In the previous review, I did not like the coffee, because the machine broke down, and the seller returned the money, but after all, everything happens. If that "person" didn't like it, then let the restaran eat or she has PMS.
Disappointed with this place after one situation.
On the evening of 14.07, while waiting for the train, I decided to take a coffee (cappuccino) here. When the girl was preparing a drink, I noticed that instead of cream in a glass, the machine gives out water (!?). But she did not attach much importance to this, since she does not have to own the technology of making coffee. Then, when I already got my cappuccino in my hands, I was unpleasantly surprised: what looks and tastes like ordinary instant coffee. I turned to the girl with the question of what they cook such a "cappuccino" on. She replied that it was on cream. Although there was no hint of this cream in my glass. I was very indignant. During our dialogue, it turned out that their coffee machine was faulty. Then a logical question arises: why are people still being offered to buy cappuccino, latte and further down the list if there is no technical possibility to prepare these drinks?????
The complaint book was also missing. According to the girl, she is currently on registration and "will only be on Monday." Very interesting. The manager's contacts were shared with me. But it's not clear why I had to call someone I didn't understand? For me, these contacts are an absolutely empty bell.
The money was returned to me, but the mood soured. It would seem like a small thing, but can you imagine who people are mistaken for here?
You can pour anything into a glass: it will take you for a ride anyway.
I am not a supporter of complaints, but I do not want to tolerate deception and dishonesty.
