A great hotel for your money.
Among the advantages, it is worth noting the friendly, responsive staff who are always ready to help with any questions (there are practically no Russian speakers, excluding the reception), there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception 90% of the time. All questions and requests are resolved immediately.
The beach is small pebbles, cleaner than 99% of Both beaches (I walked along the coastline up to the lighthouse), there are slabs at the most uncomfortable depth, on the first day I slightly injured my leg (pierced the skin in the area of the outer ankle), the underpass from the hotel to the beach is also an undeniable plus, it works until 19:00. Regarding the strong waves that many people write about, I did not notice a big difference compared to Cleopatra Beach. Perhaps due to the fact that there are 2 estuaries of fresh streams nearby, the water is slightly cooler than on Cleopatra, but this is subjective and, I think, will not be noticeable during the peak season, by the way, and in October, I do not presume to assert, I did not take measurements with a thermometer.
I can't say anything about animation, this aspect is of little interest to me, I note that every evening there is something like a disco and on Sundays a live artist sings from 21:00, cool bartenders.
The food is quite varied, there is enough for everyone, you will not stay hungry, the barbecue area is deservedly popular.
You can get to the center by bus ($ 1 fare), or rent a bicycle / electric scooter (which, personally, I prefer), there are plenty of rental services for various types of transport nearby (I recommend not to be lazy and walk towards the center about a kilometer to Tyson Tours Travel, where you will be pleased adequate prices for rental and tours). There is a closed parking lot on site where you can store rented vehicles, subject to availability, and motor vehicles.
Of course, there are also non-critical disadvantages in the hotel regarding the quality of plumbing, soap dishes and other household trifles, which, however, do not spoil the overall impression of the holiday.
If there is a need for shopping, there is an Alanyum shopping center within a 15-20-minute walk, which is partially able to cover this need.
From personal experience, I also note that there were no available one-room rooms when checking in, a room of this type was provided with a voucher, and we (3 people) were temporarily placed in a two-room room with the condition of replacing the room in 2 days, but during this time I caught rotavirus and, if possible, had to be isolated, at our request to extend the accommodation in this room, the administration went to a meeting and allowed us to stay in this room until the day of eviction, which is another 12 days!

We rested at the hotel in August 2024: the hotel has three swimming pools, clean towels are provided daily for the beach, there is an underground passage to the beach. There are enough sun beds on the beach, but the beach is not guarded, there is sand and a lot of cigarette butts on the beach, unfortunately, cleaning on the beach is not carried out. At the hotel, we were not immediately settled into a normal room, at first, due to the workload, we were settled into a family room with 3 windows overlooking the hotel's ventilation system (pipes). The room had an old renovation in the bathroom and sanitary ware, as well as not all the lights in the room worked, as a result, three days in the dark. After we were already overpowered in the sector, where the restoration was probably carried out in 2024, there is already a new shower and a new sanitary ware, a small broken refrigerator, air conditioning, instead of a chair or armchair in the rooms, a stool, although at our request the room was given a view of the sea and mountains, which was very pleased) as for the food, everything is like other hotels in Turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a bunch of greens, olives, several types of hot, with soups in Turkey, it's a real problem - they don't know how to cook them and their combination of products is something extremely strange, but foreigners ate with pleasure, maybe it's just not usual for us. Fruits (I really liked watermelons) , cakes and other sweets, sometimes there was rice porridge for breakfast, pizza, a small food court with burgers, cookies and ice cream works during the day. In general, there is always something to choose from. but every third vacationer suffers from gastrointestinal disorders for 2-3 days, unfortunately. I do not exclude that this is due to cleanliness in cooking. I personally washed the fruits in the room. The biggest disadvantage (2 stars were removed) is that there is no division into smoking and non-smoking zones, either on the beach or in the restaurant, as a result, as a non-smoker, it caused me great discomfort. But in general, we were satisfied with the rest.

We lived in the main building with windows facing the courtyard for the first half of October for 14 nights. The territory of the hotel itself is well-groomed, security at the entrance is clean, bananas on a tree grow immediately in a grid, at the reception the administrator of Slavic appearance speaks at least five languages. The sunset view over the mountain is fantastic. The food is varied, Everything is good except for the noise from the air conditioning systems of neighboring buildings and an evening-night show from a nearby restaurant. If only there was music, then fuck it, but sometimes there are drums and a presenter screaming hoarsely in the speakers, sometimes until late at night. The sad thing is a dirty beach, torn deck chairs and sharp boulders sticking out under the water, which can easily be injured. In the restaurant, when we asked two ladies if it was possible to use the empty seats at their table, they started shouting "but Rush" with wild eyes. I had no desire to explain that we were not from Russia, we just went to another table. They smoke almost everywhere, although it is written all around that smoking is prohibited.

Good evening. We had a rest from July 27 to August 10. Nice hotel. A very nice room. They settled right away. Sea view. The staff is polite. The room was cleaned well. She left tips. The food is varied. Good. Everything is fine on the beach. There are always sun beds and umbrellas. By the pool too. The rest was a success. It is better not to come here, otherwise you will be very upset that you have not been here before.
Many oddities are present in this hotel, for example,
for some reason, a pedestrian tunnel was dug under the road directly to the beach from the restaurant, thereby blocking the drive from the intersection of a Turkish road with heavy traffic.
There is a free coffee machine, tea and juices on the beach, but beer/cocktails for money and that's right, because it promotes the physical development of the body in the form of a hike through a pedestrian tunnel to the free bar in the hotel, after all, 100 meters is a decent distance for a belly in swimming trunks or a swimsuit.
Everything is arranged reasonably and correctly on the beach, white sun beds with umbrellas are free there, and gray ones with sagging nets are given to fans to drink beer and other cocktails for money. Once you fall into such a couch you will not be able to get out, but you can always wave your hand towards the bar to continue the banquet.
As for the safe entry into the sea strictly on sand and pebbles, bypassing pitfalls and crevices, there is such a proven method. Take a coil of rope with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, tie one end to the rack of the beach bar farthest from the white sunbeds, wrap the other end around the waist or what is left of it and go to the sea strictly in a straight line perpendicular to the coastline. For the second time, you can already do without a rope, if you understood everything correctly, just by reaching the bank to the end of the beach bar on the traverse *.I note that it is still more reliable with a rope, because you can always get back to shore on it if suddenly a shark bites on the protruding parts of the body.
By the way, about sharks and other fish living in the beach area.You can see a lot of fish and crabs in clear water with glasses or a mask, I do not know their names, I saw many of them in the Red Sea.As for sharks, these are found only in bipedal form, exclusively on land and quite rarely.
What can I say about the contingent of the hotel, in a word - it's a rabble from all over Europe and the post-Soviet space. These people are united by such things: benevolence towards each other, as well as love for a warm climate, good booze, good varied food
and pleasant doing nothing by the pool, on the beach and evening (until 24.00) gatherings, dancing and dancing to music and alcohol.
I was pleasantly surprised to meet a reading public on the beach for the first time in the last twelve years (this is who reads paper and e-books, not smartphones).
We were greeted at the hotel in a friendly manner in Russian, served quickly, given a room key card, beach towel cards and escorted by elevator to room 2411.
I can't say anything bad or good about the hotel rooms - they are ordinary budget, medium-sized, with balconies, everything is working properly.My wife and I got a room on the 4th floor in the building above the reception with a view of the pool, while we did not pay anything extra. They came with cleaning and changing towels every other day, garbage was taken away every day, there were no problems with the staff, probably the daily "Alyonka" left by his wife on the bed helped.
I can tell you the good news about shopping in the surrounding shops: it turns out that everything can be bought here for cash rubles. All sellers communicate in Russian: what interests them, where exactly they came from, probably make up a rating of cities. We said that we came from Vladimir, nodded that we knew such a city, and had already sold something to someone from Vladimir.
In chain stores like Migros and Waikiki, which my wife loves (women's, children's, men's clothing and shoes made in Turkey), you can pay with Turkish lira with a virtual Letim card (I issued it to myself at home). For reference: the nearest Waikiki, located in the Alan Mall, can be reached in an elderly walk from the hotel in no more than 20 minutes.
They flew away (13.10) and we arrived (23.10) from Vnukovo on Turkish flights TK 3995 and 3994, which, although they are charter flights, fly strictly according to schedule. The transfer from Antalya airport to the hotel by Pegasus minibus took about 2.5 hours, we got back in 2 hours.
The tour was arranged a month before departure from Pegasus through the Vladimir travel agency "Consent-V". The cost of the tour (with medical insurance and transfer)for 10 nights (actually it is 9 days of rest) it was 178 k₽.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. The overall impression is good. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to the chef for the variety of dishes and desserts. We had a family of 4 people (two children under 6 years old) at this hotel from 30.06 to 07/10/2024.
We arrived late at night. We were immediately settled into a luxurious room with a magnificent appearance, without any additional charges.
The hotel is located on the very first line! From the hotel building to the entrance to the sea is 100 m, which is very, very good for those with children. There is an underground passage across the road, which closes at 19.00. Those who did not manage to cross the road using a standard pedestrian crosswalk.
The territory of the hotel is compact, but there is enough space for everyone. There are shops on the territory and in the underpass where swimming accessories, sweets, children's toys, slippers, slates, alcohol, cigarettes, etc. are sold at affordable prices. There are also many other shops and bars near the hotel. In addition, the hotel has 3 swimming pools, 3 bars, one children's Aqua slide, a children's room and a playground. The hotel has its own wide beach with plenty of sun beds. However, they are located far enough from the water, which is not convenient with children who are constantly splashing on the seashore. Given that the beach is wide, you can directly put your umbrella and bedding directly by the sea! There is an office near the beach where water activities are offered for a fee. On the beach, it is worth noting that the beach itself is sandy, the entrance to the sea is pebbly, rather sharp, with a drop of up to 0.5 m, apparently due to the mountainous rock. The sea on this coast is constantly with waves, quite often with very large ones. It's fun for kids, but for those people who don't swim well, I don't think it's very good, you just can't swim. Most vacationers stand in a line and the waves bounce. I repeat, apparently in this place it is constant! On the beach you can drink water, tea, coffee, and compote juices for free.
The hotel has one main restaurant. The food for this category of hotel is very decent. There is everything: red and plain fish, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey in various preparations, including kebabs. Vegetables, herbs, salads, sweets and muffins are a huge variety, I won't even list them all. There are pasta, homemade potatoes, fries, mashed potatoes, rice. There are always delicious watermelon, melon, plums, grapes, peaches, apricots, pears, apples, grapefruit, oranges, bananas. Bananas are local, but very tasty, they are disassembled instantly, there is not enough for everyone.
For free alcohol: there is vodka, crayfish, gin, white and red wine, beer, bartenders prepare various cocktails from these ingredients. All very good quality!!!
Drinks: orange, pineapple, apple, cherry juices, various teas and types of coffee.
The service at the hotel is at the highest level, both at the reception, by bartenders, waiters, and by the miners. Everyone does their job perfectly, without requiring anything extra. Rooms are cleaned regularly, bed linen and towels are also changed quite often. The bartenders serve everything the same, there is no bowing to the Anglo-German vacationers. Most of the staff at the hotel speaks Russian! There is wi-fi everywhere in the hotel. The speed is decent. There is enough bandwidth for everyone. The children watched cartoons online without any problems, I made video calls via telegram, everything is fine!
The majority of Russians, Poles, British, and Germans are staying at the hotel.
There is also a group of animators working at the hotel, which, in my opinion, is not doing its job badly enough. One drawback is that they do not speak Russian, so their numbers are aimed more at Poles and the British. The hotel can be classified as a family hotel. Most of them are there with children, often they bring their grandparents with them.
Disadvantages:
1. Not very comfortable entrance to the sea and regular waves (nothing can be changed here, mountainous nature).
2. Abnormal tourists occupy the sun beds by the main pool at 6.00 am! Many are not seen there for hours afterwards. Because of this, normal tourists cannot even sit down for a couple of minutes. Of course, the issue can be solved by throwing out their towels, but this can provoke a conflict. In general, this issue needs to be addressed in all hotels.
3. Sometimes the elevator did not work.
4. There are no Russian-speaking animators and music on site!
Conclusion:
The hotel is beautiful and worthy of its 4*. The view from the room is better than many 5* rooms and is simply magnificent. We liked everything very much. Based on my criteria of rest, I boldly recommend it to family people who do not need a noisy party vacation. The hotel according to the price/quality criterion is 5 out of 5!

Upon arrival, we offered a room in the main building on the top floor with a view of the roofs and a beveled wall + a strong smell of mold. Also, the air conditioner was practically not working. She refused. It was at night (about 2 o'clock), they said that there was only 1 available room - the 1st floor (in our opinion, the second), right above the main pool. Everything was fine with me here. Nutrition - 4, because, of course, not 5. One thing is fried for breakfast, and not from the beginning of breakfast (by time), but 20-30 minutes later. One thing, it's either fried eggs, or scrambled eggs, or pancakes, or croutons. One thing a day. Also for lunch and dinner, well, there is supposedly more choice, only the choice is diluted with spaghetti (? it is unclear why on the grill menu), French fries, fried pieces of dough, well, fish and meat (one kind each). There were lamb heads and huge turkeys lying beautifully, but in fact beef liver and chicken pieces were given out. Basically: there are no complaints about nutrition at all, since this is a "4", not a "5". In general, everything is delicious, decent, but the choice is small. And the queues were huge (July). To get a place for lunch, dinner had to take a queue in advance. What surprised you unpleasantly? This is a hotel employee who came to the beach at 6-7 in the morning with a bunch of towels and occupied the entire first line with them. By this time, I and a couple of other vacationers had already been there. He diligently hung towels on all the free sun beds on the first line, and closer to lunch they were occupied by Germans (judging by the conversation). By the way, judging by his subsequent actions, his functionality included cleaning the beach. So he coped with it very tightly - he just collected a couple of cans in a small bag and left, although there was enough to clean up there - the beach was urban, there was plenty of garbage overnight. I won't say anything about the quality of alcohol and the gaiety of the animation program, I didn't participate. And the audibility in the rooms is excellent. If you want to get enough sleep, take earplugs.

We had a rest in September 2024. After reading the reviews, we were ready for the fact that the hotel is budget-friendly, but the food seems to be normal.
As a result, the rooms are all very shabby and no one is trying to fix the problems. They changed the room, but there were broken parts in it too. They asked the repairman to come for 2 days, but he did not come. We decided to just abstract ourselves and stay in the room as little as possible. By light: we looked at 3 rooms and all are dark (few light sources).
Further, there are 3 pools, but 2 work. The third one always has restrictive cones.
Animation: it just doesn't exist, they said that the animators have left, the krch is as deaf as in a tank all day and in the evenings.
Nutrition: it feels like the end of the season-cooking has also become worse. The only thing there are no questions about is the assortment of fruits is not bad.
There is nothing to take for breakfast except toast
Omelet — once a week. There were pancakes only once too.
Meat is basically as hard as a rubber band. My favorites so far are cucumbers and watermelon🙈
Cleaning: also a separate song. As for me, if they left at least a broom and a rag somewhere, I would be grateful to at least clean it themselves and not spoil the mood from the fact that the sand is underfoot in the room🙈
The sea is cool, there were a couple of days when the waves intensified. Then it subsided and generally got high.
My conclusion: either they passed by the end of the season, or other comments are euphoric)

It's not bad outside, its own beach is 2 minutes from the hotel to the sea. But inside there is something between 2-3 stars at most. The rooms are not very good, to put it mildly. There is only water in the minibar, there is no shampoo in the shower, everything is broken, cracked, worn, windows do not close tightly, beds are a separate topic / HORROR!! The numbers are not changed, referring to the huge workload. During the week, I witnessed daily requests for replacement numbers, up to tears and tantrums - they do not change). In short, I do NOT recommend it!

I stayed at this hotel on June 21, 2024 with my son of 15 years old, standard room. The hotel is excellent, the staff is also good, the young man and the girl at the reception speak Russian. The cuisine is excellent, the food is very tasty. The hotel was fully loaded, but at the same time the staff in the restaurant coped with everything, they prepared the place in a timely manner after the previous tourists who finished lunch. Well done guys. The hotel is on a solid 4th floor. I recommend. I will definitely return there.

On day 5, all three had severe poisoning: vomiting, diarrhea, fever.
We never swam in the pool, we were afraid of catching an infection.
We ate only what was in the hotel, nowhere else. They always washed their hands.

The room is small, for an 8-year-old child there was in fact a cot with a small mattress.
Dense concrete building, very crowded, the playground is creepy, there is no children's menu, it is sad and sad.
We are not the only ones who have been poisoned.
You don't eat small kebabs there, even a piece is poison.
The food is not tasty, the soups are not very good. The fish is overcooked, the kebab is disgusting.
Watermelon has never been seen during the stay.
Boiled eggs are dirty at breakfast, I went and worried about eggs.

Chrysanthemum 4 is a great hotel to stay in! We were the whole big family of 3 children and 4 adults. The rest is just wonderful , the food , the animation, the sea!!! Children could take ice cream after lunch three times! The food is super! Every evening there is animation, and then dancing for adults near the bar! Moreover, the music of all peoples hits 80-90 years old, what adults of different generations need! For 13 years of holidays in Turkey, not in one hotel, not even 5+ there was no such thing!!! If luck smiles on me and I decide to go on vacation again, it will only be a 4-star CHRYSANTHEMUM.!!! I recommend it!

We rested at the end of September. The hotel is in demand among middle-aged and older vacationers. The service is very good. There is no animation, but we needed a quiet rest and we almost got it. Except for the noise that drunken Poles and Germans occasionally created. There were few Russians at that time. But there were no conflicts. The first line, the sand on the beach, the entrance to the sea is excellent, except for places where there are stones. But there is enough space for everyone. The sea was +28. To Alanya on foot 35-40 minutes. Pedestrian and cycling areas. Bicycle rental. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. For the first time traveling in Turkey, in my opinion, it is a very worthy place.

A good hotel, enough food, delicious, varied, clean. The room is not new in design, but everything is clean, working, neat, comfortable. Cleaning every day. The hotel has three buildings, three swimming pools, one of them with a slide for children. The beach is across the street, there is an underground passage during the day. Very convenient. The center of Alanya can be reached by bus or taxi, and cafes, bars, restaurants can be walked along the embankment, it is pleasant, everything is in the nearest walking distance - shops, shops, bars, tour desks. The money was changed in Migros - there they give change in lira at the normal rate, and at the guide at the hotel. Everything you need to relax!

We just arrived from this hotel (we were there from July 30th to July 9th), we lived in the main building, the room is good, the air conditioning works great, Wi-Fi also worked great, it catches almost everywhere.
There were problems with the check-in, they couldn't check in, and eventually they were taken to another hotel for the night.
There were no performances in the evening, only children's performances. There are many shops, restaurants nearby, and there is a place to walk.
The food at the hotel is very tasty, every day something new is grilled for dinner.
The pool is good, there are a lot of people in the main pool, but there are almost no people in the pool near the restaurant.
The beach is good, it is difficult to find places, you need to come early, the entrance to the sea is with pebbles, where there are slabs, where there are large stones, you need to be careful.
We are happy with the rest!

The staff is polite, cleaning every day, its access to the beach, through an underground passage, . The food is awesome, a large selection of salads, first course, meat, fish. We have already been to this hotel three times. Something is constantly changing, not everyone likes it. A year earlier, it was a quiet hotel, as many wrote for pensioners. This year everything has changed, everything has somehow become more active. There were also classes by the pool, and live music in the evenings. The hotel is perfectly located, everything is within walking distance of the sea, shops, pharmacies, and excursions. Going to the sea is not very much, someone with bad legs is better to choose a place not in Alanya. The food is varied, the room service is good. This year I pumped up Wi-Fi, before that I took it well, but now it didn't always work. The staff is Russian-speaking, they respond to requests. The hotel has a very good hammam with good massage therapists. We were a big company and everything suited us. Next to the hotel, the entire embankment is being redone this year. In general, the Turks are trying.

In a nutshell - a boarding house. Of the cons:
1. No animation or discos. The music is playing 10-15 years ago, sometimes in the 90s, the playlist is the same every day, honestly sometimes it would be better not to hear it at all. There is no DJ, there is no one to turn on since the laptop is in the bar, in the bar the guys are busy bottling.
2. A normal room was not given immediately, at first they settled in a room without a balcony, fortunately the issue was resolved in the morning of the next day.
3. This is a businessman who walks on the beach and throws towels, sells free seats, he did not encounter it himself, but local acquaintances told me.
4. The Internet in the rooms catches poorly, there is no water (you bring it yourself), there was a strong smell of sewage in my room, apparently the ventilation worked that way.
5. Cocktails for 10 euros pcs. The rest is free.
6. I saw cockroaches in the first room, stray cats living on the territory, it's not critical for me, but it may be for someone.

1. Food, meat every day.
2. The Internet is free, sometimes it is even turned on at the beach (3 mobiles were taken away from people during their vacation, so do not leave)

The socket in the room is shortening, so the electricity in the room is cut off. FOOD is the same thing every day. Everything is tasteless, even fruits. THE BEACH is dirty. No one cleans up. The path from the bar made of planks is short-you walk to the water on hot sand. The price of a room for two with a flight of 150 thousand rubles is not worth it. It's a disgusting hotel. the worst one I've been in. The vacation was from 9 to 23. As we were brought to the hotel, we had to wait for the room, after 3 hours they said that there were no places, the question is: why were you waiting? Okay, we took them to another hotel for 2 days. Upon return, they gave the dead room, the leg at the bedside table and the bathroom door were broken, they went to the reception, said they came and repaired it pretty quickly, as an apology, they gave 2 massage coupons (15 minutes for free), but also ... they gave 2, and 3 of us), and promised a fruit basket in the room, we thought they had forgotten about it, but after 2 days they still brought it. Let's go back to the massage, we went to the hammam for a massage on the same day, and "you were late", we were stunned, told everything as it is, and this boorish guy accused us of lying that he sees us here for 4 days... very nice, we gave him this piece of paper, which says that we just received it, he agreed with us with a dissatisfied face, we refused the massage after such an attitude. We complained to the reception, they spread their hands. the concept of the hotel states that cleaning is done every day (wipe the floors, throw out the garbage and make the bed) once every 3 days, complete cleaning, change of bed linen, towels, etc. in fact, in 12 days, bed linen and towel were changed 1 time! and that's because we have already complained, and we changed the bedding only on 2 beds, 3 beds were not touched. The bed was refueled every other time, and not always at everyone, 2 refueled 1 no, often they just came in to clean up the garbage and that's it!! How is that?! The bathroom was not washed at all, by the way, it was still clogged, the water did not go away. There was often no hot water. They defiantly threw towels on the floor to be changed, so they either didn't touch them, or put the same towels back on the bed! In the bathroom, a foot towel that would not be dirty, they do not clean, I myself have already gone, threw off the dirty and took the clean one, they gave me a dollar, there was no better cleaning.... Kondei is weak, very much, we suffered the whole vacation. The cards are a separate topic, 1 for everyone. If I go for a walk and mine go to sleep, I had to go to the reception. A young man came and opened it himself, or they gave me a card, I got up, opened the door and immediately had to return the card.... My mother was not so lucky, she was not given a card and she waited more than an hour and a half to be opened. They went and opened it when she started hitting on them. The food is disgusting, it is not possible to eat. soy is all around , there is very little meat.It tastes spoiled. When we were still eating, we ran to the toilet. Everyone, absolutely everyone I won't talk to, 1 vomits another's diarrhea. As luck would have it, they stopped eating, it seemed to get easier. lost weight on all inclusive. Animation - there is NOTHING in Russian! and the animation itself is tinny, for children 2 songs in an evening, every other day -2 for adults 1 competition and a dance from animators, 1 time we watched how animators learned to jump rope, that's all!!!! THIS IS THE WHOLE EVENING PROGRAM!! The girl was invited to belly dance 2 times, and on the same days there were folk dances. The hotel also writes that live music is available 6 days a week, they call it that the bartender turns on background music with his finger on the laptop... because an artist came and sang 1 time during the whole vacation. All the background music is foreign, and mostly from the 70s and 80s... during all this time, the girls managed to persuade the bartender to 3 Russian songs... despite the fact that there are a lot of Russians in the hotel. They turned on their folk songs 5-6 times a night... It's fun at first, but when it's every day and more than once it starts to piss you off.
Alcohol ) a separate pain, one question, where is everything included?! If they sell me whiskey and Coke for 800 rubles?!!!! only vodka, crayfish, gin and beer are available! That's it!!! That's it!) and that is, always?? No! often the vodka ran out at dinner, then the gin! Fire! And ice) is in a day) they even ran out of ice!!!!!!! So as not to go for drinks and ask the waiters to bring them. Of course, they gave money for it, but the service did not get better. The boy could only be asked to bring something if he was passing by... and he didn't fit at all. The territory of the hotel is small, not well-groomed and dirty, it is written in the toilets that cleaning is carried out for the whole day in front, but in fact you enter the pigsty.
Pools- the water in them is muddy, they are not cleaned at all, 1 time I saw a dude walk around and hold a mop on the sides, this is the whole cleaning of the pool. There is a slide, the lifeguard does not care about safety, they climbed there with circles and mattresses, the children almost flew out of the pool. There were injuries every day. When the slide is closed, everyone climbed up there, tried to roll down and jumped, When we still did not see that they climbed up the slide when it was closed, my child was swimming not far from the slide and some fat guy climbed on it and rolled off it, right with his feet in my child's face. Fortunately, everything went well, without serious consequences.
The Internet is free throughout the hotel, catches very poorly and not everywhere, it was normal to sit only at the reception.
The sea is yes, the beach is sandy, but as you go up to your waist, there are slabs and stones everywhere, I was luckier than my mother, all her legs were cut and bruised. after 3 days for rest, they were already counting the days to get out of this hellhole.

Hello, I'm not writing a review right away, but my impressions are still strong. We rested in September 2022, the hotel was known to us, as it was not the first time we had rested there, but we will not go there again.
So, we arrived in the morning, we said wait for 14:00, well, OK, since we are waiting for such a rule, while foreigners were settled immediately with us. Time passed, it was already the third hour of the day, they still did not want to settle in, as a result, no one was moving until they began to figure it out. The room was eventually given a terrible one, the first floor is next to the kitchen, I still remember the smells from the kitchen, and the fan is always working loudly, but there is something. There is no reaction to the request to change the number.
The hotel guide, it's just a song, he came to the meeting, sat down and buried his face in the phone and was silent, we tried to get at least some information out of him, this is the first time I've seen this.
We couldn't find fault with the cleaning in the room, everything was fine in this regard, towels were always changed.
Meal. The choice became poorer, but we were not hungry. The dishes were poorly washed, and once I came across a glass of someone else's red lipstick.
The beach, of course, was covered in cigarette butts, but again we closed our eyes, we tried to enjoy the sea and the sun, we went to rest anyway.
But what really spoiled our mood was that on the last evening after dinner, when we returned to the room, we found that water was flowing from the ceiling in our toilet, we contacted the reception and were told to wait for the plumber TOMORROW. When asked what to do, they answered: well, don't wash today, nothing was done, the only thing they helped with was they put a bucket. As a result, no one came in the morning, we had to go talk again, and it turned out that the new shift was not even informed about us. Thank God, it was already the day of departure. It seems that we rested and bought up, but at the same time the sediment remained.

We did not argue, we will survive, the weather is fine, the sea is nearby, the room is clean, fresh, the beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white, everything works as it should, the food is decent... cleaning was done every day, linen was changed 2 times, towels more often. Quite a decent hotel, albeit an old one. I visit Turkey every year, there is something to compare it with. We were satisfied with the rest, thank you all!!! But... on the day of our arrival, the Mir payment system was closed, and it's not so scary, there was a little cash, you can do without it. And the cherry on the cake is a meeting with the hotel manager: we couldn't buy any excursions from her (and we weren't going to), we didn't have to change the money either, so it turned out we came here to drink, and our tour operator is from what village at all??? And it was said, damn it, in plain text, my friend already felt unwell. Our meeting didn't last even 15 minutes, we left, no wonder no one else came up. We had a rest in July-August, liked the hotel, the room was good, everything worked, sea view and 2 pools, the food was good, a little meager breakfasts, but no one will stay hungry, grill every day for dinner, for breakfast on the street they baked pancakes, then omelets, then fried eggs, a good selection of fruits, at 16.00 burgers and French fries, tea with biscuits and ice cream at 17.00, we drank cocktails, there was mango and Bianco and campari, baileys. A lot of herbal teas, coffee, of course, not very, very friendly staff, there were no problems with it, room cleaning every day, Russian-speaking admins. The sea was gorgeous, there were enough sun beds, one thing was infuriating that people from nearby hotels were all going to swim to us, we have the best entry into the sea, they just won't get through
