A great hotel, we always stay here because it is clean, quiet, closed Parking and it is very convenient to leave the city in any direction, there are no traffic jams in the morning. There is always a clean bathroom, liquid soap, disposable body hygiene supplies, clean linen and towels. Breakfasts are so-so, we usually do not have breakfast here, there is a cafe Gazebo near 50 meters from the hotel, where you can have a delicious inexpensive meal. Suite 15,000 tenge, everything is fine, only the bed creaks a lot, you can already change it)
Upd.May 2024. Everything in the Standard room is gorgeous! As always, we stay here and enjoy the good rooms🥳

We were passing through, stopped for the night. The administrators are polite, they will tell you and advise you where to go to eat and where the nearest shops are. The room is cozy, all bathrooms are available. No breakfast. Nearby there is a good cafe Gazebo and Tandoor tokens.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 weeks.I thought to leave a positive review, but 3 days before my departure, an episode occurred that discouraged me from such a desire. The fact is that I was fined 1000 tenge for the fact that my nose bled at night and I stained the pillowcase with several splashes of blood 2-4 mm wide.They said they couldn't wash it, so they had to pay. It's a ridiculous lie that they can't wash the blood off.This is not fuel oil or alkyd paint.At home, my car washes dried blood at 35 degrees, I just need a high-quality gel. Most likely, they threw it away for hygienic reasons without even trying to wash it. In any case, it's a disgusting pettiness. And the lack of empathy for the guest, i.e. for me, who lived with them for such a long time and paid a decent amount of money, is simply amazing. You need to have some kind of personal approach and a loyalty system. Moreover, he did not make noise, did not smoke in the room, did not hammer doors at night, did not leave mountains of garbage, did not break dishes, like many of their guests. Yes, for the money that I paid them during their stay, they could buy full sets of linen for all rooms.
P.S. If you are so eager for fines, then it is necessary that when checking into the room in the presence of a guest, an inventory of the condition of all property is carried out, because something is in a rather worn condition. So that you do not accuse the guest of damaging property at check-out. And add a separate item about bed linen to the price list of fines, otherwise everything is written about, but not about linen. If I knew you were so petty, I'd sleep on my own.
