Once again, I am convinced that customer orientation is human, if the employee himself is a good person by nature, then the service has a "human face". Take care of such shots, because they are what make your company's reputation, not strained smiles and memorized scripts with fines. I thank the young man once again for his help, I wish him to remain the same and I hope the management will not forget to mention him (otherwise Belarusian employers are famous for greed and inattention to the human qualities of employees). Thanks to you, young man, I will remember Keramin as a worthy organization with a high level of service.

Answer: - we have lunch. (LOUD LAUGHTER OF THE MOVERS) as a result, the Schumacher crashes into one of the pallets and cleaves the entire end of one of the boxes in this pallet. (LOUD LAUGHTER AGAIN) and the comment of the movers: - it will go fine for pruning. Comment from the queue: - as a result, the whole box is not in good condition. The loader's answer: why? It all started at the entrance to the warehouse, the road is just a nightmare, the pits are knee-deep in places, it didn't go anywhere empty, but it's still a pleasure to go back with tiles, and there is a high probability of damaging the cargo, well, there was a jamb in the warehouse, they smelled tiles of different tones, so take a closer look there.
The loader was caught inadequate. I cut the pallet, we managed to load our 12 boxes well, the rest of the tiles fell apart on the asphalt, then the broken komuta will come across 100%. Kuma was changing a whole box of broken tiles. The tile is of a high quality.Any Russian tile is much better.
The warehouse is far from the store.the access road to the warehouse is terrible.a real test for the suspension of the car.there is no comfortable place to wait for the goods.

Efficient, courteous employees. They quickly released the goods and advised how to load the tile into the car better and more reliably. They themselves recommended checking all the packs for chips, and when one tile with a defect was found, it was immediately replaced.
It is clear that the warehouse has nothing to do with it, but driving up the road completely in holes is still a pleasure.
