A cozy cafe with very tasty cuisine! Excellent service. You can spend time with your company in peace and quiet, have a business meeting and be satisfied.
We were led by the name, as it turned out that in the cafe which has the name Kazan Kabob, there is no Kazan kabob available, well, okay. They said that the manta rays had just been cooked. We took mantas, syrne and dumgaza for pickup...
Let's go:
Mantas: There were 4 whole out of two portions (10 pcs.), the rest were blown up from the inside before serving, the meat inside is hard and dry, there is no juice, the dough breaks from touch because it is mixed with water and second-grade gray flour (see photo). They gave it to the dogs.
Cheesy: Wrapped pieces of flank with bones randomly chopped and with the addition of potatoes, which were cooked separately in water the day before yesterday and thrown into a container before serving, the potatoes were slippery and icy inside, the meat was not chewed, the ratio to bones and veins / films is 40% / 60% where 40% is meat (see photo). They gave it to the dogs.
Dumgaza: Served with grilled vegetables, which were not cooked on the grill, but boiled in oil, you can squeeze a couple of spoonfuls of oil out of them, well, dumgaza, it was cooked yesterday morning and left to dry in a cauldron, and a day later, it was decided that it could be sold in its original form (and so it will do), pieces of meat they have already turned black from being forgotten about them for a long time. (see photo). They gave it to the dogs.
In general, the staff says about all the main dishes that the chefs stew meat in their own juice for a very long time and therefore it turns out soft and tender. But, in fact, all this is a lie and a deception.
Bright name and dull food.
Sorry for the money spent.
The chefs did a good job of spoiling the food.
The reviews on 2gis are most likely not real.
