The leaders used to be more modest. And that didn't stop them from doing great things. The servants of the people are getting smaller. They're getting smaller. GLORY TO KABAEV!
Why they do not invest in maintaining the entire structure in its proper form remains a mystery. There are a lot of tourists. The place is beautiful. Status at 3
We went in without a tour.At the entrance there was a woman with a notebook, a woman with a purse and some guy lounging at home. Two doors were closed.Three bedrooms, bathroom with boiler, study, living room with modern TV
An empty house. There's nothing to look at.It feels like they just took everything out and left the beds, mirrors and table.
it is beautiful, cozy, and far from the sea (I did not swim in the sea, only in the pool) It's a great place, but it's worth carrying out the restoration and showing more information, it's the same story, I'm sure many people will be very interested
We took a walk, looked at the cottage as a cottage.
You can drive by car.
Entrance/check-in is 50₽ per person.
It is better to take a car, go very far from the highway
A quiet and beautiful place. However, all the paths are overgrown. And it's so nice to walk, sit in the silence and shade of the trees overlooking the sea!
An interesting place to see how a historical figure lived, but the condition of the cottage wants the best. The first floor, where the billiards is located, is closed to the public, most of the ceilings have been redone, but they are covered. At the same time, there is a plus: an interesting tour that lasts only 7 minutes.
Entrance from the monastery is free, from the city side 50 rubles per person, moreover, they took us for children, but they did not take our friends for children, you can go for a walk
Dachas are very similar to each other. On the Cold river from the cottage, I let you go to the sea through the pine forest. There are more palm trees here. But to look at how modestly our Secretary General rested is definitely worth it. The nature and the view are magnificent.
It is a historical place, but the guide is not worth waiting for him to pay...
I highly recommend climbing the territory yourself, there are many interesting things that are not being told.

It was interesting to listen to the guide about the cottage, about its creation
Russia has not reached here yet. In the sense of the sign "restored at the expense of the Russian Federation" is not hanging yet. So that the complex of buildings is slowly decaying, only two rooms have been restored. The rest is in disrepair. But at least the tracks are cleaned of garbage.
I really liked the location of the Cottage itself, and the opportunity to drive up to it in my own car.
The cottage offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Athos cypresses.
The internal condition of the cottage premises is monitored and cared for. The territory in front of the Cottage is also well maintained. There is a place to take photos and selfies.
But the picturesque grotto and the walking path under the well-known rolling pin have been started and are already being destroyed or destroyed.
It's upsetting.
If you don't mind a couple hundred rubles, you can take a walk... It is unclear where the money collected at the entrance goes, and twice)) it is obvious that it is simply in the pockets of the participants of the fees, because they do not give tickets and no records are kept. The territory is in a neglected state, the cottage itself is also alive only due to the quality of the building.
A beautiful, well-chosen place. The cottage itself requires reconstruction. The lecture is short, you can move freely inside, take pictures. If I'm not mistaken, the tickets were 300 rubles each. The guide told me a lot of interesting things.
An excellent architectural monument that has preserved most of the original interiors of the 1950s. Unfortunately, the guides are not fully familiar with the materials about Stalin, especially the memoirs of contemporaries, and broadcast mainly anti-Soviet myths.
A cool historical place. My heart aches very much for the fact that they do not allocate the necessary funds to maintain this landmark. Everything is gradually being destroyed.
You can walk around the cottage on your own, or with a guide. Entrance is paid, but symbolic, 100 rubles. The interior is preserved, you can see it. But it was not the cottage that impressed, but the territory, plus the views that open from the cottage. That's what's really beautiful.
A beautiful cottage, like all the others. There are beautiful columns on the side, a good place for a photo. There are tunnels a little further away, you can open the door and look. Beautiful sea view from here
It's a beautiful place. You can touch the story. There is no limit.

Country house.
The road to the 5+ cottage is an ideal asphalt.
We didn't go inside.
The place is beautiful, the views from the hill are not bad.
You can stop by and see it.
