I'm in complete shock, I signed up for a women's haircut. The price on the website starts from 30 rubles (that would be worth being wary of). However, I went with a request to just trim the ends of my hair. And I didn't think that the price would be much higher. In 20 minutes of work, the tips were trimmed. And they took 65 rubles for this, Arguing that the price is from 30 for a short hair (nowhere is it indicated about the length of the hair, only the prefix from), but I have long ones. The master did not inform about the price in advance . They have already put it in front of the fact .I will never contact this salon again

I categorically do not recommend the Cascade hairdressing salon, this basement cannot be called a salon. To my great regret, I did the coloring there from master Tatiana. The staff of this basement thinks of themselves as gurus and pros in coloring. After giving almost 500 rubles for coloring, I received burnt hair with a dirty terrible color, which had to be redone in another salon, where I already gave only 200 rubles for really complex and high-quality work!!! Now I still have to spend a lot of money on hair restoration and treatment after such would-be masters.

The service is disgusting. The receptionist girl communicates with visitors as with inferior beings. The desire to order any services disappears instantly. I did not have a chance to experience the professionalism of the female masters, but the "FACE" of the salon clearly fails. The mood was ruined! Do not be fooled by the promotion at the entrance, which promises a 50% discount (because the masters did not even hear about this discount, and the receptionist said that they had a tight record right up to 18: it turned out that you need to catch a free master from 9 to 15. The question is:WHY MISLEAD CUSTOMERS?) Then I did not give up and decided to sign up for another time without the promotion. And then it turns out that there is a free window for 14:00 and 19:00. And you could just take advantage of the discount, but the receptionist offers to get a haircut for the full price! Of course, of course!!!! Thanks for the service, not a foot to you anymore!
