At the cash desk, when exchanging currency, they often try to give out worn, old-looking bills. The parking lot at the entrance to the bank is always packed with cars, which often block the sidewalk leading to the entrance to the bank.

I work fast. When contacting, they always try to help promptly. Polite staff. They have never been harsh in their statements or impatient with customers during my visits. Opening a Visa card, counting waiting in an electronic queue, took 25 minutes from filling out and submitting documents to issuing the card. At the same time, the Humo card will take up to 5 working days after submitting the documents.
