Many thanks to the warehouse employee (unfortunately I did not ask for the name, but has been working there recently - 2 months) - he provided invaluable help when the taxi driver refused to carry the purchased goods and left impudently, helped to call a new taxi (I am not a local and all these points are problematic for me, because I am also a foreigner), helped to load, he told me how and what to get, calmed me down (I was shocked and upset by the rudeness of the taxi driver). Once again, I am convinced that customer orientation is human, if the employee himself is a good person by nature, then the service has a "human face". Take care of such shots, because they are what make your company's reputation, not strained smiles and memorized scripts with fines. I thank the young man once again for his help, I wish him to remain the same and I hope the management will not forget to mention him (otherwise Belarusian employers are famous for greed and inattention to the human qualities of employees). Thanks to you, young man, I will remember Keramin as a worthy organization with a high level of service.

The head of the warehouse is the MINISTER, the movers are the DEPUTIES. Disdainful attitude towards the product and the customer to the point of absurdity. One is loading, three are standing watching as "mishka Schumacher" was sorting pallets with tiles on a loader. To the question: - what are you not letting go of, creating a queue? Answer: - we have lunch. (LOUD LAUGHTER OF THE MOVERS) as a result, the Schumacher crashes into one of the pallets and cleaves the entire end of one of the boxes in this pallet. (LOUD LAUGHTER AGAIN) and the comment of the movers: - it will go fine for pruning. Comment from the queue: - as a result, the whole box is not in good condition. The loader's answer: why? Just turn the other side! (MORE LOUD LAUGHTER)

I was loading , the guys in the warehouse are great , they work fast , it was true one day , but I loaded twice because there were two shelves , the second one was already ready , it was waiting for me on the street
