The sanitorium is not very good, the food is more or less normal, the furniture is all broken, cleaning in the room 1 time in 15 days, the service is very weak in a word, just a hospital but not a sanitorium, I am very disappointed I put 1 just for the sake of decency and so it does not deserve treatment for only 7 days massage electro massage and other procedures the medical staff does not all relate as workers of the medical order, there is a nationalism in some people, this is manifested by their actions and relationships in general, this is my opinion. I stayed for 13 days and was not noticed somehow

If you want ,,back to the USSR,, then these are Kargaly .
The building,buildings from the times of the USSR, the doors are tall and the furniture is updated, the rooms are clean.Coolers everywhere are an area with an artificial lake.trees, well-groomed super.
Med. the staff is good.Electropharesis, magnetic therapy, wax are all clearly for prevention, I recommend.I was in rehabilitation after a fracture, here 's a phys .treatment, there are still all these methods of treatment- elec.fares, magnetic super, helped a lot.Wax ,,boots,, on legs, knees,back excellent procedures.The food is good, table number 5 diet, and so basically the food is good.There is a swimming pool, a small sauna.Clean , neat, no frills, modest.

Everything is old, the beds creak. The rooms are cleaned poorly because the vacuum cleaner does not pull .

First of all, I would like to note the courtesy and responsiveness of the staff, I am a disabled person of the 2nd group and throughout my stay I felt the support of the staff of the sanatorium. The cleanliness of the territory and the major repairs carried out several years ago make a good impression. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the remoteness of shops and pharmacies.Some procedures are paid, but the prices are affordable, the food is not bad.
The rooms do not have an electric kettle or at least a heating element per section, in short, boiling water is on the 1st floor and it is inconvenient to carry it higher to drink a cup of tea. But in general, I recommend the sanatorium.

The boarding house as a whole is not bad, requires repair, towels and bed linen seem to be not washed, not fresh, I liked the food, although meat was added to the food 1-2 pieces, but they cook very tasty. I liked the procedures , although it requires a little cosmetic repair at least . I liked the salt mine, electric massages.. I give a rating of "4". Thank you for the staff and the delicious food‼️👌

I didn't like it at all. Ayak basatyn zher emes em alyp. There are many disadvantages. There are no advantages. The H-storey building has boiling water only on the 1st floor at the reception. Visitors are not escorted to their room. And many with a stroller and suitcases. No one picks them up . They promised a paid tour and did not take it . They changed the routes. 😒🙄 the kitchen is not ah of course. They constantly reminded me that the girl has a diet. Table 9. You can't eat a lot of things. We took the documents for registration, we were on the portal and did not want to return them immediately. In short, there are no good words... Kargaly med oi nogoy boarding house . Discos like that were fine of course
Cultural events were not organized. The staff is not important. There's a physical therapy room somewhere. Which is closed . Rooms in different wires are not clear where to go. Awful.

I took trips to the sanatorium because of the pool, it is advertised, but it does not work... In 14 days, the bed and towels have not been changed, you are waiting in line for the procedures. How I visited the USSR. The medical staff is professional!!!! That's what they're holding on to. The dining room in the other building needs to go.. The food is like in a pioneer camp. I do not recommend it

Территория не маленькая, но не ухоженная. Все засохшее, травы нет, как будто экономят на поливе. Сам пансионат как «советский союз», все старое. Внутри не опрятно, не очень чисто. Думаю, что руководство вообще не вкладывает в него. Жаль что такая территория просто так пропадает. И еще заезд на территорию 100 тг. это люди с сумками, чемоданами должны сами пилить тогда пешком по территории, а территория не маленькая!!!

It feels like you're in Soviet times. No service, the rooms are dirty, there is a smell of sewage (( When my husband was brought to the room, we saw a broken bed (the tree just cracked in half) a rickety chair and smelled mold and old age. To be honest, I have never seen such squalor anywhere. Moreover, the prices for rooms do not differ a single gram from the rest of the city. The dining room also leaves much to be desired. The entire territory is overgrown, shorn and improved only the area in front of the building itself. There are not the most pleasant memories of this boarding house.

The area is very poorly maintained. It is very cold in the conference room, where we had a seminar, everyone was sitting in outerwear. The kitchen wants to keep the best, the cook needs to be changed. In general, everything is stagnant and sucks, even in the suite room.

Отличный сон, из окна видны сосны, два балкона.
Есть минусы: напор холодной воды очень маленький, чистота номера на 3, въезд на территорию платный.
Но плюсы перекрывают все минусы.
Люкс котедж рекомендую.
