Excellent hotel in the center of Astana. All infrastructure is nearby. Excellent service and food. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Professional staff at the reception. There are good quality materials and things everywhere.

Обожаю этот ресторан. Изысканная кухня, вежливый персонал, внутри убранство в национальном стиле. Расположение удобное. Была несколько раз. Каждый раз довольна!
The location is very good, but the parking lot is small, check-in and check-out are not convenient, the proximity of the private sector is not pleasing due to smoke and burning
Большой зал, какие-то блюда получаются хорошо. Некоторые менее удачные.
В Астане много хороших мест поесть и конкуренция высокая.
Жумбактас по соотношению цена, качество и расположение заслуживает твёрдую 4ку.
Не могу сказать ничего плохого,
Но и ничем хорошим не запомнилось.
Отель на 5 звезд. Номер понравился, мы были с коллегой и для номера удобный столик для работы, хороший душ. Включен завтрак. И интересная компания. Конференц зал на высоте.
Останавливался пару раз. Отель очень приятный, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Замечаний нет, но, возможно, отелю можно подумать над разнообразием завтрака...
