perpetually smoking mikrik drivers, inside the building we got to a light "banquet", two women and two men drank alcoholic spirits, the smell was very strong from them;(( 300 rubles., for entering the building, 15 minutes of historical story and after walking through several rooms, many closed.
There is a lot of garbage from cows on the territory of the cottage! Be careful!

The cottage is not in the best condition. The room is not heated in winter, taking into account the humid climate, this is a disaster. It smells of damp, an old abandoned house. Plaster fell off the ceiling in the leader's bathroom. In one of the bedrooms, a wooden film was glued to the ceiling instead of wooden panels, which parted at the seams. And under the ceiling on the wall there is generally paper wallpaper with a tree pattern that has fallen off.
Admission costs 300 rubles per person, the guide gave a lecture for 8-10 minutes. Then you can inspect it yourself. That's another 10 minutes. However, the view from the balcony is very beautiful! (the film is visible in the third photo, instead of panels)

Ritsa, New Athos and Musser.
In the Ritz, a man asked where the bathtub with cast-iron legs was, which was 12 years ago and now there is something banal instead.
They replied that nothing had changed, but something must be under restoration.....
At Gorbachev's dacha, some of the furniture from Stalin's dacha, at Stalin's dacha in Musser, some of the furniture from other dachas, at those dachas furniture from some dachas of secretaries and ministers of previous years........
The excursions themselves are 1.5-2 minutes.....
But in general, you can visit everywhere - according to the principle we were there)))
PS. Rooms are rented at Gorbachev's Chaika dacha. The place is interesting)))

The condition of the object is very bad, there is no point in going specifically, as an addition to the monastery, yes, why not. The price for entrance to the territory per person is 50 rubles.,an entrance ticket per person is 150 rubles., an excursion of another 300 rubles. total with an excursion should go out for 2 about 1000 rubles. We were refused a tour because of the alleged end of the working day and the small staff. Although after us, more people came in 2 groups of 3-4 people in total, there were 10 people. 2 women in a boorish form refused to conduct a tour and convey any information, it all seemed very strange to me, at first the payment at the checkpoint without tickets and they did not even warn about the end of the working day at the guides, but on the contrary cheerfully invited to inspect. The condition of the cottage is very sad, there are 3 halls for inspection, an office, a banquet hall and a bathroom. The building for Stalin's servants is locked, through the windows you can see the complete destruction in the room. It is impossible to reach the upper house, where the guard was located, everything is overgrown, the territory is terribly neglected. In general, it's strange, a state-owned facility.... well, maybe there is not enough budget for restoration and repair, but it is banal to tidy up the yard from vegetation, wash the windows, even whitewash the facades and paint the territory with cheap paint, and it will be a completely different look. The condition is very deplorable, the roof in local places is running after a while the object will not be there.
