I strongly don't recommend this KFC branch because the chicken is undercooked on the inside, while the skin is almost black, sticky, and extremely greasy instead of being crispy and golden color. It seems like they reuse the oil excessively, possibly up to 100 times, until it becomes thick like glue. Either that, or they’ve hired inexperienced cooks who don’t know how to properly prepare KFC chicken. Local customers who may have never tried the real KFC might not realize how it’s supposed to taste and look, so the branch doesn’t seem to care about the quality of their food. It was a terrible experience. I strongly advise against visiting this place. The management should be ashamed!

In general, they began to work poorly. We recently visited KFC in Femeli Park, ordered a Sanders burger, legs and strips. The legs are more or less. The breading is not the same, the strips are dry. And the burger was generally cold, the greens were already icy, the cheese had not melted, the bun was cold. It's like they took it out of the refrigerator and put it in a box. There are two wet wipes in the receipt, they gave one. I was just in a good mood and didn 't want to swear . They have completely deteriorated. I do not recommend it

My grandson and I always visit KFC after the rink, quickly, conveniently, but most importantly, my 11-year-old grandson really likes it when he comes to the vending machine, makes his own food selection, pays by card himself, serves our table himself.

The service is terrible, the potatoes are dry, the burger is too. I would really like to draw the attention of the administration to how the staff work in the institution. I noticed that a mountain of burgers has been cooked and they have been lying for a long time. I doubt that this should be the case. I have no desire to come here. This is not a CFS, it's more like some kind of fake. I wish to sort this out.
