You have a good flow of people, at the expense of excursions, you spend 3 thousand on Minaj for appliances. Would you like to eat yourself if your appliances were groped 300 times? I am silent about the fact that they did not ask us how the dishes taste, etc., the waiters work hard, do not respond to requests and ignore them.
But the waiters, as it turned out, are not so bad compared to the kitchen.
Guys, don't order olivier for anything. Have at least a little respect for the guests of your establishment, there is a terrible attitude towards visitors. You are not being asked for a premium restaurant, but at least the waiters are more involved and the food is at least edible

I am writing about the Grotto Cafe, it is located on the right with plastic chairs and under a yellow roof. As the girl already wrote below, we were also lured by a guide who assured us that they eat here themselves and everything is delicious and wonderful and here you will definitely not get poisoned.Fine, we didn't get poisoned, but a Hodgepodge for 400 rubles, it's terrible, I've never eaten anything worse than her in my life, and it's not even about the price, it doesn't look like a hodgepodge at all, I wouldn't give my dog such meat that was there.The tea glasses are dirty, not washed.And after paying back, you need to go to the distribution yourself and carry the dishes, some kind of canteen!Such a gorgeous place and such a cafe.

We ordered chicken kebabs and salad, it was the most disgusting kebab that we ate, after trying it we just did not eat it, pickled hard meat. The open kitchen where all this is cooked does not inspire confidence in terms of compliance with sanitary standards. The "check-out" turned out to be just a piece of paper signed by an aunt. I warn you against visiting this institution. I agree with the opinion that the most reasonable thing to do when traveling to the Ritz is to take food with you.

But even the bill had to wait 10 minutes and ask again.
