Everything is fine, but there is no toothbrush, no toothpaste. The spa is open only until 21.00, at least until 23.00 we would do it. The location is not very good, the views from the window are not pleasing to the eye.

And apparently there is no service elevator, you constantly go in the elevator with electricians, then with a cleaner with vacuum cleaners

Overall, a good hotel, I lowered the rating for the bathroom. Everything seems to be new, clean, but somehow very cheap. The shower runs from all the cracks, the taps are not really regulated. The fan is rattling terribly. Little things, but they spoil the overall impression.

The place is terrible on 12/30/2023 . The rooms are cold and not cleaned , it is impossible to reach the Administration . The administrator does not observe subordination in personal communication. He does not control his subordinates at all . The waiters are not competent , they do not know the menu . We will not go to this hotel again and for free.

We arrived in Astana for 4 days. The choice fell on the Kazzhol Hotel. We were checked in at 3 nights, with an additional fee, of course, but they took us for half a day, which is nice. The room is like in the photos, even better. Very clean. Modern stylish renovation . The girls at the reception are very polite. However, I had to ask for a towel and a blanket 3 times, but by the evening the issue was resolved. The breakfast is delicious. The bar is open around the clock. The restaurant is open until 23.00. In general, a solid four. We will definitely come again.

The room is large and clean.
Of the cons:
The room was very stuffy and hot, even with the window open there was nothing to breathe. The air conditioner worked only for heating. The reception said that the air conditioners do not work for cooling.
There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, water from the tap flowed into the sink under pressure, but in a very thin stream, it was almost impossible to wash.
The towels were clean, but every time they found hair on them.
Breakfast score 2 is a very poor buffet (in the photo it was completely different) And specifically, I would advise the kitchen to keep a better eye on sanitary standards.

Terrible service. They didn't do the cleaning and offered me to clean the room myself and make the bed linen. Inedible piglet is served for breakfast. the location is not very convenient. The room was spacious and basically clean. It doesn't pull in 4 stars, maybe 2+. the attitude of the staff is terrible, as if you haven't paid everyone everywhere and still owe. there are a lot of other really good hotels in Astana, I do not advise anyone to check in here.

One of the best hotels in Astana in terms of price-quality-location ratio. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and courteous.
But there are two spoonfuls of tar for me personally - this is a very noisy operation of climate control and a glass door in the bathroom, which is useless. If you take a shower, all the water splashes all over the bathroom, including on the floor. And then walking on a wet floor is somehow not very pleasant...
