I stayed at this hotel from 03.11.2021 to 12.11.2021. Finally, there was an opportunity to relax alone). And now I will tell you the details with great pleasure. After driving in the transfer for three hours, tired but satisfied, I went to the reception with a suitcase. The staff, who know Russian well, were greeted warmly, registered and put on a bracelet. They offered to put their luggage and visit the restaurant. The check-in time was at 14 o'clock, so you had to walk for 2 hours. The reception is located on the second floor of the building, the first (basement) is occupied by a sauna and meeting rooms. The interior is very beautiful, you can go down either by a transparent elevator or by stairs. A huge territory of indescribable beauty, everything is magical - everything is blooming, the smells of delicate flowers, cleanliness, unusual trees, architectural monuments... On the territory there is a four with separate buildings and a five, a little closer to the sea. I lived in a foursome. We settled in time, near the reception, on the ground floor. A hotel employee helped carry the suitcase. Room with balcony (no extra charge). The room has a separate toilet, shower, bathroom accessories, everything is in abundance, six half-towels, a hairdryer, a TV with Russian channels, air conditioning, a dressing table, a bedside table, a table and two chairs on the balcony. The room was cleaned daily. We were very lucky with the weather, the temperature is 26-29°. The hotel has a main restaurant (divided into indoor and outdoor options) and several bars where you can not only drink, but also have a snack. The food was simply gorgeous, 8 times a day. There are a lot of meat, fish dishes, vegetables, fruits, pastries and sweets. Pizza was baked in the restaurant, meat was fried on a spit, the smells alone would "drool." The meal time is quite long. Closer to the sea, you can enjoy burgers and French fries at the snack bar. The quality of alcohol is within the normal range, the head does not hurt the next day). Great animation, the children were very pleased. Two pools, one of them with slides. The disco is fun, youth-oriented. Private beach with sun beds, the sea is very clean, the beach is sandy with small pebbles. Freshly squeezed juices are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available only at the reception or for a fee in the rooms and on the beach. And what massages, just a fairy tale. It's $30 per session, but it's worth it. Upon arrival, she became a different person. I recommend it, I really liked it😁

Hello. I never write reviews, but there is no limit to indignation. My husband and I had a vacation in November 2020, everything in the hotel is wonderful and clean and delicious! But there were situations that spoiled the rest and mood, animators MAMO and RUSLAN left an unpleasant imprint. Flat, inappropriate jokes, boorish behavior combined with disrespect for elders. The behavior is like that of ill-mannered teenagers. A hotel like Justiniano club Alanya deserves other animators!

The rooms are good, except that in room 1163 there was a smell from the toilet at night. Everything is clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. Animation for children and adults is at a high level, that children are engaged in useful work, that adults are pleased with everything. The beach is small pebbles, large in the water. The entrance to the water after 5 meters is already up to the neck. It is located in the bay on the first coast. I recommend it!

We rested from 04 to 17.10.2021. The hotel is more suitable for families with children.
I liked: the price of the tour, the territory, the beach (large for one hotel), the sea (clean and warm for October). The weather was wonderful - it's not hot, and you can sunbathe. Which is not very good: on the beach, sand is mixed with stones, and the entrance is pebbly. Therefore, you can only walk there in coral.
What could be better: food, specifically, more berries, fruits (melons, watermelons - there were none at all), and more varied pastries. They would also have learned how to cook porridge, because how oatmeal and semolina are cooked is terrible.
Good la carte restaurants, both Turkish and fishy.
In general, for your money, very good.

The sea is transparent, azure, fish are visible. There is a pier where you can sunbathe and dive from it. I would go there again.

We rested at the hotel from 22.06 to 01.07.2022. We were settled in a room on the 4th floor in the building on the mountain. Since it was difficult to climb there, we decided to move to the building below with an additional payment of $ 15 per day.
There were long queues everywhere throughout the entire stay at the hotel.
There was an unpleasant smell in the bar all the time, and the dishes were sticky.
The food at the hotel was terrible: very little choice and huge queues. It is almost impossible for a child to find anything other than French fries.
We were pleased with the animation: kind animators who know Russian, daytime shows in the pool. The evening shows were very interesting. The mini disco was conducted entirely in Russian.

We had a rest with our beloved girl, at the end of October, we liked everything very much, starting with the fact that we arrived early in the morning, filled out a questionnaire, immediately put on hotel bracelets and offered to have breakfast, we were settled not at 14.00, as expected, but at 10.30, no extortion, and there were not even hints. The room is nice, clean, cleaning every day. A large area, a lot of fruits are growing, we counted five pools, we did not swim, since we came to the sea, and it is very good for children.The food is varied (meat, fish, fruits and pastries), and there is a lot of it. The animation is very interesting and every day. After the disco animation, live sound was invited. There are several bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.All the staff at the hotel are polite and almost all speak Russian. The sea is clear and close, the approach is good-small pebbles. We had a rest with a large company (7 adults and 7 children) in August 2019. The hotel is ideal for family entertainment. There is a Mini-Club for children from 4 to 14 years old (up to 4 years old only in the presence of an adult), a playground right next to it (and another one on the territory of a neighboring 5* hotel), all kinds of water slides for any age (from one year and older, a separate pool under an awning so that children do not sunbathe too much), mini water park for adults and older children, separate large pool with variable depth. They are fed from 07 a.m. to midnight and also offer all kinds of drinks on time. There is a lot of food! In the evening, the standard Turkish show programs are first for children, and then for adults. Hookahs for a fee - in a cafe or on the lawn under palm trees. The rooms are very decent, but without frills. The beach is sandy, but at the water's edge there are a couple of meters of small pebbles. All the beaches nearby are just made of small pebbles. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially Marina and Kamina with Guest Relation). In general, you can safely go and relax with children!

We were in early July this year, the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. No service ( there are no towels , soap in the room ) you can 't call anyone , they cleaned the room 2 times in a week and only pretended that they had cleaned it , the food was just slop , it was not possible to eat , the same thing every day , not tasty , we were with a child 3.5 - there was nothing to feed , hungry went , our rooms went to the dump 🤨the pools are all dirty In short , even 3 stars are a lot for this hotel . Maybe a couple of years ago this hotel was very nice, but at the moment I'm disappointed.
In order, this is the first time I have met a hotel with paid WiFi (this, of course, is not written anywhere in large letters and more than one tour manager will not say). There is a conference room in the basement at a decent distance from the entire hotel, where you can use free Wi-Fi, but only early in the morning or at lunch, because at any other time, rush hour does not even allow you to send a message to Whatsapp.
The next disadvantage is the food, it is really very monotonous, but delicious. Restrictive measures in connection with the pandemic are creating even longer queues in the dining room. I strongly recommend that if you are planning a holiday in the season, come to dinner at 8-8:30, since by 7 o'clock there is already a queue at the restaurant and the hungry masses sweep away literally everything in their path, and they start taking out new food just ~ at 8:15. Very tasty dinners at the restaurant near the football field. There is even less choice, but there are fewer people, but chicken kebab is offered there.
I won't even describe the snack bar and the gozleme, it's open for a long time, there's always a queue, in my opinion it's completely tasteless. Ice cream is also served there at lunchtime.
I'm not a fan of animation, so I'm omitting this point too.
The rooms in the main building are more well maintained. We lived in a two-room room in the magnolia building on the 3rd floor. The room is not spacious, but it is not cramped either, there are plenty of closets, beds and everything you need. The cleaning is normal, high-quality.
There is no kettle in the room, not even a cooler in the case, so for tea you need to walk to the bar, which is not very convenient when you are with children.
The beach is sandy and pebbly. The sand is loose, stones at the entrance to the sea, swimming slippers will not be superfluous. There are 2 bridges-descents into the water, but you also need to get to them on the rocks. There is a pier, you can dive from it or go down the stairs. Separately, I want to note the excellent work of the rescuers, they do not flirt with tourists, do not sleep or drink tea, they approach work responsibly in a storm and do not let anyone into the water. There are more negligent citizens by the pool, there is no one on the Slides, and this creates an unsafe environment, children ride haphazardly, wherever they go.
The territory is generally well-groomed, green, lemons, tangerines grow, there is a mini zoo.
There is a nice island nearby, there is nothing interesting on it. A couple of kilometers away there is a migros (supermarket), on the way we will throw the grand bazaar, well, this is for an amateur.

It turns out that Giustiniano has as many as 3 or 4 hotels.
I am writing about Justiniano Club Park Conti.
As in Giustiniano Deluxe, I do not know. But it's probably much cooler there.
And so is the review itself:
Not far from the airport. You can rent a car with a Russian license and go to Alanya, take a walk, see beautiful places, go shopping (you can buy sweets cheaper and tastier).
The hotel itself is not bad in terms of view. THERE IS NO FRIEND FOR TASTE AND COLOR, but I think that those who fly to the sea 1 time should go there, then yes, and when there is something to compare with more top-end and expensive, then it's just ABOUT NOTHING.
(And the price tag at the time of ticket purchase was very decent.)
Well, or fly when a good price tag pops up and you really want to go to the sea. That's right.
The rooms are where they are after repair, and where they are not. A new 7-storey building with an elevator. The first number was there, right at the top. The heat from the roof is fear, fortunately there was a candee. The ants have trampled the trails and walk where they want, some papers are lying around, clumps of hair (AND THIS WAS SETTLED AFTER CLEANING)
Of course, the complaint was to the tour operator and after a couple of days we were transferred to the old building with a sea view as a gift. True, on the 3rd floor on foot, but it's not scary.
The room itself was smaller, but although it was clean and the animals did not hang out on their own where they wanted:D 🐜
Towels have not been changed in 8 days. I threw one on the floor already in the bullfight and only it was replaced. The rest were always hanging the same way.
The staff is normal every other time. The Turkish men who worked at the reception were responsive, but the women working there talked boorishly, with such intonations that they had to switch to higher ones. There is no need to wait for help there.
The food is monotonous, it tires quickly, as does sweets.
Fortunately, the hotter changed every 2 days - it somehow took out the situation.
There is a choice of chicken, fish or meat for everyone. But in the style of cooking it is very tedious, the same thing for several days.
Juices are some kind of local yuppies obviously😂
Ice cream was given in the afternoon for an hour or an hour and a half. There is no choice how it gets there, what kind of tray it will be, maybe vanilla, or maybe chocolate.
The snack bar is also monotonous and the food doesn't taste very good, it's so clean to run in for French fries.
Alcohol is a local badyaga. Good cocktails with good alcohol are nearby, but only for a fee.
So you ask for a cocktail at a free bar and tell them what kind of juice, what kind of syrup, and they still snort, they don't want to do it.
And a couple of glasses of pure alcohol you ask to pour are generally refused. Drink this and come over. And if the company consists of several people?And one of them went to get a drink?
It came to swearing that the money was paid for all inclusive, he didn't care how much he poured.
The head is then no truth from these alcoholics.
The beer is normal.
Boiled corn is also paid on site.
Turkish was taken to the restaurant for free. He's the most normal. Meat, barbecue.
For fish lovers, you can also take fish, they do not speak badly about it.
Italian is the most terrible language, so it was not considered.

The pool is clean and large.
The sea, aahh the sea. The sea is clean, lots of fish. Those who like to swim with a mask will like it.
The approach is heavy, the stones. But a specially made path with handrails into the water so as not to break your legs.
There were enough sunbeds on the shore, but on the pier you need to borrow from the morning.
There are souvenir shops, clothes, snacks of all kinds, inflatable circles on the territory.
All sellers are haggling, the main thing is to start (especially in the city)😁
The doctor at the territory is paid. 10 or 15 bucks is accepted. But he can't do anything except take a pill from his head or a patch. So stock up on a first-aid kit with you.
There is Wi-Fi, it even works well. A password card costs like 12 bucks a week.
It's not realistic to catch a free one.
They say it used to be better there. The food was tastier and more varied, the alcohol at the bar was all free, even if it was a good expensive alcohol). And in general, there were no paid tents on the territory.
And now the reviews are terrible. I don't know about Yandex, but the tour operators' websites just have gloomy reviews. Read there too!
After arriving in Russia, I decided to read again and many people describe the same problems.
In general, I had to endure all this for the sake of the sea, but I don't set foot there anymore.
I repeat: when there is something to compare with the top, then it is somehow "so-so"!
For those who fly to the sea for the first time, as overclocking and as an option to compare a budget 5* in the piggy bank, then it will do. There will be something to remember when a better hotel is chosen on the next trip.😂
