Ужасный сервис! Никакой гибкости! Сотрудник, не смотря на пылесос, сразу сделала заключение о том, что это дефект эксплуатации! Это как Вы так решаете? Причем общалась грубо. Въезд на парковку: звонишь в звонок - никто не открывает. Пешком сходил попросил открыть - все-равно ждать пришлось. Резюме такое - больше не куплю ни одной вещи Керхер!

More precisely, I can assume that they could have allowed a defect during the first repair cases and tried to write off to an ordinary consumer so as not to return money for low-quality products. After such a service, I do not recommend this product to anyone, I thought I was buying a thing from a serious manufacturer and of a premium class (cost 1,375,00 bel.rub.)and this is at a discount, but it turned out that I took some consumer goods.
