Upon arrival at this branch, it turned out that the bank had changed its internal regulations for issuing debit cards to non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan. And now, in order to receive the card, I need other documents according to the new list of documents. But they are not with you.

Another time, it is necessary to use only the purpose of the transfer, which is allowed by the bank. When they came to a certain decision and began to make the transfer, after 10 minutes of waiting it turned out that nothing was transferred anywhere, because the purpose of the payment, which was proposed by the employees themselves, also cannot be used. What kind of mockery is this?!

ДД! 30.04.2021г была в данном отделении, чтобы отключить абонплату за СМС уведомления, менеджер сказал что все отключено, 1 мая, 1 июня текущего года списались деньги с карточки за абонплату по 200 тенге (ежемесячно, может для кого то это копейки, но уже в течении 8 месяцев списалась приличная сумма. В октябре 2020г мы всем ТОО открыли карточки АТФ банка, и нас заверили что за СМС уведомления только 1 месяц будет списываться абонплата,) Некомпетентные менеджеры.
