A terrible bank. On February 6, one million tenge was blocked on the card due to the fact that I wanted to transfer 300,000 tenge to the client of Zhusan. The security service decided that they were scammers and blocked the entire amount on the card! Not a transfer, but a whole🍋 tenge on the card!!! They do not respond to my repeated calls and correspondence to WhatsApp demanding that the funds on the card be unblocked! Or rather, they promise that the security service will call me back. But!!! Today is January 7, 23.00 and no one has called back! They haven't deigned to unblock my money in two days!They left me without money for the weekend! That's such a nice "customer care".
