I visit rarely, 1-2 times a month, almost always to take away. There are no questions about food, but to the staff regularly. They confuse the rolls, out of 3 times that they ordered, they gave out the wrong thing 2 times, you only find out when you return to the office. Well, do not unwrap the rolls in the hall upon receipt?! There is no section on the site for such cases, there is no way to attach a photo in the feedback form, there are a lot of gestures to leave a comment, then they call back from the restaurant and ask the same thing a second time.
The order terminal does not regularly issue a receipt, then the tape is over, then there is a breakdown, how can I then confirm what was in the order?

We made an order for a coke and a chickenburger (minimum), we waited for the order for 15 minutes, given that there was no workload, two employees went back and forth and only talked (a guy and a girl).
It was just a boiling point. Therefore, I had to write a review. The same ugly service in the Stolitsa shopping center and at the Academy of Sciences.

1. There was an ORIGINAL schefburger in the order, they put a SHARP and....cold. I asked to change it, they took the same SPICY one, put it in the microwave and gave it to me)
2. For dessert, there was a carrot cake (pie) in the order, opening it (the package was hermetically sealed), I found that it was in mold. He asked me to change it. They looked at me and the cupcake (pie) in surprise and changed it.
result: The failed execution of the order, only one of the two errors was fixed (but the saddest and most insulting thing is that I did not hear the elementary word SORRY...
Will I go back to KFC, rather yes than no, as I am sure that my case is an isolated one.
And I think that the restaurant manager was very lucky then that they ran into me (an understanding and balanced person), but they could have fallen for brawlers with whom you can't solve the problem so easily.

I visited the restaurant on 27.04 at around 10 a.m. The order included a lunch buffet with a cheeseburger. The potatoes looked as if they had been heated for about 20 minutes, all blackened and rotten. The Burger strips were very dry and stiff, there was little sauce. There was no ice in the Coke, although I did not remove it from the drink when ordering.
I also ask the managers to pay attention to cleaning the toilets, at 10:30, there are murals already after 11:00.
On the plus side: the restaurant is very clean, the order was given very quickly, literally in the area of one and a half minutes, although I would have waited 5-7 minutes better, but I received products of the appropriate quality.
This is not the first visit to this particular institution and the quality was much better before...

I thought these were isolated situations, I'm sitting eating potatoes while I'm writing this review, and I understand that this is a system
