A wonderful hostel, I would even say a mini-hotel in the very center of Yerevan!
I booked a bed in a common room, but as a result, I was sent a voucher for checking into a separate room with a bathroom and breakfast WITHOUT CHANGING THE COST FOR 2 nights - 2500rubles!
What's the result: reception, common area and dining room on the 7th floor, breakfasts are light, the choice is small, but women cook so homely, sincere, delicious, thank you very much!
My room was on the 9th floor, they brought me in, the door was opened - and there was a huge family room for 4 people, a huge bed with snow-white linen, a sofa, a TV (there are federal Russian channels), a dining table, a huge wardrobe with all accessories (bathrobes, slippers, towels), a clean bathroom, a bidet, all the soap supplies, everything is pure crazy! 4 Windows (corner room), high ceilings, I am very grateful to all the staff for their courtesy, cleanliness and comfortable stay in this friendly country!
Excellent location, 2-3 minutes walk to Republic Square, the breakfasts are simply awesome, the staff's excellent attitude, clean room, silence ... I liked everything! We will definitely come back to you!!!
A clear budget hotel. Without too much pathos and services. Everything is clear and clear. The rooms are good. The price is reasonable and fully corresponds to the services offered. A good breakfast, no one will definitely stay hungry. Of course, it's monotonous, but there's not much new to come up with. I recommend the hotel. It's worth the money.
Good, hospitable, even gentle in places. There was a serious puncture, the maid left the service key hanging in my door for the whole day. They apologized. The location of the hotel is the very center. And in general, the guys are good, despite the shabbiness of the room. P. S. Gentlemen, replace the iron, it is flammable in its current state. And a broken safe in the same place :)
I will try to be objective about how I was greeted at the Kantar Hotel. I arrived with two children, alone at 4:00 in the morning. At the airport, roaming did not immediately start working for me and, accordingly, the taxi application. The driver came up to me and said that he would take me at the same price as in the application, named the amount. When we arrived at the hotel, he said that he meant the amount in rubles, which turns out to be 6 times more. An old trick, 20 years ago, Moscow and St. Petersburg taxi drivers switched from rubles to dollars in this way. I offered him money in drams, in accordance with our agreement, I offered to call the police if he considers me a hooligan who decided not to pay for a taxi. He didn't take the money, he didn't call the police. We talked for a while on the street, but it became clear that the matter had reached a dead end. It's 5 a.m., the kids want to sleep, it's night around, an unfamiliar city, an angry guy who calls himself "you and your morons." And the glowing door of the hotel, which looks like salvation. We went into the hotel, he followed us. In the hotel, the reception is located on the 7th floor, and on the ground floor there is a guard who can start the elevator using a keychain with a chip. And the guard sided with the driver. He refused to take us up in the elevator, it all started over again. I hand the driver the money, but he doesn't take it. I suggest calling the police – no one is calling. Around me there is an elevator, which I am not allowed into, children who are trembling with age and fatigue, and a guard and a taxi driver who calmly chat about something in Armenian, not bothering to translate to me. You can go out and look for another taxi and another hotel, but this one has actually been paid for, and where is the guarantee that the next taxi driver will not turn out to be the same dilettante. In general, I found myself in a kind of dead end again. When the children started crying completely, I had to insist in a raised tone that the guard call the police, bearing in mind that this was no longer about my conflict with the driver, but about my conflict with the hotel. When he started calling, the driver, of course, left and we were allowed into the hotel. I won't judge what it was, collusion or just an unspoken brotherhood of hospitality workers, like "don't stop your brother from earning his bread," but the hotel, represented by a security guard, was on the driver's side until it came to calling the police.
The cherry on the cake – since we arrived very late and were going to sleep until the last, I asked the reception staff if we could postpone breakfast with the children. By the way, they have a kitchen where you can have tea or coffee at any time, that is, it's not like they had to open a dining room for us. But we were refused.
The room is good, two single beds, furniture and plumbing are in good condition. It is too hot for March 11.
The first thing any institution does, especially a hotel, is the staff. And he's great.
There is enough breakfast for the whole day and the food is offered to suit every taste.
Cleaning, maybe not to the point of sterility, but daily. Bed linen and towels are changed more often than once a week, which I have not seen in European hostels.
The rooms, lobby and kitchen are comfortable and beautiful. Balconies are the cherry on the cake)
Excellent hotel in the center of Yerevan. The breakfasts are very tasty and hearty. Nice and comfortable bathroom. But I would like the bathroom to be completely isolated by a curtain, and not by a small glass partition. There is an air conditioner.
It is almost impossible to park a car near the hotel during business hours.
We stayed at the hotel for a week from 05.09.2022. I liked the hotel, it has a convenient location in the city center. The room is comfortable, decent breakfasts. Polite staff. I recommend. There is an elevator, and this is very important when there are large suitcases.
We have stayed at this hotel for the third time and, as always, we are very satisfied.
Clean and everything is perfect
Delicious breakfast and there is always natural coffee))
Very polite staff... With what all!
Very clean.Good breakfasts. Convenient location.

Advantages of the hotel:
1. Breakfast (delicious, varied)
2. The city center
3. Large hotel rooms
4. View from the window (high floor)
5. Nice bathroom
6. Friendly staff
7. The atmosphere.
Minuses:
1. Elevator (very slow)
2. Round-the-clock noise from neighboring office buildings (from air conditioning and ventilation units).
3. Twice in 5 days, the lights were turned off during the day (the elevator and air conditioners did not work for more than an hour, the shutdown was in the entire center of Yerevan).
4. Upon check-in, the hotel administrators did not explain the rules of staying at the hotel and did not give a map of the city.
5. A joint breakfast with those who live in the hostel and because of this there were not enough places.
I will not check into this hotel for the second time, as there is a choice.
There is such a small cafe on the corner with incredibly delicious Caucasian cuisine and a lovely hostess. A good hotel, convenient Parking for cars. The staff is very attentive.
This is our favorite place in Yerevan! We have stayed in several places and I can say in comparison that this is the best offer we have had. The location is very convenient in the center right next to the square. The breakfasts that were included in the price were amazing - the buffet and the food was cooked there, everything was so delicious! The staff is extremely kind, they prompted and helped us with any question. We rented a 4-bed room, everything was clean, cleaned every day. The only "but" is that we arrived on time, but we were checked in only after an hour and a half, because the room was unprepared and it took a very long time, and we had plans, this is a big minus because when you are a tourist in a new city and time is limited, then every minute counts and you don't want to waste time checking in. But I still give Kantara just 10 out of 10. Everything is so thought out for the tourist and everything is done with a soul and for people - a very cool common dining area there is divided into several zones and each is very cozy. Balconies with a pleasant view left the best memories!
The best hostel in my memory. Correct, friendly staff, rationally arranged rooms with convenient and intelligible service, a comfortable work area, a kitchen-dining room is a place of attraction. What kind of breakfasts are there! You can hold on to them all day!
A very nice hotel-hostel. And don't let the word hostel scare you - it has full-fledged hotel rooms, plus all the infrastructure of a good hostel - work areas, round-the-clock coffee and water, etc. That is, the best of both formats.
In addition, excellent management, extremely attentive to guests and small things.
And excellent breakfasts and the opportunity to smoke on the shared balcony complete the beautiful picture :-)
I'm afraid I can't keep up with a few sentences describing all the advantages of the cute Kantara! Mega-cool staff, cleanliness, availability of everything you need and even more, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent location, city center, but quiet, room upgrade "just like that", delicious breakfasts! We arrived very early and here the girls also found a great option so that we could rest and sleep! All questions, requests, suggestions are considered and resolved in a few seconds! We fell in love with this place!
If the price were lower, there would be a five. And so a good hotel. The breakfasts are good. The disadvantages are unimportant Wi-Fi. The location is convenient
Why do you have beds without curtains in your hostel? Owner, try to sleep the night in your hotel room filled with people without blinds! And all this pleasure for 1897p. Could you be crazy?
P.S. I have not stayed at this hostel, I am just perplexed by the interiors and prices for them in Armenia 🤢🤢🤢
It is located in a quiet courtyard, a 5-minute walk from the square. The room is a full-fledged apartment with an average renovation. They clean daily, there is a washing machine, a microwave oven, which is convenient if you travel with a child. Our room had a view of Ararat and the old courtyard at the same time.
Breakfast for 3+, the food is monotonous and not very tasty.
The staff is helpful, they gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday.
One annoying moment is that there is a hostel on one of the floors, the contingent there is peculiar, constantly dirty barefoot at breakfast.
We went twice with an interval of 5 years and both times to this hotel.
Nice hotel, good staff, but a lot of joints and a lot of them. They can't even arrange breakfast starting at 08:30 and most of the dishes are not even ready.
Everything is fine. The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there. The people at the reception are great. The breakfast is simple, but not bad. It's a high floor, so it's quiet.
A great place to stay in Armenia! The girls in the kitchen cook like at home, always a variety of breakfasts!!! The rooms are clean, the mattresses are gorgeous, as are the linens. There is a conde. It is convenient that many interesting places of Armenia are within walking distance from it.
The best hotel, there are rooms for every taste from the hostel to the apartments. We are coming for the second time, we were greeted at the reception as relatives. Breakfast is included in the room rate, regardless of which room category you live in. The hotel is located in the very center, next to Republic Square
Very good service. Lovely spacious rooms, clean and stylish, without senseless and tasteless luxury. Great rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, and parking in the center of Yerevan is a big problem.
I consider the main quality of a hostel that positions itself (for programmers) this is a good Internet connection, but unfortunately wi-fi was malfunctioning, I can say this is the only minus! Overall, the breakfast is excellent! It's clear! Thank you for your hospitality!
The breakfasts are great!!! Rather, it is more suitable for young people, because it is both a hostel and a hotel in one place. The windows are blowing, the plumbing needs repair. The city center.

The center is convenient, the staff is super polite, but the noise is 0, everyone who comes in and out nearby can wake up (breakfast was packed at 3 a.m. - well done

Good common spaces - kitchen, coworking. Clean bedrooms, clean, fresh bed linen, towels are provided. You can buy disposable slippers.
but! The bathroom and toilet are very dirty.
The location is great! It's clean, the room has everything. There is a large selection for breakfast, everything is very tasty. Nice staff. The reception is on the 7th floor.
Excellent location, excellent breakfasts, polite and attentive staff. We responded to all requests. Everything worked in the room, there are no comments.
