I would give them 2 stars and then only for the interior. Terrible service, it doesn't pull at all for 4K. We were settled by a group of 70 people, adults and children. It all started from the moment of check-in - we checked in as expected after 14, although we arrived at 7 a.m. The reception received the room key card pretty quickly, to my not long joy. But when I went up to the room and opened the door, I saw other people's things there. Thank God they weren't in the dark at that moment, for example. I immediately imagined that at least someone could come into my room. After going down to the reception, it became clear that there were 4 of us. To which we were told, sorry, they were supposed to leave at 12, we'll have to wait. Naturally, being on our feet with the children from 6 a.m., we were not ready to wait, we asked the administrator, but he was not there, because holidays and all weekends!!! As a result, the receptionist, after some time of wrangling, settled us and our colleagues in rooms of a different category, two were given junior suites, two suites, but not for long. A little later, the rooms were asked to be vacated! Can you imagine what it is like with a group of 5-7 year old children? Okay, check-in, then I'll write about breakfast. I repeat, there are 70 people and 1 waiter served us. The leaders of the team with whom we traveled helped to deliver the porridge themselves, because we were already late. The juice was put out less than ordered, I had to prove again that something was wrong! And that it was paid for a different quantity. In general, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, in Astana there are hotels at every step, I think it will not be difficult to find another option that corresponds to the quality. I almost forgot the most important thing, after visiting the pool, some of the children caught an intestinal infection and lay flat with vomiting and a temperature of 40! The rest of the children began to get sick gradually on the way home and at home. Ps: we really liked the city itself. We won the competition and are satisfied in principle!

I got a number that had a very bad electronic lock, at the beginning I went down 3-4 times to activate the card, in the end it turned out that the lock did not work well. The water was not flowing in my room, of course it was just that I was unlucky with the room. But the breakfasts completely ruined my stay. The entrance is not very convenient.
