A good mid-level hotel. The territory is small, there is also a small swimming pool. A buffet with delicious but not very varied food, you could eat inside, or you could go outside and eat next to the pool. Citrus fruits grow on the territory of the hotel, and kittens live who want to share a meal with you :)) we had a very nice room with a beautiful balcony and a view of the mountains!! Beauty. A very good urban four, will give odds to some pseudo fives. Far from the center, the embankment is certainly wonderful, but sensibly assess the strength and time on the road.
There is a shopping street nearby, and shops are also nearby. Once a week there is a clothing market nearby, twice grocery stores in different places (one nearby, the other at a distance)
The hotel is year-round, including the beach. The beach is nice, not far from the hotel. The season is shared with Kayla Beach (so they say, we were out of season). Sand, slabs, entrances have been cut through the slabs. The pool is small and does not work during the off-season.
The food is good, without frills, but there is a choice and everything is delicious and sound. Pancakes, omelets and so on are cooked outside in the morning, meat and fish in the evening. There is also a coffee machine with grain coffee on the street (in any case, the coffee there is better than a nescafe in the car in the hall). The alcohol is also decent and they do not regret it.
The room was a corner room, very spacious. They clean well.
There is a small children's corner in the hall.

I really liked the hotel. It was not an expensive choice, so there were no special hopes, but Kayla exceeded expectations! The food is varied. We've never been hungry. Grill every evening (meat, fish, chicken). It was a fish day, for dinner crayfish, crabs, rolls! Lots of salads and greens. The rooms are not big, they were cleaned every day. The beach is 5 minutes away, the beach itself is clean, the entrance is convenient. (the beach worker is probably a minus. He's really begging for tips, for a hammered umbrella....) there are Russian speakers at the reception, there were no problems. If we go back to Alanya, I will consider this hotel again!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of September. There are very, very few Russians in the hotel. Poles and Germans of retirement age are the main contingent. The cleaning is excellent, the view from the room is wonderful. The internet in the room is good. The air conditioner is old, it worked very loudly. Nice hotel. We had a bed and breakfast package.
Advantages of the hotel:
daily cleaning, change of towels;
at the request, they presented a kettle, since we were without dinners and did not immediately realize that soft drinks are included in our unlimited;
Conclusion: carefully read the printout about your hotel and conditions.
I was very pleased with the sauna for guests free of charge at certain hours and the gym at any time;
the breakfast buffet was rich in seasonal vegetables and fruits, a lot of pastries, in the middle of the rest they found where they cook fried eggs and pancakes and life in general became wonderful (the omelet is still not delicious, like rice porridge).
The hotel is located 2-5 minutes from the sea, the beach is slightly to the side, but nearby.

Rest in this hotel in 2022. We moved into a large room with two balconies. I liked the hotel at that time, but with the conditions. The outdoor pool is always in the shade, so the water was always cold. The beach is for three hotels at once, so there are always a lot of people. The beach bar does not serve beer, as the hotel is 4, and beer is served only for 5 guests. It was very unpleasant.. Everything else was fine.

We were in Kail at the end of May. I liked everything very much. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the bed linen was changed every day, the floors were not washed. The hotel is small, mostly for the elderly. For a quiet relaxing holiday, it's fine, there is no animation and entertainment for children, it was not critical for us, we needed a quiet rest. The pool is small, there is a slide - the children climbed there, there is also a small pool, just for kids. We are happy with the rest, there are disadvantages, but not critical, it was such a long-awaited vacation that we did not pay attention to the little things. Kaila is a chain of hotels, near our Kaila CITY there were two more Kilas: chrysanthemum and beach, they are 5 stars. Some get confused and write reviews about other hotels where everything is fine. Therefore, take a closer look at which Kaila it is))
We rested from 30.09-06.09.2024. On the first day, it turned out that all the rooms were occupied and we were accommodated in HALF of the family room. There was a fat TV without television, the room was old and turned on. The next day we were moved to our room and as an apology we were given a small bottle of wine and 4 dry biscuits. I believe that this is not equivalent.
The entire hotel HAS VERY POOR SOUND INSULATION!!! You close all the doors and windows, but you still hear cars and barking on the street, how the neighbors talk and how they go to the toilet, how all the sounds echo in the hall. You won't be able to sleep. The noises start at 5 a.m. and end only after 12 a.m. We don't have a light sleep, but we woke up startled every day by slamming doors or loud conversations.
The rooms are old. Repairs are required, or at least to replace/fix things. At least there is wifi throughout the hotel.
It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach across the street. There were always free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The approach to the sea is good. When there were strong waves, they stretched a rope in front of which it was safe to swim.
The food is delicious, the choice is good. They made scrambled eggs and pancakes for breakfast. At 16 o'clock they gave popsicles. For dinner, meat or fish was cooked over a fire. However, there was not enough fish for everyone in one evening (Wine, beer, rum, gin and mango liqueur, if you want a cocktail, they cost 7 euros. Delicious tortillas are prepared on the beach, there are soft drinks and ayran.
90% of all vacationers are pensioners. Most likely, they paid and reserved good tables by the pool on a regular basis.
There was no entertainment program, only on the first day in the evening a man sang with a guitar.
Breakfast is before 10, lunch starts at 12:30, we were picked up at 12:20, they didn't give us a box of food when we left. I was very hungry.
Kaila City does not pull 4 stars, I will not come back here anymore.

A very ambiguous impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning for 3, it seems to me that the floors have not been washed once for 6 days. The food is very meager, of course I did not expect a chic buffet for such money, but the meat was often (almost always) very dry and tough. And on side dishes and vegetables, it doesn't turn out very satisfying. But they found something to eat, of course. The rooms are not new, but everything is quite tolerable, given the small budget.

A great hotel for adults. It is aimed at Europeans, so the service is very good, and there is a pleasant Russian-speaking girl Sofia at the reception. One caveat - I had a vacation in the winter (fewer people and the load on the hotel).
There was a restaurant and a bar in the restaurant until 23. When it got sunny, sun beds were set up on the beach. The food is good - the breakfasts are standard (omelette, eggs, vegetables, lots of greens, sausages, cheese, pancakes, etc.) and do not change. Lunch is already more varied (chicken, turkey, meat meatballs, two types of soup, always rice and spaghetti). The dinner was very good, there were mussels, meat in various forms, fish every other day. There must be one grilled dish, very tasty! The waiters work well, they clean the dishes, bring drinks, there are no complaints.
There is not much space in the standard rooms, the hotel is round and there are no corners in it (an unusual feeling in the room), there is a full-length mirror, a table with chairs. There's another one on the balcony. We cleaned every day, changed the linen 1 time in a week. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. The air conditioner warmed up the room in a matter of minutes. There is always hot water, good pressure, normal plumbing and a powerful extractor hood (no fungus in the shower!).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and free of charge! (such a rarity for Turkey)
The beach is 200 meters away, cross a dangerous road and voila - the sea! The promenade is a DELIGHT! The Ataturk Monument (the center of Alanya) is about 4 km away, for jogging and sports walking it is a dream, not a promenade! You can also go the other way, another 2 km. corniche with the same surface.
Grocery stores (all Turkish chains) are a 10-minute walk away, and Alanium shopping center is 25 minutes away at a leisurely pace. In front of the hotel, dollars and euros are exchanged at Ptt (the difference with the center was about 0.5 lira, which is a penny). The bus to the center is 30 liras., every 10 minutes (1 and 101).
From the cons: colossal audibility, as if there is no isolation at all. But you get used to it every other day, especially since European pensioners (the dominant contingent of the hotel) stopped making noise at 22.30.
I recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay, without frills and luxury. Thank God, there was no animation. Once at a dinner, a man sang to a guitar, in good English, good retro songs (Beatles, U2, Backstreet Boys, etc.). The rest is like staying in a 4* European resort on the shore.
I hope they will keep the bar, I would come back here again.

I liked the hotel. Very decent food, There is a private balcony with a great view, the sea is nearby, but you need to walk a few minutes to the beach of the hotel. The staff is attentive, solves all issues. There was only one misunderstanding, at first they settled in a room that did not match the reservation. I had to spend the night in the conditions of the dormitory level. But then the problem was solved. It is far from the city center, but there is a public transport stop nearby. We were satisfied with our stay!
The check-in was quick, an English-speaking employee met us (in the following days, there were two Russian-speaking girls, all issues were resolved very quickly).
We checked into a room on the ground floor, at first it seemed small to us, asked to replace it, calmly offered a room with a sea view. Cleaning is daily, towels were changed on demand, there were no problems. The linen was also changed. And of course don't forget about tips! And you will be lucky)
We were not hungry for food) good coffee machines. The chef is always in the hall, regular replenishment of products if they come to an end.My husband tried beer a couple of times, I liked it. The wine is of average quality, but if you are not a high-level connoisseur, you will go with a bang). Ice cream is distributed from 16-17)
There were performances in the evenings. From the entertainment program.
The pool is always cleaned, the slide is turned on. There were no problems with the sunbeds.
The beach is nearby, sun beds and umbrellas are free, a snack bar with hot dogs, kutabs, drinks and potatoes. For alcohol, you had to go to a nearby hotel, of the same grid, through an underground passage. I don't see any problems if I want to.
The approach to the sea is good, I think there is not enough space in the season, we had enough. We were at the end of May, the water temperature was excellent.
By bus number 1 you can get to the center with a bunch of shops, we usually walked back, it took 40-50 minutes. There is a sushi cafe nearby, not bad. For those who get tired of Turkish food.

An interesting hotel, I liked it, a convenient location, very close to the sea line, in a favorite area of Oba. You can walk endlessly along the sea towards Mahmutlar or Cleopatra. Our stay at the hotel was from mid-January to mid-February 2024. The hotel did not make a special impression on us.The room was small because of the extra bed, we booked a double bed, we were given two separate ones and, at the request of a convincing one, we changed the room, but there was also a bed for a child, although we were alone with my husband.The mattresses on the beds are terrible with metal springs and it's bad to sleep on such a mattress, my back ached and I had a back problem all month.The pillows are so old, the filler is clumped in the pillow and with a smell, so we had to ask for a change.The room was cleaned upon request, the floor was washed only 2 times in a month and then for a tip.There was a cold tiled floor without bedside mats and it was not pleasant to get up on a cold floor in a cold room, there were no bathrobes and one-time slippers.On the positive side, the reception staff is very attentive and helps to resolve issues.The maids are also polite and friendly, but you have to ask them and remind them to change the towels and put toilet paper. I must say that the towels have already survived any youth and hard.The restaurant and the cuisine are not bad, but rather monotonous.We've been cooking tomato puree soup for a whole month, I'm already tired of it.Vegetable and fruit cuts are standard, meat is mainly chicken goulash with vegetables, there was always rice, pasta, potatoes and stewed vegetables for the side dish.If everything is included, then alcoholic beverages are unlimited.There is a small gym, but almost no one goes there and it seems that the condition of the equipment is not monitored.The sauna and hammam leave much to be desired, but for undemanding tourists this is normal.The restaurant staff is excellent, very attentive and accurate.The hotel did not make much impression, since it is located close to the sea and the pedestrian zone.Nearby there is a bus stop for 1 and 101 buses, you can get to the center and beaches of Cleopatra in just 10 minutes, it is 6-7 kilometers.There's a taxi across the street.An important point, if you are thinking of carrying currency, then rubles are changed here at exchange offices.In general, from all that has been described, these are my personal feelings and the second time I will not go to this hotel, it did not seem cozy to us.

A good 3-4** level hotel, courteous staff, good rooms, room cleaning almost every day. The food is without frills, the choice of meat dishes is small, there is grilled fish, a sea of greens, vegetables and fruits. A large selection of sweets. Locally produced alcohol will be enough for those who are going to drink. Located 100 meters from the sea, you can use both a hotel beach and a municipal one, since the whole coast is one big beach. There is a snack bar on the nearby beach, but for tourists from Kyle City only tea and soft drinks, the rest of the benefits are enjoyed by visitors of the more expensive Kyle Beach hotel. The sun beds on the beach, it seemed to me, are busy around the clock, because at any time someone's towels are already lying there, so I had to lie on the sand, I note it is not very clean in this place. So after lying around for a couple of days in this anthill, we decided to change the beach location, and spent the rest of our vacation time in a sparsely populated area, where the sand is cleaner and no one is smoking from all sides.
The hotel is located in the picturesque area of Alanya - Oba. You can take a hike in the mountains, from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the city. If desired, you can walk to the Waikiki and Migros shops. It is worth noting that everywhere they accept cards of the Savings Bank, Mir, Tinkoff and others, without any exchanges, it is enough to have a positive balance in rubles. The commission for calculations is so minimal that we can say that there is none. It is very convenient, even on the bus you can pay with a card.
The center of Alanya can be reached both on foot (20 minutes) and by bus (route 101 or 1). Cleopatra Beach and the Alanya Fortress are mandatory to visit.
In the evening, you can walk along the embankment or shop on the next street (again, with the help of a card, you didn't even carry cash with you). For lovers of restaurant cuisine, there is plenty of space, there are many restaurants for every taste within walking distance. The hotel also invites musicians in the evenings, and lying on a sun lounger by the pool with a cup of tea (beer), you can enjoy a live performance.
In general, I liked everything. The hotel is good. Have a good rest to everyone!!!

We had a vacation with two families (including 5 children from 7 to 14 years old) in July 2022.
I recommend the hotel! However, strong alcohol at the bar for money, given that we had everything included. This is the first time I've met with such a moment in Turkey in 5 years, but it didn't overshadow our vacation - we drank for money)))

A wonderful hotel for a holiday, for the whole family!) I was vacationing here with my girlfriend, we are 27-30 years old! I liked the hotel very much! First of all, it's the staff, starting with the reception and ending with the cleaning of the rooms! Very tasty food!! Amazing sweets!! The hotel is a minute from the beach, nearby there are chain stores, cafes, restaurants, ordinary street vendors, craftsmen of various crafts of jewelry and thrown products! A huge selection of excursion programs! We have been resting for the 13th day, unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow, unfortunately! It's a beautiful city, wonderful people and a wonderful hotel!!! Right in front of the hotel there is a bike and scooter rental at very competitive prices plus more excursions! Everything is great in this hotel, the food, the rooms are clean and cozy, the location of the hotel is excellent, the staff at the hotel itself is super cute. but! The beach spoils the whole impression! The entrance to the sea is wonderful, the bar with good snacks and drinks. Only there are catastrophically not enough sunbeds! Tourists occupy the sun beds with their belongings and come only for lunch, or do not come at all! There is not a single free sunbed at 9 am! Beach fights for money occupy tourists' sun beds with bottles of water and drive you away, if you put away these bottles and lie down, they say that the MANAGER ordered them to occupy. It is very ugly to do this to guests, instead of keeping the beach clean, they are engaged in nonsense. The umbrellas are broken, the sunbeds across one are also broken, the tables are dirty, cigarette butts are lying around.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in this new hotel, fine, the rooms are new, clean, everything worked perfectly, because the family has many children, we took 2 rooms for 2 and 3, checked in at 14.00, arrived at 12, went to lunch, the staff put on themselves, everything is fast and polite, there is a lot of food, from fruits apples, plums, white and red grapes, orange, grapefruit, watermelon, melon, good breakfasts, fried omelet outside, boiled eggs, rustic potatoes, 8 types of cheeses, vegetables, balls and cereals with milk, toasts, rice porridge with milk is not sweet, there was soup at lunch and dinner,a lot meat, chicken, turkey, beef and chicken kebab, grilled chicken, grilled fish, after lunch they give burgers, pizza, French fries, write a lot and you can't describe everything, the pool is good, the water is replaced, the sea is 2 minutes from the hotel, the staff is very friendly, immediately goes to a meeting for some reasoneither by request, there were a lot of places in general, it was a very decent 4* , food for 4+, because the hotel was new and the price for it was not too high, I think with such service the price will rise, because now they are working on a high rating, I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel from 09/29/2021 to 10/9/2021. I liked everything.Very close to the sea, new hotel, clean and tidy everywhere, large rooms, new furniture. The very responsive staff quickly solves all issues. Russian-speaking staff at the reception, we talked like at home. Nice girls Kristina and the second one don't know what their names are. There were problems with the check-in due to the tour operator <intourist>, but the hotel management solved this problem and at 13:00 they were already settled. They would have returned to the hotel for sure.

We rested for 5 nights/6 days. Excellent staff, the hotel of the neighboring Kaila Beach, converted from 3 to 4 stars. In general, it is excellent, for such prices. Delicious food, I would like a variety of breakfasts, you will not see cheesecakes, cottage cheese, porridge, scrambled eggs there. The breakfasts are really meager, the rest of the food is fine. Good WiFi throughout, including the beach. Go to the beach from the nearby Kaila Beach, which is great. There is a bar on the beach with drinks and food included in the price. We haven't changed towels once in a whole week :(We cleaned up the garbage and that's it. The pool is excellent, there are not very many sun beds. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, a market. We would have returned again, definitely yes.
